I had a terrible experience at this Southfield Location! I’m furious 😡 I bought a 75” LG TV that was damaged during delivery. I didn’t know it was damaged until it was mounted on the wall. Prior to the tv being mounted, I threw the box away! Unknowingly, I wasn’t aware that I was supposed to keep the box to return it! The store wouldn’t return the tv, and now I’m out of $1000+ For something that wasn’t my fault!!! The Manager Norm was a complete JERK, he wasn’t emphatic, and wasn’t helpful at all, neither did he offer any solution, other than to call a hotline number, which was a complete waste of time! The Regional manager Al wasn’t any help either! I’ve spent so much money in the store in the last few months and they did nothing to accommodate me!! They ripped me off for $1000+ and they could care less! They need to explain to customers upfront that they should keep their box until the tv is plugged in to ensure it’s working properly! ABC Warehouse Southfield is the worst, I will never shop here again!!!

Horrible return policy that is not written in black and white. My salesman’s name is FADI. I purchased a GE appliance package from the Southfield, MI location. The refrigerator that I purchased never dispensed ice or water like it should. GE sent a technician out twice and the issue was never resolved. I went back to ABC warehouse and Fadi told me that GE has to authorize a refund. When I contacted GE they told me that wasn’t true. Then the manager at the store informed me that because the refrigerator was taken out the box they can’t issue a refund. He also said they don’t have a written return policy. Which makes absolutely no sense. How would I know if it works if it’s not taken out the box. And the only thing that Fadi told me at the time of purchase was to keep my boxes. I called GE back and they said that a tech has to come out 4 times for them to deem the appliance as non repairable. I would never purchase anything else from this company or that manufacturer.

I wouldn’t recommend this place… Fadi was our salesman and he appeared to be very helpful but it’s going on MONTHS of having a new refrigerator and it still don’t work. I can’t store any leftovers in the fridge cause it will grow mold. Everything spoil 5x’s faster and it’s costing US to much money. Wasted thousands of dollars for some B S appliances; they was suppose to order new parts for the fridge and it’s still not in; almost 4 months later. And to top it off; I had trouble with my Stove as well but Thanks to DTE; they came out and fixed our GAS LEAK! I’m very unhappy with the turn out of this place….. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!

Worst experience ever. They keep pushing my delivery date back. I purchased a living room set on June 5th, but they are delivering my order in pieces. They have came out two times already and all I have is a couch with no legs. My seller is clueless and corporate is helpless. All anyone has to say is that it’s nothing they can do. They still have not given me a sure date for when I can expect my entire set. DO NOT GO HERE.

ABC WAREHOUSE IN SOUTHFIELD IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I GAVE THEM OVER 1200.00 FOR MY CHILDREN AND I A NEW FRIDGE AFTER OURS WENT OUT, AFTER WAITING A WEEK FOR DELIVERY, OUR NEW FRIDGE WAS 1/2 INCH TO BIG TO GO IN THE KITCHEN LONG STORY SHORT THEY DONT HAVE A FRIDGE THAT WILL FIT AND I THEN ASKED FOR A REFUND. WHEN I SAY THESE PEOPLE MADE ME CRY AFTER NOT HAVING THE MERCHANDISE OR MY MONEY!!! I AM LIVID WHAT ARE MY CHILDREN TO DO. Horrible experience. I went there to get a HDMI cord for my tv. They gave me a HDTV cord and said it will work just fine. I went home to see that it doesn’t work. I go back a week after to return it, and they said that we can’t return it because it was an open box. I literally didn’t even take it out the plastic wrap and they said they can’t take it back. Very disappointed and won’t come back.

Funny thing about this store, is they mainlyy try to upsell you on everything. Actual prices are basically comparable to any other stores prices, yet they never have the product you want in stock, hence the upsell. A bit of caution, stay away from their credit card if youre an automated bill payer. They will almost always make your payment late no matter how early its paid. I literally had to go in and pay off my account, just to cancel it, because they kept charging a late fee and marking my credit report for payments on auto pay and on time.

Worst abc warehouse I have ever been at. Came here for a automatic car starter installation that I had paid for before Christmas and they couldnt fit me in until the 29th.. came in early to wait till they opened and dropped the keys off. they said it would take about three hours.. they called us back and said they didnt have the correct key fob so I went personally down to the orchard lake location to pick it up knowing that if the Southfield store had to do it it would take a day.. came back to drop it off and a few hours later they called and said they dont have the correct module.. so then I went to pick up the correct one at the DEARBORN location and came back to drop it off. Came back around 3pm and they told me they havent even started on the car yet.First off all, the empolyee told us it would take three hours which Is why I waited. They were not ready with the correct parts for my service which was scheduled for the 29th in advance. We spoke to the general manager and all he said was that they are going through management changes and only have two techs. They tried to give us a gift card for food or a movie but thats not worth the time and gas money spent driving around getting parts that THEY should have had already. If they had told me that it wouldnt be done for a day I would have left and gone on with my day.. but they did not.I never post bad reviews because Ive never had to but this Was one of the worst expierences I have ever had with any store in my life. Will never be coming back here and will never recommend this place to anyone.

