They have great, clean, reasonable priced luxurious cars! Come here if you want a beautiful great running car at a good price! They also work with ALL credit scores and will get you approved! If you have bad credit like me the Interest rate will be 25% so keep that in mind! ($400-$600) car note if you have bad credit which is what Charley explained to me but they can & will get you approved! I suggest if you want a lower monthly car note to put down a bigger down payment Anywhere from $3000-$6000 so you’ll have a more affordable car note. Overall the dealership is beautiful and clean and they have beautiful cars at a great price with good mileage! I recommend especially if you have a good credit score.
Salesman Mike Anderson assisted my Dad and me, and patiently explained the state of the car market...its a little rough trying to get cars right now. However, Mike checked around to see where I might be able to find the car I was looking for and also gave me some other options to consider. Took in a 2011 Kia for service. Tech still cant figure out how to disengage anti theft system, even with the remote and key. This is sad!!! Additionally, they dont call or return phone calls for updates. Will update this post later with final solution. I did suggest they use Google. Theres nothing new under the sun.

I am so happy that I went here, I’d looked at another dealership and didn’t feel comfortable or confident to buy there, I needed to feel like my needs were more important than just making a sale. I’ll try to get through this without crying. I have tried car buying many times and it has defeated me every time. My Jeep died on me. I walked into Glassman same day already discouraged and panicking. I first was told I was in the wrong building and had to go next door. Walked in next door and Charley Kashou tried to direct back to the previous building (which actually was the correct one) but once I mentioned I was sent to his building, he quickly took charge and said he’d take care of me. I explained my current dyer situation and he immediately told me he would get me in a car. He did! Within the hour, I was approved, paperwork signed, and my new car sent to be cleaned. I am a customer of Glassman since quite some time; I have a Subaru Forester and a Hyundai Santa Fe. I used their Body Shop services to repair my Foresters front door, and unfortunately the quality of the repair was not good. I opened the door of my car when I arrived at the shop and I heard a scratch. Clearly the door was scratching the fender when opening. I complained. They revised the repair in a few minutes and gave me back the car with the door slightly bent inwards, clearly in a way to avoid the scratching. But of course the flushness of the door was then compromised. Picture hereunder. I never had problems with their dealer but unfortunately I cant say the same about their body shop.

Hyundais are great! We worked directly with Shawn Treadway and Crystal Cogan. They were awesome! I leased a Hyundai from them remotely from Hawaii for my daughter who is going to school in Michigan. We did everything over a computer and they delivered the car to the college! They even put me in touch with an insurance agent because my insurance companies counterpart in Michigan was outrageous! I couldnt be happier with how efficient and helpful they were. We love our Hyundais in Hawaii and super happy to get one in a pandemic in Michigan. I never thought wed be able to get a Hyundai tucson with the car shortage. I guess people in Michigan havent realized what a great car it is yet, lucky for us!

After months of researching, I finally chose a car that checked all my boxes. Cost, safety ratings, best warranty, and still visually appealing lol. I landed upon the Hyundai Kona SE. With the shortage, it wasnt easy to find, in general. BUT Glassman had 3 of the SEs, and even better, one in white like I preferred. My test drive was set for 4:15. The car was already at the door ready to go. Crystal Cogan was our salesperson. The drive went well. We came back, negotiated a bit, and started the paperwork. Crystal is personable, not pushy, and she was a true advocate to help me get exactly what I wanted out of the vehicle. Leasing for now but 90% certain I will be purchasing it at the end of the lease. The gentleman in the finance department was also great! It was a seamless process, start to finish. Crystal and the rest of the team have gained a Glassman Hyundai customer for life.
I was told personally from GM that no way they would never except 72,5k for a Z06. He said hed buy it for himself at that price. Or he could bring it to auction and get that. Well guess what? Nows its 72,9k! He tried to make me feel stupid for my offer! See Mike I know cars too. Iam not over paying for a car. Way to lose a sale!

