Lawrence was extremely friendly and professional. I called the day before I purchased the vehicle and he responded quickly with information on purchasing options for an AT4. When I called the next day, he answered quickly and was very accommodating to set up a time to view the truck. It was great that he helped me with all me questions which made it a very easy and quick decision to purchase the vehicle. The gentleman that I signed the paper work with was also helpful and made me feel comfortable with the process talking about the drive I had to take to Colorado and the experience he had driving there also. Lawrence walked me through in detail the options on the truck and was very patient with me because I had my mother with me and I appreciate that he could sense that my mother was waiting for a while and expedited the process. When I left both were extremely nice thanking me for the purchase and wishing me fond good bye. The service was in the top of any of my vehicle purchases. Even though I live in Colorado, and have another chance to purchase from Lawrence, I will. I grew up in Michigan and will certainly recommend and tell my friends of the great experience I had. The truck also came with a lockable compartment in the armrest that I forgot about and at the end of showing me the vehicle, Lawrence reminded me he would take care of getting me it when it came in. I was not happy that I had to wait two days to get back my GMC Terrain 2015 from what appeared to be a routine windshield wiper motor replacement. But that disappointment was quickly erased when I found out Chuck said his crew found a GMC wiper motor recall code that eliminated a $150+ expense. I do not know how many dealerships go out of their way to save their customers money but the Art Moran Buick team certainly do. Keep up the good work Chuck!
After we dropped the car off for service everything was fine BUT another customer hit our car when they leaving. So now it needs to go back for body work.

Well for starters Jenny Harwood practically greeted me at the door.She introduced herself & immediately asked if there was anything she could assist me with. She was calm & courteous!! I was some what disappointed with the service department at Art Moran. On a previous visit for a oil change I inquired about being charged for my oil change I said I was to have FREE OIL Changes for the time of my lease. When I asked they said I did not and it was the first oil change only. I spoke to the service adviser and my sales agent Jenny Harwood, both said I did not and I paid my $60 for the oil change and Tire rotation. Fast forward to my last visit for an oil change and tire rotation and the service was free because I have a service plan included in my lease, just as I stated previously. I would like to be reinbursed for my payment on the previous oil change and tire rotation due to the service department mistake. Also this should have been caught by the service department records.
My experience was excellent. Ron the service manager made sure I was taken care of properly while awaiting for my car to be repaired from an issue that came from a previous service visit. Ron made sure he communicated with me the entire time, getting the part for my vehicle was taking longer than expected. He made sure I had transportation while I awaited my repair. I had to end up leaving my car at the dealership while I went out of town. He provided me with a loaner vehicle, this allowed our trip to go uninterrupted and without additional expense,. I purchased my car at Art Moran, and had never taken my vehicle any where else for service, the service provided at this dealership has been exceptional, an error was made, and they owned it and resolved is with the utmost respect and value for their customer base. They always take good care of me. I even referred my daughter to the dealership, and how she has a Buick, that she purchased from them. We are satisfied customers, and we love our BUICKS!!

Jenny worked with the limited inventory to find us a vehicle we wanted. The purchase experience was very respectful and low pressure, the sort of place I would want to buy from again. Jenny explained what I wanted to know about on the vehicle but respected that I already knew most of it from all the GM vehicles I have driven.

Absolutely the most ridiculous and unprofessional dealership I have ever worked with. These guys have no empathy for their customers even when they mess up themselves. I came in on July 19th to replace my brakes and they service guy tried to scam me by charging me for service which I did not authorize.They left my rear wheel locks off and didnt put back my wheel lock key back in my car. I have been running around for weeks trying to get my wheel locks and wheel lock key back as I need to do get my alignment done. Me and my wife have not been able to use the car because of the severe condition and shaking of my steering wheel. They have ordered me new wheel locks last week(after trying to get a reply from them for weeks) and informed me that they would arrive today 8/24. I called today and spoke to Jim (was super rude and not understanding of my situation) who said he does not have an estimated delivery time on those wheel locks and mitsubishi parts take long to come in but I told him I was told by Derek brothers that they would arrive Tuesday 8/24 and even called Monday 8/23 and a lady informed me that they would be arriving Tuesday 8/24 in the evening. This is absolutely ridiculous I am so furious. I spent almost $1500 at this dealership which I regret so much. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Please stay away from them.