I am extremely disappointed in the experience we had at ABC Warehouse. We ordered a dryer and paid for extra for it to be delivered and paid to have someone come and hook it up. The dryer came at 7:30am. The guy didn’t come until 6pm to install it. He left it pulled away from the wall. We looked behind it and the exhaust tube was crushed, so obviously he knew it didn’t fit. We not only can’t use the new dryer, our old dryer was taken outside and placed in front of the garage, so we can’t get our car in the garage. I plan to call in the morning and ask for a full refund and have them come and take their dryer back. I will go somewhere else. They promised they could have it delivered and installed in one day. Now we have no dryer, because our old one will sit out in the snow over night.

I went planning on spend 1000. But fell in love with a more expensive fridge, They delivered it and im happy With my choice. Now I have to have the matching stove and microwave.

Bought a new LG dryer in 02/2018 with an extended service plan from the Southfield location, the dryer has been serviced 3 times already due to the heater blower malfunctioning. Weekend before Labor Day 2019 the dryer went completely out. To get service on it now or replaced has been a complete nightmare. It seems the Southfield ABC Warehouse does not want to honor the ESP. Manager Josh does not call back as he said he would, he assumes that whoever he delegated to resolve the problem has done their job. Josh makes excuses as to why he has not followed up and then makes comparisons to a car being out of service (you have to wait two weeks before you can get your car back when it is down). He follows that statement with I am sorry I have done all I can do to help, I understand what you are going through. Josh needs to be trained on problem/conflict resolutions. Went to Troy ABC Warehouse, spoke to manager Rob who already has been more helpful.. still dont have a working dryer but remaining hopeful that I will eventually get some help. Dont present a problem with Josh as he is clueless.. poor management at this store

When I walked into the store I was greeted by the workers in a very pleasant way. No rushing me or trying too make me spend more than I planned to. Unimpressive selection, we came in about an ad deal but it seemed like a bit of a bait and switch.

This is the most unprofessional abc warehouse store in the Oakland county area. The Store Manager, Tom Lodish was incredibly rude. As we’re standing outside, he comes to the door and doesn’t say hello or sorry for your wait. He just says, what do you want? Me and the other two customers just look at him like, “is he serious?” Also, the customer behind didn’t have a mask and allowed him in the store. The only reason I didn’t leave cause they were the only store in the area that had what I needed. I guarantee to you this, they will never get my business again if they were the only store in the state. If I could them a 0 out of 5 I would be the one guy that did take care of me made my transaction a little smoother.

I went to this store to buy a fridge. Since i walked in, i was welcomed in a very nicely way. Fadi did great job helping us to choose what we need and what we are looking for. He went above and beyond to get us a very nice deal. He is very professional at what he does. Highly recommend him for everyone.

They had absolutely NOTHING for one which is not particularly surprising due to covid everything is sold out everywhere, I get it. But the Staff was useless and not friendly at all besides one sales associate. However that isnt what made me write a review, what made me write the review is the associate Tom Lodish in particular. Tom proceeded to ask a group of customers (including myself) who had been waiting on 90 degree weather for over 20 minutes what they were buying before he would let you enter. If you told him you were there for a air conditioner he told you they were sold out and something about trying another location. Fortunately for me I was also interested in a Bluetooth speaker so I was allowed entrance. Once inside the store wouldnt you know air conditionersrs! I thought that was very dishonest and i did not feel welcome or valued as a customer. I will not be shopping at this location again!

Overall, I had an excellent experience. Chris was extremely helpless and knowledgeable of car and home audio! I got the best prices and a thorough breakdown of each of my products purchased. Customer Service is key and Chris exuded professionalism w a down-to-earth, human approach. Ill definitely refer more business to him and ABC Warehouse!~ Brian H.

I had a washer and dryer delivered from the Southfield location today. Drivers were rude didnt speak as I spoke to them. They parked on the street removed appliances on the street left boxes in driveway. Did not take old washer and dryer back. They were friendly when I bought it but rude when it came to delivering it.

The associates are very polite and professional. The prices are excellent.

Went to have car stereo installed, and wanted to buy television also.While viewing the tvs NO ONE made an effort to help, and there were virtually no other customers in the building for 20 minutes.

Seems like a store out of the 60s and a time gone by. Mostly washers and dryers on the floor. Probably much better to go to Best Buy or online for this kind of shopping.
