This is one of the best auto repair shops you can go to for your foreign car. The dealerships are grossly overpriced. Their price is usually less, quick and fair service. They are not going to lie about what needs to be repaired. I highly recommend them. I have been taking my BMW there for over 2 years and not one complaint.

Bill and his team are very efficient and professional! They provided excellent customer service and did a phenomenal job servicing my vehicle. I own a Land Rover that needed a right rear wheel bearing replacement. The Land Rover Stealership quoted me a rate of $1200.00 more than what Bill charged me. My vehicle was ready the very next day, and purrs like a kitten...it rides great! I strongly recommend this repair shop. I will have my truck serviced here from now on. They are great!

I own a 2000 Mercedes ML320 w/300,000 and a 2001 BMW X5 w/170,000(with no check engine light), thanks to Bill, Jimmy and Chris at the Auto Doctor. I have been taking my suvs there for almost 5 years now.I first walked in there with a service light that no other oil change place could reset.Bill asked me to fill out my name and address so he could create a folder for me. I told him I just had my oil changed at a shop that wouldnt/couldnt reset it. He told me it was no problem and that we would go over my whole car front to back; up and down.Mike the service writer called me when my car was looked over and explained to me that my car was in need of a transmission service. I was told that my transmission control unit was bad and had low fluid due to the leaking of my transmission connector (my shifting was slamming into gears from park to drive and from to drive to reverse). I did not mention that as a problem that my car was having . I had the transmission service done at a reasonably priced cost compared to what the dealership quoted me. Auto Doctor quoted me $300 less than what the dealership quoted me. I have not had a problem with my transmission since. When I bought my BMW I had it inspected and have had regular maintenance done to it by the Auto Doctor ever since. I recommend the Auto Doctor to everyone I know. I wouldnt go to anywhere else for my vehicle maintenance.

These guys are the best ! After taking my BMW to an independent BMW service shop with zero results. Then moving on to the Dealer with the same results I was in need of good mechanic. I was lucky enough to be referred to the Auto Doctor and all I can say is they took their time diagnosing my vehicle. And making sure to pinpoint the problem exactly and get it fixed! Wish I found these guys much sooner ! Not only did they fix my car they helped save me lots of money in the process! If you have a problem with your European vehicle definitely take it here. They can become busy at times so you might have to wait to get your car back but trust me just be patient they will fix it for you.

Do not ever pay them until you check out your vehicle theyre the only place that I know that can work on your vehicle and give your vehicle back and you can still have noise or smoke or things going on and they act like they dont see it or hear it but then theyre say that you know theyre busy trying to get the cars out and all this other stuff ripoff artists

Ive taken multiple cars here for their pre-purchase inspections, they scan the car, and visually look it up and down, they gave me an accurate quote and told me if the car was a good buy or not! Auto Doctor is great! Plus they have a lot of the parts in stock to make the job quick and time effective!

Very pleased with the polite, professional and genuine atmosphere. The man at the front desk is super kind, helpful and gives prompt communication. Weve had an issue with our Golf TDI and had taken it to several shops with no luck. Auto Doctor is definetly our new go to auto shop for repairs.

Knowledgeable and experienced management and mechanics for the repair of my 15 year old Jaguar XKR. Latest test equipment allowed then to correctly diagnose my problem and make repairs in a timely manor and at reasonable cost. Nice people to do business with!

My vehicle needed a small linkage replaced between the shifter and transmission, and had no other issues up until the small connection in the linkage rusted and broke. Auto doctor ordered the part and replaced the linkage, but when they returned the vehicle the shifter was misaligned and cocked permanently to the right. Worse yet, my vehicle has a push down lockout for the reverse gear on the shifter, which was completely disfunctional after their repair. Instead, my first gear was replaced by reverse and all other gears were shifted over slightly to the right. This ended up being very dangerous as there were several times I ended up stuck in an intersection unable to get into gear.Auto doctor attempted to fix this the next day, but could not, and told me they would research the issue and call me back. They never called me to follow up, and after making several calls and being told they did not know the solution, I took my vehicle to another mechanic.I ended up paying for the repair twice because auto doctor did not perform it properly and fought me to keep every penny of their fee. Just skip the headache and go somewhere else.

Auto Doctor or Auto Nurses Assistant? I read some of the reviews and heard the words from a friend to avoid AUTO DOCTOR. I didnt listen for some reason. I took my 2009 VW Passat CC Turbo to the Auto Doctor for loss throttle pressure and now over $1500 (repair n rental) my car performs just as bad. After 3 visits in a couple weeks the AD cant figure out my throttle issues. Bill suggested that he put all my old parts back on my vehicle that was replaced and tow it to a VW dealership. I feel bad because the staff has been very friendly.
