I absolutely love bath and body works. It’s literally my favorite place to go that gives pure satisfaction every single time. This store is always organized and welcoming whenever I go. The workers are amazing and really don’t mind helping you find the right scent you may be looking for. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because I tend to order online and pick up in store often. The last two times, they did not have ca few items I ordered online in store (although the website stated they did have it) I was told in store that i I would only be charged the price of what they did have, however, I was charged full price, and gave the charges time to reflect what should have been refunded to me. I never got that money back, neither did I get my items. I was upset but got over it. I learned not to order for pickup again unless it falls within the collection the store is advertising at the time. Overall i I love this store, and will continue to shop here. I love Bath & Body works.. They always running great sales and not only that it always smells so good before you even get to the door. They are very clean also.They are friendly and very helpful. I love stores where they speak when you come in and someone is always on the floor to help you with anything..

To be honest its not worth the money they get you in there they be a little nice to you but impatient. If you are a man dont go alone they will destroy your pockets by smiling in your face getting you to buy all that BS trying to persuade you to think you got a deal but you dont. Take someone with you who knows how to navigate around the store the employees will make you buy a whole bunch of BS! They usually have a deal buy three get three free but they dont tell you you got to buy one product thats worth at least 17 to $18 a piece in order to get three items free you already spent close to fifty or sixty dollars for some damn perfume or lotion highway robbery!

Order online and pick up in store is such a great idea it helps me out alot walk in and get my pick up and am back out the door unless something catches my attention which is 50% of the time when that does happen then my stay is a little longer.. 😁 😁...

They offered me a job and I couldn’t take it 😢 but I love the sales buy 3 get 2 free! Hand sanitizers are a must, favorites are champagne toast, strawberry pound cake, peach Bellini, black cherry Merlot, & of course thousand wishes.

We were greeted by Nee Nee. She was bright and refreshing! She asked a few fact finding questions, next thing I knew I had in hand some luscious scents that I really loved! The strawberry creamed lotion smelled like fresh picked strawberries waiting for a spoon! Nee Nee made the whole experience like an adventure in Pleasant Smellville. Her attention to the scents we liked enabled her to suggest the perfect products. 12 products later I am set!! Enjoyable trip!!

It was crowded in there 11/07/2020. We had to wait in line outside to enter. Maybe because of the sale on Wallflowers. I purchased more hand sanitizer, 5 for $8.

Unorganized and bad customer service...I ordered online on the 7th and went to pick it up on the 8th and still had to wait a long time. And I called on the 7th to check the status of my order and was put on hold for 30 minutes...

The ladies that’s always standing and the door during these times are always nice when I come in the door. This store alone exhibits kinds that I don’t seem to fine in other stores. I recommend shopping here for anyone who’s either just passing through town or actually lives here. But I’m sure the people who live here knows that. During this these trying times the mood of the store is fairly on the up and up they laugh, smile and crack joke under they face makes. They have extended a helping hand each time I enter the store and are likely to help you and all customers standing that area. If I went here enough it’s possible I’d probably learn they names. Definitely recommend using this store as a source of shopping around.

Whats the purpose of doing a online order to pick up in store and once they send a confirmation that its ready they can never find the order.

Spent almost 300 but it was well worth it I got like 6 something and we are happy

Love shopping at bath and body works for Christmas gifts and even just for myself! My favorite candles right now are champagne toast and aromatherapy relax in black chamomile.

Always a favorite, especially when they have a sale going.

I love just about every fragrance they have, and the employees are very helpful.

The women on the floor was very nice and helpful but the ones behind the counter not so much and I asked about putting in my number for the rewards and she said when I put my card in it automatically did it but does not show on the receipt and there is signs all over saying free cello just asked and when you ask they say they are out well then that’s false advertising you need to take down your signs.

My fiance and I found exactly what we were looking for, and the customer service was great. If you never been they will help you find the right product for your skin.

I was nearly pushed out of the door and not let in, the girl was very rude and aggressive saying you cant come in I later found out that it was due to the covid restrictions. She didnt tell me this I had to call and speak with a manager who told me this information. Ill will jus have to drive to the other location from now on because she was way too aggressive.

Too many people & not enough staff. 2 registers open, 1 lady at the door with sanitizer. It should have been a couple of workers to help find items. To move people out faster. Or a hand register for people to pay with card only to help move people out of there. It was the required amount of people but the wait was kinda long. I saw two people get out of line.

I was very impressed with the store and its inventory. It was very inviting, the aromas were soothing and the prices were reasonable. The last time I was in Bath and Body works was years ago. I didnt recall it being so interesting. In addition, the sales lady was extremely nice and helpful. I recommend you visit this location.

Nope. Employees refused to let me enter the store. I thought it was due to limits and COVID but I was not! When i was waiting to go in they claimed they was closed, but i was right behind a young lady that was allowed to enter. The employee let her through the door and basically shut and locked it one me! I had a mask and I was there 10 minutes before they closed. Very rude. Need customers service training..

I love shopping here when Im not sure if Id like a fragrance Ive seen on the website. I can go by and sample the scent in the store. Its also nice if I need something last minute and cant wait for it to be delivered. The staff could be more attentive and welcoming, but overall, Ive had a pleasant experience so far.

Very rude staff at the Southaven location! I have had a few encounters there that have been very unpleasant experiences. Love the store & the products but they need to hire more friendly & customer service related people. I won’t be going there anymore .. Maybe ordering online to avoid such negativity. If I could give no stars I would.

I love bath and body works but the associates at the Southaven store are extremely rude. They were not welcoming at all. I understand i was in there a few minutes before closing but I work in retail and you should ALWAYS give great customer service until the last customers leaves. Instead they were too focused on trying to make their own purchases and completely ignored the customers who were stillIn the store. I will never shop at this location ever again!

Only Wallflowers and oils--Mahogany Coconut or Teakwood, Bourbon Bowties, Morning Crisp, Dried Laundry andGingham.

We purchased things for our Son to return to the residential high school he attends but honestly the prices are too high. We can buy comparable items for less at other merchants. I went in to find a comforter set because they usually have pretty good sales on Queen sized sets but I didnt see any that I liked. King size doesnt work because we need California King.

Not enough to choose from like other stores.

The best thing you can do is purchase the aromatherapy Stress Relief candles, wall flower plug in, body oil, lotion, shower gel, and hand sanitizer. This stuff is the bomb (figure of speech) and it helps you breath and relax after any day. It will also help you sleep after bathing with the bath products. Im not a Doctor so dont take this as a way to address a sleep problem. Its only a form of therapy that calms the mind, relaxing the muscles when using the bath items. Try it and if you dont like it, i was told by a sales associate you can return the item(s) back to the store. Of course you will need to discontinue using them. Dont knock the Stress Relief line until you try it. You will love it!!!
