This Dollar tree used to be so much better! Over the last 6 months I would say, you cant find things on the shelves that youre looking for. Products that you used to could get an now now they dont even exist.. and have no clue what youre talking about. Im giving three stars because the staff is very professional, very sweet and very helpful! The one big thumbs up that this store will get is that it has a refrigerated section. The location at Horn Lake Road/Goodman Road does not have a refrigerated section, therefore no creampuffs! Haha they so need to remodel the store in Horn Lake!

Always have empty shelfs and full boxes blocking the isles. I recommend to go for fun shopping rather than necessatt and great place if youd like to make a false injury claim.

Not quite sure how to rate this one. The store is usually stocked and sometimes, overstocked, but the customer service sucks. Our cashier was on her cell phone (ear buds) and kept making mistakes with our items. It was quite unnerving, and she WOULD NOT GET OFF THE PHONE.! Boxes were all over the floors and the lines were long and slow.

Great selection honest staff and customer base. I accidentally left my purse with wallet, phone, and everything. I was in a panic until I call and they told me customer turned in my purse. I was elated. Everything was in tact. Great area great store!!

Dollar Tree is a great place to shop and everything is $1 or less. You can find wonderful things sometimes that are great finds. They had Chips Ahoy soft chocolate chip cookies family size and I got enough for a month supply for the family. Needless to say they didnt last long. If youre on a tight budget, shop Dollar Tree; youll be glad you did 😉.

Stopped in for some cheap treats for a one year old birthday party. Great selection, except on the balloons. They did not have a single birthday balloon blown up and ready for purchase. :-( I didnt have time to wait, so went with what was available.

Junky, but that may have been because it was stocking day. Probably like most retail places...understaffed. Still had a very good selection of merchandise. Also a very quick check out.

Yes. I love my Dollar Tree hauls. I always find what I am looking for plus inspiration for new projects. The store isnt the nearest or best organized but its usually well stocked.

Every Dollar Tree I go into has freight all over the floor. Only one cashier. Are not properly stocked on basic items. Bathrooms are fright. Customer service is non existent, even at corporate.

Well stocked as usual. Their large selection of Greeting cards, party supplies and gifts bags is the attraction . Highly recommended

I was able to find what I needed in a very short time.

It was a pretty good experience although it was a bit under stocked but boxes were lined up in the aisle to be stocked. There was only one line but it was moving steadily with the spaces in between. I would recommend it.

Its fairly clean and organized, however finding parking can be challenging at times because they share parking with 4 other businesses. Cashiers are friendly.

They had the stuff I needed and plenty I didnt.

It was dirty. You had to walk sideways down the isle between boxes and clutter and trash. The employees all had attitudes except the cashier that helped me.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful.

Pretty clean for such a small amount of employees. Can’t really complain because everything’s a dollar! Although I don’t know if it’s just my oily nails, but their L.A. Colors nail polishes never last me more than two days. Their Wet n’ Wild polishes are pretty good though. Most of their dog treats are also pretty healthy. Haven’t been in a while but I plan to go back soon.

This store is always stocked with the routine things I need. The staffs may seem tired at times but with the amount of traffic in this Southaven location I can see why. They deserve a raise. Thumbs up for working harder than most big stores in the area.

Literally everything in here is a dollar. This isnt like most dollar stores where you have to look at the price and hope its under 10 bucks. They sell everything from food, craft/party supplies, bath products, kitchen needs, etc. Definitely the best dollar store around here.

It was cluttered and unorganized. There were several employees there but only two cashiers and mile long lines. But the two cashiers were moving at a swift pace, still manage to smile and show kindness

Called to check on item... Sales associate answered the phone and had another associate to check on item while she held phone (she was at register) ! That never happens anywhere! Very helpful and nice!

Terrible employees. They can be really rude. The store is always cluttered. Needs improvement and better workers. If I could post this without giving them any stars I would.

I had a terrible experience at this store after waiting in line for at least 10 to 15 minutes the woman ahead of me spent another five or six minutes digging around in her bosom and her purse and its contents looking for her card she then said that she had to go to her car to look and headed out the door, the checker then says he has to wait for her to return and finish checking her out. Terrible customer service I left my items on the counter and walked out. It is ridiculous to have to wait while someone goes to their car too look for their card after having dug around in their bosom and purse for several minutes, she should have been rung out and had to get back in line once she found her card. Clearly the staff is uncaring and poorly trained and the management inept in my opinion.
