In line with a mobile order for an hour. I will not be coming back to this location. Once in line there is no way to get out of it bc of the layout. Only reason I came this time was because the one down the road was closed. Funny how they get more business and have faster service.
The Starbucks location on goodman road in front of the malco movie theater was not the best. They took forever to make the order. Then the young lady got a attitude because I told her to remake my wifes drink because she dropped a pair of scissors in it. Honest mistake, wasnt mad about it just needs to check her attitude and give better service.
Parking situation is a little rough here, definitely park on the side and not in the front because the drive-thru line almost always blocks all the cars in and its frustrating. Other than that, solid Starbucks with friendly and fast service.
Slowest Starbucks EVER. One person in front of me 22 minutes for a coffee. Polite as all get out but heard her apologizing to car before me and after me…and oh yeah…mid day with no customers at walk up
Worst Starbucks location, every single time it’s a long wait . Came inside today and the man at the front count ignored me for the first 8 mins with a line behind me . The young lady who was suppose to make my frap, had a extremely nasty attitude talking about customers . The young lady then decided to walk out in the mist of the making the drinks . I am now currently waiting 45 mins in the lobby and this is rediculous. Do better !
Horrible customer service on Sept. 5th. I waited more than 30 mins for a mobile order and pastries were cold because they had been sitting there for awhile. After I had to ask for my order it was thrown on the counter because I continued to wait after the drink was made. I expressed my concern to no apology. My daughter and I stood there without being asked if I needed help. They served 4 customers in store and multiple drive-thru orders while we were just standing there being over-looked. I cant believe she threw my order. Since I had to ask for it Im the problem?
The staff is friendly but this location consistently serves super weak beverages. As a former partner (barista, not locally, in the PNW) I am confident they are not following recipes and are under pumping syrups. My drinks always just taste bland and overwhelmingly milky. Unfortunately there’s not really a great Starbucks anywhere locally so I assume it’s an upper management (looking at you, DM!) issue. I guess I just got spoiled living close to headquarters in the PNW!

They have their syrups for sale, so thats cool. Also they had a big Happy Pride sign and that was awesome!
I have found this Starbucks to be the rudist of the coffee shops Ive been to. I really cant recommend it. There are other Starbucks with much better manners and similar products.
My drinks always taste great but they always forget something.Today they forgot the Carmel drizzle on the drinks. I order online before going so nothing gets confusing. Usually, they forget to take the whipped cream off.
Close before their actual closing hours. Either the hours need to be updated or someone should check in with the employees about their closing schedule. Never used to have this issue with this Starbucks.
Asked for used coffee grounds for garden compost. apparently this store doesnt 😳 recycle their coffee grounds. To be clear they acted like they would, but insisted I needed to call first. (Tried no luck even called customer service to no avail.) Luckily for me Duncan Donuts around the corner is now saving me coffee grounds.

This morning I had the pleasure of visiting the store today. I ordered an iced Venti Peach 🍑 tranquility tea. Normally, my tea is great. Not today. Too much water. Not enough teabags. I have no idea what happened today. Maybe they were in a hurry. I dont know. This tasted horrible and weak. I was saddened by this.

This place is great. I would avoid the drive thru though it does take a while. I recommend doing an in store pick-up order or just going in to order you will get out of there quicker that way.
Yesterday my normal store was closed for the 3rd day in a row. So I had to go to this one down the street. I waited over 30 minutes before they took my order. Today I waited 18 minutes decided to go to the one at the Kroger store just to be told they couldnt take any orders for 15 minutes because they were putting dates on stuff? Seriously disappointed with Starbucks right now.

My drink is always the same for my frappuccino. I come to this location everyday due to both of my jobs is down the street from them. The little lady that did my drink today was horrible. I told her my first drink was too water down and would like for it to be thicker and not watered down. She had an attitude remaking my drink. The second drink was no better and still watered down and this lady thinks it’s better. This Starbucks location has been going down for the past few months and needs to be like I remember them a long time ago. I been coming to this location for over 5 years.
I would not recommend going to this Starbucks. They always get my order wrong and the staff is very rude! Not to mention the line is always terribly long and I have to wait so long for the service I receive.

This is the only Starbucks that makes my Chai tea Latte correct and I love the older lady in the mornings. However they have a problem getting to work on time at this location, weekdays and weekends. Please improve I really want to give you guys five stars.
The drinks were delicious however it should not take 35 minutes to make a dragon drink and a fairy berry hibiscus. This was after the order was placed on Sunday March 28th at 6pm. Then we were trapped in the parking lot for another 5 minutes due to drive thru overflow. We will think twice before returning to that location.

So there wasn’t anything bad about the drinks or anything but they treated my son in a rude way so we came in and my son didn’t have a face mask and we ask for one but they only had one so my daughter got it but they kicked my son out.Like a few minutes later a grown man came in without a face mask and they didn’t say anything to him and still attend him.After we got our drinks we kindly ask them why they attended the grown man without the face mask but still kicked out my son and they said they didn’t know or see him . When we finished talk with them they proceed to laugh like it was funny .......they didn’t take it seriously.

