Kay Jewelers is a great a jewelry store. Destiny helped me find the ring I was looking for my wife. When I returned to have resized I spoke with Rhonda. My promise day is June 30th! I cant wait!

This used to be my favorite Kay location but now they have gotten horrible. Went several times this past year but store was always closed; reached out to Corp and there was always some excuse.Dropped my ring off over 2 weeks ago with a due date of return to be today; however, it took a week and a half for my ring to be delivered to the repair shop so obviously its not going to be back today. Just to make sure, I called the store, not once, not twice but 8 times (not in a row) today while I was in another town nearby before I headed home and not even one of my calls was answered. I am so fed-up with this place. I will be looking for another location. I may also be looking for a different jeweler.

I used to work for Kay Jewelers & I wouldn’t recommend this Kay store for getting anything repaired because, I feel they are pretty unprofessional. My promise date was inaccurate, it did not arrive on time. They had my repair over a month & I haven’t heard one word from them.I have called numerously, day after day and they do not answer their phone. I finally went to the store to inquire about my repair in person, Destiny assisted me and her solution was “I’ll have the assistant manager reach out to the jeweler to get an accurate promise date and she Will contact you later today. “ No one ever called me . I returned the next day, and my repair was there. So with that said, they did not follow proper protocol. One is to always keep the guest informed, if/when anything changes concerning their repair . Anyone can call the jeweler to inquire about a repair . It does not have to be the assistant manager . Also, when the repair arrives whomever accepts them into the system is also the one that’s suppose to do a courtesy CALL to let the guest know their repair is ready for pick up. Because, none of this happen, I can bet this location sucks in profiting in their repair department due to a lack of commitment in communication and following up with the guest. A guest should not have to call as many times I did, wait as long as I did, and then, flat out lied to me in front of my face because, she wants to be lazy and dismissive . If you don’t want to do your job, quit. I don’t appreciate none of it.If you don’t mind having an experience like this, then this store is for you.

Was asked to leave because I wasnt wearing a mask. Mind you there isnt a mask mandate in the state. Ive spent thousands of dollars in this place will gladly take my business else where.

If I could give a zero star, I would. I have spent thousands here with former Mgrs. The current MGR as of 5/8/21 will never get a dime. Maybe she’s why they are are at 3.7 stars. Refused service because of a medical condition. Argued with me for 15 minutes about a mask but would not sell me anything because of a mask. My state doesn’t even require one.

I’m leaving this review specifically for Kelsey! She is simply amazing and I’m glad she took care of me! I came in yesterday to get my ring inspected and resized. There was another young lady there who was cleaning the cases and she was so rude. She never introduced herself and she had the worst frown on her face. Her attitude was terrible and she told me to go stand “over there” and she would help me. Thankfully Kelsey came over to help me and she was very pleasant.

Kelsey is nothing short of amazing ! Literally the best customer service I have ever received. I will go to her every time. She has been there through my whole wedding experience with all 3 of my rings. She even told me she doesn’t care if she has to drive to the place herself to pick up my ring herself, she will make sure my ring will be here in time for my wedding. Incredible person to work with !!!! So patient and attentive !!!!

This store management can not be trusted with peoples rings. Or to properly care for them. I have had nothing but bad experiences with them, and run arounds for the longest time now. Their customer service is below par and they care about getting customers in but not taking care of their jewelry it honestly seems. Investigators having to be involved left and right due to not being able to trust this store. Ive even had to contact their customer care agents above this store thanks to getting the number from another Kay Jewelers who will hopefully be of better service than the customer service team and management of this establishment. So fair warning. If you want your jewelry cared for, and to have any type of respect. Take it elsewhere. This has been truly the most devastating experience yet Ive had with this store as of lately. I hope they realize they RUINED my wedding rings.

I recently purchased two wedding bands online on 5/16/2015. I received an email that both rings were shipped to Kay Jewelers located in the Southaven Towne Center and that they both were ready for me to pick. Both rings were signed for by Lisa. When I arrived at the store I was informed that both rings had not come in. However my confirmation email stated otherwise. I then called the store inquiring about both rings. They again stated that they only had one and not the other. Today I called the home store’s customer service. They tracked the order and informed me what Lisa had indeed signed for both rings. When they received both rings at the store, WHY weren’t both rings processed? Where is my other ring and why am I having a hard time getting it? I paid for both rings

Complete scam, the reps will do ANYTHING to make a sale, the woman completely lied to my partner and I as we were searching for rings, convinced us to trade what we already had in because we would save over 5 grand. The payments from the previous ring will transfer to the new ring and make our bill cheaper, Once we got our bill it was super expensive from the first ring and when we called customer service the Rep told us basically she said that to make a sale and everything she told us was not true now would I be wrong to go up there and curse out that Rep? We plan on returning the jewelry for a complete refund and take our money else where! Kay jewelers TRAIN your reps to be knowledgeable and tell the TRUTH! the customer service Rep offered us everything under the sun to keep our product but we feel jipped and damage is done!