Came in the store and spoke to Dennis Thacker the assistant sales manager. We spoke about leasing a 2021 SLT Sierra. I had a 2019 trade which he never appraised, after telling me he would “call me” me with appraisal. I followed up with him once via phone, he immediately told me he was busy and would call me back with appraisal and to set up appt to come into store. That was 3.5 weeks ago and never heard back from Dennis. My interaction with this store was poor to say the least, and I was a physical customer who came in the store, with a physical trade in. I am since driving my beautiful 2021 Sierra from Suburban in Troy. They were highly responsive and got me into a new Sierra same day as well as processed my trade paperwork. Art Moran GMC and Dennis never even got to step 1- they just weren’t interested it seems.
If I could leave a 0 star I would have. I brought my truck in to be serviced they had my truck for 15 days no calls no updates. Manager had a bad attitude and acted as if he didn’t care to even speak to me let alone help me. Derrick was my service guy and every time I called to speak to him he was on lunch break or just no where to be found. Only good person there was a guy by the name Justin and a guy named mike they really seemed to care about there job and tried to go above and beyond I think either one of them should honestly be the manager overall horrible custom service and experience I would never bring my truck back here again !

I filled out a generalized car website stating that I was interested in a GMC Acadia. My information went to 3 local GMC dealerships. Laura Wagner called me within 20 minutes. She was so easy to work with. I was able to trade in my Ford Edge. The experience working with them was perfect. The finance manager, Lamont, was courteous and explained everything. Im glad I visited Art Moran! I decided to lease a 2021 GMC Acadia and chose Art Moran because of their large selection. I wanted a specific trim and they had a ton of options. I worked with Dennis Thacker and even changed my mind on the color that I wanted halfway through the process - Dennis was super easy to work with and there wasnt any pressure or stress. They gave me a great trade on my used Explorer and Lamont in financing made that process a breeze. When my husbands lease is up next year were looking forward to going back to Dennis for the next car!

She let me know when the diesel was finally being built and how to get one. I was BEYOND impressed that she helped so much! I called one day and let him know what I was looking for and price range and he assured me he could help. The next day he was working to put me into a car that I not only liked but could afford. He was willing to work for me and genuinely seem to care about my needs. The overall feel of Art Moran dealership is inviting and friendly. They have a diverse staff both in sales and in service. This is my third vehicle under the GM brand and to be honest my last experience with another dealership almost caused me to never buy a GM product again. But thanks to Art Moran my faith has been restored, there are good people out there! I now am enjoying my new 2020 Buick Envision. I will be glad to recommend Art Morans dealership to friends and family.

The only thing I noticed that I didnt like was that the windshield fluid was not topped off, and air was removed from my tires. I like to have them on the high side of recommend limits in the winter. Everything else was good!

I have purchased all of my vehicles since 2000 through GMC and several of those cars at Art Moran. In the 19 years that I have been getting my vehicles serviced at this dealership I have NEVER encountered a RUDE, Unprofessional and Pompous individual in the service department until today (4/12/2021). I arrived for a scheduled oil change and a key fob check and this service guy named, Tim, insisted that it was the batteries that prevented the key fob from working. I explained to him that I had changed the batteries, but I believed that it was not programmed properly because it never worked!!! He insisted on sending me to the service department to replace the battery although I kept telling him that I had already done that. Being that I was once an engineer, the battery would be the first problem solving approach to fix the fob!!! However, he wanted to argue back and forth and continue to insist that it was the battery and not the programming!!! All I came to the dealership today for was an oil change and a key fob check and this guy had to be a argumentative jerk!!! I walked away and requested to speak with a manager and this dude continued to be argumentative, rude and antagonizing to get a rise out of me, but I did my very best to ignore him. Fortunately, after speaking with the manager (Ron) he quickly resolved the situation and that’s why I raised my star from a 1, which it should have been a 0, to a 2 because of the manager’s professionalism and great customer service skills!!!!

