I always have very positive interactions with the employees at this location, when I am in Southern Pines for the weekend. I just traded in some body care scents that I received for Christmas and did not like, and the employees were so friendly and helpful, in assisting me to switch out the scents.

Traveling in the area and caught a candle sale! Smaller store but you can move around decently.

I love this place! Definitely a great environment with great customer service. This store actually opens an hour early (9am-10am) for Seniors and those at high risk, but will allow you to come in still. Of course, there will be a long line outside and inside due to limited occupancy and the pandemic, so be aware if you go during busy hours!

This is ridiculous. There is a huge line if customers waiting to check out and a line of customers outside in the heat waiting to come in. But they have a worker stocking the shelves. Stupid!!😡 Lets make that 2 employees walking around.

So festive for every holiday. I love the decorations around fall, Halloween, Christmas, Valentines day, etc. They deck out the whole store and all of the products are based around the season/holiday too I love the variety. Incredibly friendly staff, place is a little crowded because of lots of tables/displays but not too bad

My visit to Bath and Body Works@ Pinecrest Plaza was Excellent! Staff was great and explained things to me that I didnt understand a great help. The cashiers was great as well.

Went for foaming hand cleaner & found some new smell goods. It was busy & somewhat crowded.

I’m in bath and body works and I’m thinking my order was going to come up to like 7.00$ because I had 20% off so Because I had a calculator and I calculated it the total was going to be 32.00$ and I subtracted 20% from it and it was 7.00$ so when I went up to the cash register it came up to 25.00$ so I left out of there empty handed

I never do reviews(EVER) but the manager there is horrible! Her name is Jolene. She was rude and everytime I go there, she does absolutely nothing but tells all of the employees what to do! Iv even heard the employees talking about how bad of a manager she is (and that’s sad)!! The cashiers there are great, helpful, and friendly. The manager has worked there for a few years now, but I honestly don’t know how she’s still the manager. The store finally got updated and it’s great now, and I thought maybe they would upgrade managers or even the managers attitude, but no, that’s the only problem with this store!

I love this store because the staff is always incredibly helpful, but also knows when to give you space. There is always someone at hand to help you find something, ask about prices, discuss fragrances, etc. I love the sales, too!

Love bath and body works

I love their candles, especially when theyre on sale for $8.95!!! The body lotion I use everyday and at 57 my skin is so soft.

I like this store over the one in Sanford but bath and body works on general just doesnt have the thrill and great products as it once did. Its no wonder Victoria secret and lush (even though its more expensive) is getting more business.

I worked at bath and body works in a different city, so I know the difference between good/bad customer service & store management. I’ll never go to this store again, every time I am offended by the lack of cleanliness, poor management, and the associates attitudes, especially lately during the holidays. I hope they get some improvements soon at this location!

There wasnt a greeter around the front to tell you about promos or offer a bag and we made it to the back, no one greeted us but there were 4 people standing behind the register. Customer Service was a 2 star, but availability of products was good.

The new store is gorgeous. Sales are awesome, but i have a problem with them selling out of stuff so quickly when they have a huge sale. Its like theres limited quantities of stuff when they know there having a huge sale, so being said 1st come 1st serve with that. They dont combine coupons you can only use 1 at a time & they dont take retail me not discounts anymore which is a major bummer because i did alot of my shopping with those discounts!!!
