Jennifer the manager was absolutely AMAZING!!!This was was first experience ever renting. Storage unit and she answered all my questions and helped me understand the process every step of the way. She showed me several options as far as unit sizes and helped me pick out the best unit for my needs. She truly made the entire experience fast and efficient.

The management here is unprofessional. Walked in and found that the door is locked and it should be open by the office hours yet theyre not. Only when I called corporate suddenly the door is open and someone is magically there.

The staff there is so nice and helpful. The storage building is so clean. And the price is good too. They always have good price promotions.

There was one person who had her stuff sprawled in the middle of the driving area at the outside storage area but that was no fault of those working there. That person was just inconsiderate. The storage is clean and secure for both inside and outside storage. I did not interact with anyone that works at the storage. I did not notice dumpsters in the area so if you want to toss out anything you have to take it elsewhere.

The specials that they have, the customer service when I first applied for it was well and it’s cleanliness.

CubeSmart in Southgate is clean, temperature-controlled, and secure. Cicly is professional, friendly, and customer- service oriented.

Over priced..rude staff. The woman who runs the office has an attitude and a smart mouth. Did not appreciate any time i ever had to deal with her face to face. They dont care about keeping customers. They arent the only storage place!

Smooth easy process. only 1 minor issue is that there were 2 small bags of ammunition in the unit, Im guessing left by a previous occupant. There was one on each side of the doorway on the inside. it was tucked in the little nook and I can totally see how it would be easy to miss. Everything else has been perfect. Helpful, friendly staff. Clean facility.

Good deal for first month rent. Free rental moving truck was very handy. The manager, Dolores, was kind, helpful and professional. The location was clean and looked well maintained.

I have only just started moving in, but so far, its been great! I was at A & B Affordable Storage (which is no longer affordable, by the way!), and I am paying much less at Cube Smart. AND, they have lights and heat and I can rent their truck to move my stuff from A & B for $10 - no kidding! And, I can access my unit ANY day from 6am to 10pm - even on Christmas! Jennifer is so helpful and friendly! So, you A & Bers, stop wasting your money!!!!! Cmon over to Cube Smart and tell them #2132 sent you - we both get a free month of rent that way!Sorry I have to change my rating. I am a senior citizen living on a FIXED income and my monthly rent just went up $16 a month! Manager cant me why - so reason must be cause they can! Ill be looking for somewhere that respects seniors!!!!!

Great price, great location. Access is easy and climate controlled.

Myself and a couple of partners from Veterans Cleaning dealt with Jennifer and Shawnna. They both had pleasant demeanors and were very helpful. So, we highly recommend this place if the situation should ever arise and you’re in need of a place to store your items.

We were greeted by Shawanna. She was very friendly and professional. She was very informative and explained everything very thoroughly. Everything was very clean and well kept. When Shawanna showed us the unit there was just a little dirt on the floor and she went immediately and grabbed a broom and dustpan and swept the unit. VERY thoughtful.

The staff is off the hook. Great customer service! the price is a little higher than the competitors but they really deliver in service. Having indoor storage with an inside bay I can pull into to load and unload in a temperature controlled environment along with free use of their truck made it a no contest decision to give them my business.

Answerd all the questions i had and made everything easy to understand newly built clean facility indoor only at this time due to construction of new outdoor units carts helped alot they do need door stops for 2 inside doors due to finishing up final touches of bldg the entry door has a key code and a hold door open button on inside if after office hours u have to look for it on left side inside of door when your done click it back 2 one way only. They also play music