On 9/23, I brought in my vehicle for a scheduled service appointment. Subsequently, I was informed the vehicle could not be worked on for a few days due to scheduling issues. I picked up the vehicle on 9/24 and returned it on 9/28. On 10/5, having heard no feedback, I called twice and left messages. I received no reply. On 10/6, I called again and spoke to my Advisor. He stated the vehicle was not yet worked on, and that he would have to talk to the Service Manager to see when it could be scheduled. The Advisor stated hed get back to me later that morning. I did not receive a call. On 10/7, I called and left the Advisor a message asking for a status update. He returned my call and informed me that there were problems scheduling the vehicle. He stated they would try to get the vehicle in on 10/8 or 10/9. On 10/12, I called again asking for a status update. The Advisor informed me the vehicle had not yet been looked at but would try to get it in that day. At this point, the vehicle had been with them for 19 days for a confirmed appointment and had yet to be brought into the service bay. Having heard no feedback, I called on 10/15 asking for a status update. The Advisor informed me in essence that they had inspected and tested but found no problem. So, after 3 weeks of waiting, I was left with nothing more than when I started, and had to pay $128.27 for this debacle. To say this was frustrating is an understatement. I realize that COVID has caused many issues with businesses, but there was certainly a better way to have handled this. And, in the end, my vehicle still has the original problem I brought it in for, with no explanation of possible causes or remedies. Reference: Art Moran Buick-GMC Work Order #188679.

I had a really awful experience at a different dealer and I was ready to give-up on a Buick. Laura made the process EXTREMELY easy. She was transparent and answered all my questions in a timely fashion. She also made the process safe which is hard to do by 2020 standards!
I sent my husband with my car and they tried to charge him over $800 dollars more than what I owed. I had a Freedom Warranty which had already been discussed and submitted to the warranty company. I also confirmed with your representative that I would only have to pay the $100 deductible when I brought the truck in to be serviced and she said yes that would all that I owed and then my husband was presented with a bill for over $900 dollars. I am not sure that it was because they were trying to take advantage of my husband because they felt that he was unaware of the amount owed or if this is just a practice that often occurs with your company. This is the second interaction that I have had with this dealership and both of them have been TERRIBLE.

We were able to do most if not all the paperwork over email because my wife and I work during the day. We were able to come test drive the GMC Terrain on our lunch break and come finish the paperwork after we got off work. Overall it was very smooth and fast process. I brought my 2011 Buick in for some service yesterday. They are very short staffed. Derrick wrote it up and today the response was luke warm. They didn’t have answers. Derrick was as unknowledgeable as could be and got a bit snippy with his responses. The manager, Ron, was also pretty bad (uncaring). I called and spoke with Lou, the GM. It’s hard to believe it went from bad to worse. I was charged $120 to diagnose a problem and due to their “condescending & careless attitude “ I decided to pickup my vehicle without having the work done. What a waste of time & so much aggravation. I came to pickup the car and Derrick said “I don’t know, once Lou took over, I’m not involved “. I am now waiting for 1/2 hour for them to process paperwork. This was a horrible & disappointing experience. Unbelievable !!! I would NOT recommend this service department!!!!

Terrible experience. Derrick didn’t do anything for me. AT ALL! He charged me $120 & told me, because they diagnosed my car & it had nothing to do with my insurance claim, I have to pay. Instead of caring for my safety or the longevity of my vehicle, he would rather work for the insurance, rather than the customers vehicle life. I am not pleased.

I worked With Scott Harris on a 2018 Yukon that the dealer had listed. I asked a lot of questions about the Yukon as Im very meticulous. Scott was very honest and didnt mind all the 100 questions and picture requests as I was a 4 hour drive from the dealer. He sent me a picture text of the Yukon all cleaned up and in the garage bay as it was supposed to snow later. I eneded up driving up on a sunday night. Staying at a hotel nearby and Scott picked me up from there the next day. He went above and beyond. Scott and the guys at the dealer were hands down one of the best people Ive dealt with as other dealers can be pushy and try to pull one over you. Not with Art Moran. Thank you again Scott and Art Moran dealership. 5 stars from me.

I drive across town to get my Chevrolet serviced here. Last spring my engine blew out and I had to get it replaced. They did an outstanding job during the worst of the pandemic last spring and providing a loaner without question after they exceeded the number of days allotted and repaired the engine along with some other items bundled in at a price that was very reasonable and will keep this car running well for the additional two years in payments I still have on it. I would highly recommend their service department including their body shop and getting you quality service and a fair price with a friendly qualified staff.

Not too much respect shown for appointments made early, perhaps a car wash could have diminished my discontent.Really - TWO HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE WITH AN APPOINTMENT. Please review your process.
Service was terrible they did not fix the problem and seem to not care to find out what the problem is. I have the vehicle back with the same issue.They gave me a dirty loaner vehicle and did not seem to care at all.I will not refer anyone to this dealership and I will post my experience on social media.