Terrible company and employees. Everyone from Todd Fendler the salesman to David Barash (Finance Manager) to the dealer manager are deceitful and do not act in good faith. Delivery of vehicle was not completed due to these practices and the statement by the salesman who had the keys (Todd) that he needed to complete a walk around and show vehicle safety features). A request to cancel the transaction was met with threats to deliver the vehicle to my home and an unwillingness to even speak with their own finance department (Chase-Subaru Finance).Watch out for:non-disclosure of vehicle price (note VEHICLE price, not financing breakdown)stating that “optional” warranty services/prices like the Expert Auto Windshield Repair/replace ($995) and/or The Protector interior/exterior protection ($2390) will be added to your car price even if you don’t want them.Salesman promising finance related topics (“comeback and refinance, no problem!”, “for every $1000 you save about $20 per payment/month”)Finance Manager (David) stating if I don’t buy optional extras they will add them to the price anyway.Currently lodged a dealer complaint with the State of Michigan Regulatory Licensing department, SOS, BBB, Subaru of America, Chase-Subaru Financing, ecpinc (interior/exterior warranty), Naenwan (Windshield warranty).Stay away!Edit: Don’t bother asking me to call you. I’ve tried that and you could give a toss.

Just a great experience overall.. too bad we couldnt have had a deal...I picked a car that isnt able to be financed..wish I had been told that from the get go...high miles finance company wont finance.. dealership didnt ask me to put money down which would have brought overall price down...car should be sold cash only..they want 10,000 for car with 177,000 miles. Car KBB is at 5975 . Poor management excellent sales man DJ...they just let deal slip..I picked up my new car from another dealership the next day...from Feldman Chevrolet 15,000 loaded equinox ...
This place is very rude to their employees don’t know how to treat people everytime my car gets serviced I still have problems the next day upper management needs to lear how to treat everyone with respect as far as employees and customers very sad to see this happening
The gentleman who started my appointment was very helpful and good to answer my questions. The service center was clean quiet which I really appreciated. From what I can tell the service was fine, but this is the second time I have gotten back into my vehicle after the service appointment to find the paper floor mat crumpled into a ball on my passenger seat. It is sloppy work and I hope not indicative of the level of service.Edit: The owner called and apologised for the issue. We really appreciated the call and thought it showed excellent customer service to respond in such a personal way. Thank you!

Well it was a little dissappointing. Selling a car myself, they saw my ad, and they contacted me and wanted to buy my car. I had to take it to the dealership for them to see if it was what i described in my ad. I asked if they were going to lowball me and i would have to take time off work to bring it to them. They made it seem like they could be the buyer. They offered me half of the amount i was asking. What a joke and waste of time. Never going there again.

Purchased sensor because check engine light on. Had to wait for sensor. Had to call them to see if it came in. They replaced sensor and when I got in my car after I paid them the damn check engine light still on. Next time Ill check the work before I pay. It seems like someone there should have made sure the problem was resolved before they gave my car back. I did not take my car their so I could sit in their waiting room for 2 hours. smh

Shady business practices. Called them to schedule an appointment to see a car. Drove 45 minutes for them to tell me the car was having a head gasket replaced when I got there. Proceeded to try and sell me cars thousands of dollars above my price range. Look elsewhere.

He was very honest and helpful. They even knocked 300$ off the total agreed price for no reason at all! I waited about 6 weeks before I gave a review to make sure everything was on the up & up. Just want to warn people not to go here at this point. Not only did they jack the price of my car up after I expressed interest, but they sold me a car with a faulty airbag system, tires and breaks that needed replaced, and who knows what else will pop up. They also gave me a spare key that doesn’t fit my car. They offered no recourse or even apology, nor did they give me the proper spare key to my car. I still have the key to somebody else’s Jeep and somebody probably has mine.They are rude, not accommodating, not helpful, and dishonest. I wish somebody had warned me. I wish I could give zero stars.

