The staff at counter connection is the greatest! Every question I had was answered even after hours and weekends. Camille was an awesome sales person and made sure I picked a countertop for what I was trying to do in my kitchen! Brad was very helpful as well! Installation was quick and very professional! I would recommend everyone to this business

We used Counter Connections for our kitchen and would give them more than 5 stars if we could. I contacted the store and told them my budget and color scheme and they had pieces waiting for me when I arrived. The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. They worked within my budget to find countertops that I love. The installers were very friendly and efficient. My husband and our contractor friend, who are both very picky, are really impressed with their work. My husband had been a skeptic at the onset of the job, but has been won over and loves it. The job was completed within two weeks of my first visit, and we could not be happier. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for any additional projects.

Started off not so good but they were short handed the day the install was to be done overall they did a great job on my granite kitchen countertop.

I went to Counter Connection looking for a bathroom vanity countertop. All the staff was friendly and helpful and I found a piece I liked and agreed to purchase it from them. Unfortunately this is where my good experience with them ended.I spoke with Brad and he told me he would be atmy house later that day at 4:00 to measure my space. At 4:30, after waiting for him to arrive, I called the business and I was informed he left for the day. I was given his cell phone number and contacted him by cell phone and he informed me that he gave the job to someone else and another representative was supposed to come measure my space. Brad told me I would receive a call the next day to set up an appointment. The other representative never showed up at my house or contacted me.Two weeks have passed and I still have not heard from Brad or anyone else at the company. Consequently I am forced to start the process again with another company and must continue to postpone my home renovations thanks to this company’s inattentiveness and disregard for potential customers.
