Cashier and manager refused to refund my purchase that I made in CASH WITHOUT AN ID. I originally only wanted to return the purchase because I was not aware there was price gouging without using a CVS card and wanted to obtain and use one for my purchase. As she did my refund before I was denied one she threw the products I was returning onto the floor as she checked them back in. Then dumped them in the bag when they refused to return my money and heaved them over their little window. Manager behaved like he did not know how to operate the register to handle the issue. I did not get my money back but I did get possibly damaged product handed back to me. Fix this CVS. This is not how business is conducted. I will be back with my ID to return the 120.00 purchase I made and shop elsewhere.

Store closed 3 minutes before the posted time, so I couldn’t buy my medicine and employees were laughing inside.

Love the people here! They try to find you the best discount on medication! Better the Walgreens!

Staff are looks stress specially at the pharmacy. I hate to transfer my RX to them.
