The manager was a nice lady I met when I returned my shoes. The store was clean with designated 6ft apart and showing directly when to stand. One the other coworkers didnt know how to do returns. So she called the manager. While we were getting ringed up I had a great experience at this store.

Not a good place to work do to them treating you like a teen and yelling at you very abusive environment some managers there are very disrespectful,rude! In Desoto County area, After telling my manager at the southaven location that I wasnt going to let treat me unfairly she yelled Im your boss, I came to work the next day sat the 11th and they had me come to the back and sit down and the Dm was called on the phone and they told me that the call was being recorded threaten to call the cops if and when im told to leave I dont leave quick enough and told me I will sign the papper work when asked and better leave quick ! Im now going trough a lawsuit starting monday feb /13/ 2017 for wrongful termination because Ive never been late, never had a write up and (They Tryed) to get me to sign some papper work and fired me and I dont know why! At the same location one manager had a new associate ask her what the shoe tag remover was and the young manager told her to stick her had In, when she did. The manager pushed a button on the side and the machine clamped her hand and damaged It very badly and this manager still works at rack room today.

Should be 0 stars! the manager, Chris, at this location should be FIRED She is aggressive, gets angry, calls police, kicks customers out of store when they disagree with her. i wont ever go to another rack room location!Nothing was ever done about this employees treatment of customer.
