The best auto store periodt! I love my Auto Zone stores!!!

They are always helpful when Ive needed battery checks/assistance, but make sure you really know what you want when you are going in. I needed a part for my parking brake and they were looking for break pads. (My parking brake didnt have pads) If you know what you need, youll be fine.

Needed some parts to revive my abandoned car so I got them from Autozone on Southfield Rd in Southfield. Jesse from Autozone did me a great service replacing the side mirror for me. It was quite a complicated task but he patiently got all the screws out to connect the sockets and mount the new one on there for me. The young boy that was working today was rude and have attitude. Im your regular client for 3 years! And this boy treated me bad with disrespect.But the other guys are professional and polite have been dealing with them regularly.

Today was the day that my battery for my car decided to die. It was fine when I went to work this morning, but when I went to go pick up lunch, my car would not start.Dead battery. My coworker told me to come up to Autozone. I didnt realize there was one this close to my office. So I was happy to come here.One thing I have to say about Autozone is that I have never had a bad experience at any location.Today was no different. I wish I would have got the guys name because he was fantastic.I explained to him what was going on and what I thought was wrong. He said, well, lets test it first to make sure. He tested the battery and the alternator and something else I cant remember, and he did determine my battery is bad.We went back inside, and he gave me plenty of options on batteries, and when we landed on one that I would purchase, he then went back out to my car and installed it.AutoZone is the Best!

This is a very helpful and clean location, even after my windshield wiper was stuck on, Lavelle went back into the store and grabbed some tools to help get the old one off and put the new one on. I appreciate his help and extra time and I will not wait 2 years again to replace my windshield wiper.

It was 5pm. My car overheated . I went in to get coolant. MrF.Bell, the manager helped me fill the coolant. He went above and beyond with a teaching lesson and just making sure I was safe checking my oil as well. In this world of all this fighting and seeming selfish world, MrBell treated me like his daughter and as my dad has passed, it was so appreciated. I thank you for hiring Mr.Bell as he cares about his customers, no matter the skin color. I had a fine visit to this Auto Zone Auto Parts store recently. I needed new screws to keep my license plate on the new (used) vehicle I just purchased. The first set I bought was not the right one and I wasnt sure if they would accept for return the package that I had basically torn right through before realizing I had the wrong size. They were very helpful in getting me the right one and swapping them out at the register without trouble. The staff was kind.

Went in this morning after realizing the guard under my car was dragging on the ground, but had no idea what exactly I needed to fix the problem. The two men working listened, went out to my car and tried multiple things while laying on the ground under my car trying fix it. They could have given up and sent me elsewhere but went above and beyond my expectations figuring it out and saving me a ton of money I would have spent at a shop. Such a great experience. Thank you!

Darren was very friendly and helpful over the phone. He explained the different batteries that fit our car and suggested we come in for a quick diagnostic.We stopped in a few hours before closing time and were quickly helped. No problems since then - even in zero degree weather.I definitely recommend this store for all automotive problems. Thanks.

Hours on the door say 7:30am. I showed up a little after 8am and theyre not open. There was an employee inside who yelled at me through the window that they wouldnt be open until 10-10:30am and I should go somewhere else. Dont worry, I will.

Staff is always very helpful, and after I said I didnt need any help finding anything, and reluctantly went up to the counter saying actually I did, the gentleman working was really nice about it and helped me find the bulb I needed right away

The staff seemed extremely rude the second I walked through the door. After waiting sometime for the employees to discuss their personal lives, a women walked over to me I explained the part I needed as she looked through the computer with difficulty says we do not carry these. Well in fact I cant believe you dont carry spark plugs and wires for a 2011 Chevy Silverado. I explained that isnt possible and she got an attitude with me then I said I will just go to a different store she replied good. Will never go back here again.

Do not trust Fix Finder from AutoZone.I stopped by the store to check on Engine Light. Sales rep used a small device to run quick diagnostic and verdict was gas cap. Also he said I need to drive few days for car system to reset. I bought new gas cap. After two weeks engine light is still on, :(. Was waist of time and money.

The lady in there is so rude! I asked a question about a fuse she tells me to Google it ! She was cussing blaring music very unprofessional environment and I wont be coming here again.

Manager was horrible towards me for no appearent reason.. all bc I asked for help with finding a battery for my key fob yells at me bc I dont have it open already... you guys have horrible customer service... you act like everyone knows how to do everything... try being a nicer human being sometime.....

I walked in, grabbed what was needed for my car and waited almost 10 minutes in line before the next person came in and the employees allowed her to cut in front of me while they were still helping the previous 2 other people. I can handle the wait for the customers who were already ahead of me, I do not approve of the employees letting other customers cut in front of others already in line. Unfortunately I didnt have the time to complain to a manager so I put back what was needed for my car and will be finding other places to go. I have had poor over the phone conversations with the employees at this location to begin with (think along the lines of them trying to upsell me a whole new part for my car just because I sound feminine and must not know cars when all I asked for was a clamp.) I dont know what the issue is with this location because I dont get this kind of treatment at any other location of Autozone. Its too bad because this is the closest one to my house and the next time I have car issues I now know I cant trust this location.

Purchased wind shield wipers and headlights, I asked for help to install and the employees asked for help because he was uncomfortable with doing it himself possibly because he was new. The supervisor didnt even consider and said NO multiple times right away. Then in was told I can go to the gas station or to another store with help installing. Needless to say I have the products not installed and having to go to a different location for help installing.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE autozone. The employees dont trust them to put anything on your car I came in for a head light asked the man to put it in for me. It wasnt till he broke off my damn light before he told me he didnt know what he was doing! Why would you touch my car if you had no idea how to fix it!! Didnt realize it was broken until I went to another autozone and they actually showed me where my screws were missing!! I will never go back to this autozone nothing but young people who dont know what their doing!

Went to get wipers for both front and rear window, had the guy install them for me. He broke the pin that holds the wiper on the arm of the wiper, now I cant put a wiper on it and I have to replace the whole arm.