BUT...I dont like how thy have changed the whole place with hard chairs an no1 can sit on for more then 20min.s....when thy do open back up for inside sitting! I am sooo disappointed in this Starbucks considering this is my stop before going to work but no longer! Tonight I came at 905 pm which I checked before coming and it stated 930 pm closing time! Plenty of time right? Wrong! They were extremely slow but I waited patiently just to get to place my order and they said oh we are close! Like really! And for those who have been to this Starbucks knows once you are in you can’t maneuver out! When I asked for the manager they told me to pull around just to pull around and they wouldn’t come to the window! I go knock on the front door and they ignored me! I called 3 times and no answer! They answered on the fourth. When I asked for the manager and explained how upset I was because of the wait just to come up empty handed. She said oh you should have come earlier. Like really?!!! I will never ever return back to this Starbucks even if it were the last Starbucks in the midsouth. And if they don’t turn around their customer service, going out of business is exactly where it will head!Now I see why more and more people are shopping local when it comes to coffee! Better customer service for half the price! So long Starbucks!

A guy with green and blond hair became unglued and defensive after I kindly asked him to please wash his hands after I witnessed him bend down to pick paper up off the floor before he handed me my items. He lied and said, noting was on the floor, it was on my shoe, then proceeded to demand that get up off of his counter and stop leaning on it! A colleague of his, obviously appalled that he would waste time creating an unnecessary confrontation with a paying customer intervened and handed me my requested items.

Some grad school classmates and I met if this location to discuss a presentation that was due in class. The place was not crowded which was nice it had a long table in which we could work at. I got there a little early to order a frappuccino. A young man took my order I paid for my order and stood and waited almost 10 minutes to receive it because there was miscommunication about who was supposed to make my Frappuccino. When I asked him about my drink he looked at me as if he did not know who I was and asked me if I had already ordered which I had ordered and paid for my items. I could see this happening in a busy crowded Starbucks, but they were about three adults and two small children in the whole entire place. What actually happened is that a lady was training a new hire and they made my drink and took it to the drive-thru window.

The outside seating is disgusting and hasnt been cleaned for months. Youd think the staff would keep that clean during COVId-19, especially as customers like me would prefer to sit outside due to COVId-19.

As a loyal customer I was just appalled about the handling of trying to pay with a $100 bill. I sat in line for 10 minutes only to be told they couldnt accept my payment with a $100 bill even though thats the only way I could pay. There were no signs anywhere like other businesses do. I was told they did not have the change to give me. I feel like they could have handled that better considering I just waited 10 minutes in line with no pre-warning and Im a loyal customer.

The hours are excellent. It is extremely cold. I stay hot naturally and love the cold. However, it is too cold. It is Alaskan cold. It can be 90° outside but it is 62° inside. They have all the ceiling fans running. Customers sit with hats and jackets on. It seems as though they want the customers to get coffee and leave. There have been many study groups meetings now it looks abandoned. The inside is too cold to sit. I was told it was a direct order from corporate to keep the fans and air going. Workers have sleeves on, awfully cold.
I always enjoy coffee here. The environment is friendly and its a great place to work on your school work, work on your job assignments or just hang out with some friends. This is my stop almost everyday after work. Great job to the local staff and thank you for being there for us!
Starbucks is AMAZING but common....lower the prices. Ive paid lower prices and better coffee before up in Toronto at Tim Hortons. Note that Canada, things cost more there.. 🤔🤔🤔
I dont know where to start. 1st every order Ive ordered after the reopening of this location has been horrible. The coffees are watered down now. I ordered a white chocolate mocha with 2 additional espresso shots and it was watered down. I ordered a dark roast coffee and it tasted like decaf coffee. Im so disappointed because I loved this location and now Im taking my service to the hornlake location.

The barista decided to teach me a lesson and make me wait for a cup of coffee because I set up my laptop at the table the was close to the register instead of standing behind two people that had orders. She ran from the register when I approached so I could wait longer for a cup of coffee that takes one minute to pour. Passive aggressive behavior....
Well basically what can I say besides this is the best Starbucks in town hands down to me!!! I love all the staff members their and all of them know me personally by name and not only that they all seem to know what I want each time arrive and I never have to say a word but just show up 😊. Visited this location before but first time ordering inside. Nice, pleasant & friendly environment. Customer service was great & the two employees that I interacted with were very polite & helpful. Will definitely visit again.

Do not ever place a mobile order at this location. You go to pick your order up and they just let you stand there until you ask where your order is. They do not greet anyone. They have signs up saying “pick your mobile order up here” but they ignore you and just let your drink melt.
The Goodman Rd location is convenient when traveling from Whitehaven. They have friendly staff and keep a well cleaned space. They have furnished seating and small item retail space. Sometimes the consistency of the drinks are lacking, but they don’t mind remaking the drink if they get it wrong. The staff are personable and often times know who I am when I come through the drive thru. That’s kind of nice. I will always support them.
I love this Starbucks but its ALWAYS way TOO COLD inside. I cant stay and enjoy my coffee many times. I think you lose customers because I know other people who feel the same way. When i do try to stay I literally wear jackets and bring blankets and still freeze.

I never have a service related problem her. Its small with a trickling crowd most of the day but never empty. Im not crazy about the sandwiches but then this isnt a kichen-ed coffee house. Its a micro wave. If folks want to feed a family them I would suggest a restaurant with a kitchen. This is a glorified coffee stand, pretty, comfortable, good service, better to enter parking from Airways Blvd than trying to turn in from Goodman Rd!!
Terrible customer service. Asked for a little Caramel drizzle and a dark haired girl with a disrespectful tone said I need to make those requests at the register so I donf mess up there inventory.
