After driving quite a distance to this place they would not allow me to view their samples because it was by apt anyway. I explained to them that I didn’t realize that and that I was 31 min away and that this was the only day I could to come. I gave her the name of the slab I wanted. They had it and would not allow me to go and see just that. She wanted me to drive all the way back out their. Which was very inconsiderate to me. She said she was sorry. As I left I told her very nicely that they should try to be more flexible. Well their loss because I was ready to purchase it today. People should put other people and situations in their shoes and treat others the way the want to be treated.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Drove 45 minutes to Triton to look at marble and quartzite after finding a 2 slabs we’ve been searching for on their website. Unfortunately, this was a complete waste of 1.5 hours. My husband called first to see if they were open. No one answered the phone so we drove to the store. Since we both work and had the day off, this was a good day for us. We were told by 2 very unwelcoming employees that they were appointment only and couldn’t show us anything. Why do you even have the door unlocked and propose to be a retail business if you don’t really want customers to come in?? Even the bathrooms have “out of order” signs. We went to Pacific Shores where sweet Samantha told us to have a look around the warehouse and came out to talk with us about our project. Completely different and pleasant experience. Triton has left a bad taste in my mouth and we won’t go back.

Poor service..salesperson knew little about tile -either price or location in showroom.kept disappearing for extended periods to check prices. Wont go back

Was so excited to be at the granite store. Went in face masks on was told we needed an appointment, no sign on door about that, drove for a while just to make it before they closed. Man at desk just sitting behind desk, no one else in store and we still needed an appointment. I will spend my money else where. Same is we had it to spend instantly because we were at that stage

Kim was an absolute joy to work with. Great sense of beautiful style. She was so helpful in transforming my kitchen. Very eager to go out of her way anytime I called or showed up. Went out of her way to assure everything was perfect. I’d love to work with her again when I transform my master bath. You’re the best!

Beautiful products and a fantastic selection attracted us to Triton. The showroom is gorgeous! When we arrived the customer service was less than impressive. We signed in and were told that someone would be with us to help but we never received any help. We eventually left and we plan to go elsewhere in the future.

I worked with Ashley and was impressed with her product knowledge and follow through on my order. She has an excellent eye and understands how to work within a customers budget.

I worked with Ashley Reinitz to choose our countertops. I am incredibly picky and was really struggling with this choice because we have a large open concept room with wood island cabinets and white perimeter cabinets. After visiting at least 10 granite showrooms, I finally found what I was looking for at Triton Stone of Southhaven. First off, Ashely was prompt and incredibly patient with me when I arrived for my first appointment to look at the slabs with my flooring, paint and and cabinet samples. Second, the selection is spot on. I had been to other sites that were also well respected in our region but simply did not have the quality slabs that I found at Triton. We ended up with black leathered granite on the perimeter of our kitchen and a spectacular Calcutta Caldia Premium marble island that just tied in every element of a very complicated room. She has a beautiful eye for design and color. I could not be more pleased. Ashley made my dream kitchen come true and I have highly recommended her to everyone who has asked about our remodel. You absolutely cannot go wrong with Ashley and Triton Stone of Southaven

These are very rude people at the Southhaven, MS branch! Im building a new house and need much of what they sell, but Ill do without before I spend a dime with them! We walked in and we were told that someone would be right with us. We browsed around for almost 45 minutes before it was obvious that no one was going to help us. There were employees who appeared to be free, and when I asked for help they told us again that someone would be out to help. No one came in 45 min and we walked out. No one ever said a thing! Oh well, my money will be spent with their competition!

Wonderful customer service. They really take time to let you shop and give you advice and answer your questions.