When I purchased a new Hyundai Kona I was truly excided; however, from the very first my car had transmission problems. I took the vehicle back to the Service Dept three times and they failed to repair the problem. The Service Dept lied to me and to the Glassman management. Hyundai Corp repurchased the vehicle - they were nice, knowledgeable, and honest in their dealings with me. Glassman, didnt score so well. I went somewhere else to purchase a new car, the wife and I love our new Subaru.

Set up an appointment after applying for financing on a specific vehicle, planned my day around it because I have a very busy schedule being in the military and running a home. I was an hour into the 2 hour trip to the dealership and went to look up the address and noticed the car was no longer on the website and it had just been there earlier today.I called the dealership to find out it had been sold. I received no phone call and not a care, I was pre approved for that vehicle and it was sold and I’m under the impression that I was not told just so I would make the 2 hour trip so they could still use that pre approval to up sale me something else. Very disappointed and disheartened that this is their level of inept customer care, there is great stigma in buying a used car and this just further demonstrates that, that exact distrust is valid. My husband called and spoke to a sales rep because there was no way I was going to entertain doing business and figured might as well leave it alone nothing can be done about it, the car is sold. That was when he was told that more info should have been collected as well as a down payment.
Requested car service to repair front and rear brakes which they neglected to accomplish. Only repaired the rear brakes forcing us to request another appointment to have the front brakes fixed. Cost us extra time & money. Not even an apology or reason was given for their failure. Will never return to this dealership.
Purchased used car from them 2 weeks ago and didnt receive expected customer service. Salesman himself was great and sale went smooth. I got a good deal on the car, no question on that part. Asked them for interior detail, only interior, didnt care for exterior. I specificaly asked for steam cleaning of leather, and trunk had bunch of stuff by spare tire (bags, receipts, wood chips, dirt etc.) An hour later he said my car was done. I went to look at it and nothing changed literaly. Trunk was still full of junk and not vacumed at all. Salesman and myself went to Cleaning department to ask why they didnt do their job and detailer said that he did. I showed him how nasty trunk was and that they didnt touch the car at all. Also I told him that I used to detail cars for living. He said: We have few cars here and I need to get them done, I dont have time for it. Even though my car was first in line. I told him that Im also a customer just like all those cars he had working on, and he just said: Like I said I dont have time for it. Thats not what customer service is about and no customer should be treated like they are asking a stranger for a favor.Batteries on both remotes were dead. Asked manager to replace them if possible on what he replied with: You got a good deal, you can replace them yourself. Yes I can, but when you sell a 4 year old car for $18+k arent you suppose to go through full inspection and address things that need to be addressed, something like batteries on both key fobs? 🤷♂️Later that week I realized Im missing wheel lock and rubber seal between driver front and rear door. I contacted them to find wheel lock or rubber seal. They didnt have wheel lock and manager told me they will remove them and replace with regular lug nuts which was ok with me. He didnt want to cover rubber seal and it cost me $63. No wheels locks in stock for purchase, no regular lug nuts in stock as well. Nice waste of Sat. Bunch of people in a waiting area, no place to sit. Great buy, worst customer service.P.S. Went back next week to get my wheel locks and install weather strip and got it all taken care of. Nice guy at the service department took good care of me. Unfortunately I dont know his name. 3 stars instead of 1

He is a bright & positive asset that should not be overlooked. His sensitivity & character in matters where another salesman was unprofessional, disrespectful, & uncouth was a shining example of his dignity & respect not just for himself, but for others. Although there was a very sour patch with that other salesman, who fell short in his sincerity with his trivial & ineffective apology, the rest of the employees were welcoming & friendly. The Gen. Mgr. we spoke to, Mike, was also very professional & respectful. Anthony, however, was the star & the embodiment of class, and it is solely because of him that we did not walk out after our unpleasant encounter. I hope the owner realizes the gold mine he has in Anthony & that he is rewarded properly. We are grateful he was our salesman. Thank you, Anthony!
