The staff was so pleasant and helpful, told me it would take an hour, mentioned the discount i signed up for and had my phone fixed in an hour.

I have used this location for years. However, I went to this location to get a remote program and got the run around. The guy is not here today. Come back tomorrow after 10:00 am. The guy call off today. The guy is at the store in Olive Branch. I asked if the guy exist. Yes sir, yes sir, come back tomorrow and he will be here. I got tied of the the BS and went to a location in Memphis and the guy at that location took care of my problem. I will not spend another dime at the Southaven location.

Well so far I haven’t had a really good experience with this place. I took my iPad up there to fix the screen last Thursday. I have called twice I get the run around and they still can’t give me a date on when it will be finished. I checked around several places and they told me 45 mins to an hour to possibly a day. They have had my iPad for 8 days with no clue when they will be done with it. I went to them because of their reviews and their prices but I am not impressed and once I get my iPad back I will be doing my business elsewhere!

My phone was cracked so I took it to Bulbs and Batteries to get it replaced. My screen was replaced, but the home button was no longer working. The young man gave me a discount and put a home button on my screen that I am yet able to get in. It’s a new way of using my phone; yet, he took the time patiently to give me great service. I did not give five stars for my home button; but, I will give five for great customer service.

I originally spoke with the Olive Branch Mississippi store, he looked up my cellphone battery, confirmed which item I needed to order and told me where I could get it near me as they were out of stock. I called the Southaven store as recommended, they confirmed it was in stock but limited quantity, and told me they would hold it for me so I had time to order online and pick it up in store. Process was very easy to order and pick up. Both employees at each store were very nice and helpful

The core charge is hidden within the price. i saw where the core charge was ten dollars, but the clerk told me thats what it would have been if I didnt have one. I brought one and didnt receive what I thought ten dollars for the core. Looks like hidden figures.

They do more then just batteries. The have key phobs and they can program car keys at a fair price.

Battery on my cell phone died on a Sunday. Ordered online and saved 10%. Battery was in stock local . Picked up in store same day. Doesnt get much better than that! Great in store customer service as well ! When i order something on line, I like picking it up locally rather than shipping in. It keeps the commerce in my community.

When people pay 128.38 dollars and are told that they will be called when they have it in stock, then over 2 weeks later have nothing but a wasted 128.38 dollars, I wouldnt exactly advertise the service.Either your Southaven MS location is incompetent or careless, And you can not ever reach a manager or they wont call you back but one thing its not is better than a dealership apparently.

I purchased a car battery for my mom online to be picked up in the store. I had called and verified that it was in stock before the purchase. I wanted to take advantage of the 10% off if purchased online then picked up in the store. Within minutes of the confirmed purchase, the battery was sold to another customer that had come in the store after I had already purchased it. I was told that if someone comes in and wants the same item, they must sell it to them. Now I have to wait for one to be transferred from another location, unacceptable. What about your online customers? The reason I purchased it online was to guarantee that the item will be there and avoid these types of situations. I just asked to have my money refunded. It was my first and last time Ill shop Batteries Plus Bulbs.