I absolutely hate Kay jewelers. I took in my engagement ring and wedding band to get sized and the promised date was Dec.12th. Well I call when I get off work that Saturday for them to tell me that ups doesnt deliver on Saturdays. So tell me again why yall have a promise date?? Cause its been close to 3 weeks now and I still dont have it.

The customer service is absolutely second to none! There was a UPS issue with a ring that I had to get resized before I left to elope in Hawaii. When the ring didnt come in before I left, the sales associate not only did everything to resolve the problem but later had it overnighted to a store in Hawaii. All I had to do was go by and get it in plenty of time for my ceremony. I will certainly remember this whole experience the next time I have to jewelry shop. I just hope its not for an engagement ring. I will definitely recommend this store and this jeweler to everyone!

I bought a pair of earring from Ksys in southaven in Friday November 16,2018. I wear them on Sunday for the first time . One of the earring came off without me knowing. I call the store about replacing the other earring. They said they don’t .did not try to accommodate me at all . I buy all my jewelry there

In this store the day after a snowstorm. No customers and 3 sales rep. We werent greeted when we walked in. Sales rep who assisted us acted like she didnt want to be there. The whole atmosphere was depressing. Another customer came in behind us and he had to wait! The other reps were busy doing whatever. This was horrible customer service. I had a watch and a bracelet that i was interested in, but changed my mind. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Maybe they took a clue from these past low ratings and amped up their services because my experience was excellent. I took in my Grandmothers wedding rings I inherited to get them ready for my wedding. I needed both of the rings sized and wanted them sautered together. I spoke to Russ over the phone where he gave me an accurate quote and only an approximate date due back in to the store. When I dropped off the rings, I immediately felt welcomed in the store even though I wasnt making a purchase from them.I felt they were all professional in the store as the personnel made sure I wasnt just standing there waiting for someone to help (I was actually waiting for Russ who was on the other line when I walked in).When he finished helping the person on the phone, he immediately came over to me. I felt they took excellent care of my antique rings, including inspecting them immediately upon taking them into their possession and also taking digital pictures of them.They were also back to the store several days before they were expected to be.When I regained possession of my rings, I was even more impressed with such a professional job that was done with the way they were sautered together. The rings fit perfect and they looked brand new! They also still looked like they were two different rings even though they were now permenantly attached to each other.I couldnt have asked for a better job.They exceeded my expectations in every aspect and most importantly, when I received my rings back, I KNEW they had the same diamonds they were sent with.They certainly earned my trust with one of my most prized possessions.

The workers at this store are incompetent. Long story short, they are clueless to the organization processes and procedures. They mishandled my timepiece and dont want to own up to it! I had to involve customer care. I will never make a purchase here again!

I absolutely hate Kay Jewelers in Southaven MS and also in Memphis TN. My husband and I have given them plenty of business and this last year has been awful. Their customer service is horrible...especially in Southaven MS. I have even contacted their corporate and have received a $50 gift card from them for their screw ups and have given them a 4th or 5th chance to show me that their customer service has improved....NOPE. They are rude and when you ask them something, they will look at you like you are stupid and even have an attitude while speaking with you. I have had one ring there fixed which took over 2 weeks. They give you this slip of paper giving you a promise date on it and by it saying PROMISE I am assuming that that is the day my ring will be finished, no, just make sure their definition of promise is a week and half AFTER the promise date. That has happened to me twice and when I went in their to have my ring looked at and cleaned after the 6 month period which they recommend you do, all the woman did was...while talking with her friends did was look at me and say, well, ya got the ring and I handed it to her and she dipped it in something with her hand then dried it off with a paper towel while her friends ring was being properly washed. I said my choice words to them and will be giving corporate a call again but if offered anything, I will not take it and I will not ever be back in that store ever again. I will go and pay someone if that is what it takes to have good customer service skills.I do not recommend Kays to anyone.
