Wonderful sales staff. They took the time to tell us that was in stock so that we could ensure that what we ordered would arrive in a reasonable amount of time. The customer service during the delivery process was also incredible. They informed me of the delivery date well ahead of time and when they delivered the product the delivery team always came early in the delivery window. I will purchase from Havertys again.

My husband and I went in on Saturday to look for an entryway table and a table for our laundry room. After speaking to one of the sales associates (Linda), and explaining what we were looking for, we were left to browse the store which was perfectly fine. However, when we got back up to the front and explained that we couldnt find a table we liked that would match the wood we currently have in the house she proceeded to tell us that in the real world not everything has to match and from a design standpoint that doesnt look good. My husband and I will be 25 this year, he just got out of the Marine Corps last summer and we just bought a brand new house in Northlake, so I dont know what her definition of the real world is but Im pretty sure weve been living in it. We came in to find some tables, not to be discriminated against because were a younger couple or we look like we dont belong there.

This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They are blaming my service dog for the issue with our couch but can’t explain how this happens. My service dog is not allowed on the furniture.I will never buy or recommend Havertys ever again.

Excellent service, selection, and price. I sound like a commercial, but its true. We visited other big box competitors, and this new Havertys had exactly what my wife and I were looking for.Thanks Craig!

Shari is amazing! She helped my fiancé and I find exactly what we were looking for and walked us through customizing an order. She was so patient with us! Everything came in sooner than expected. We will pick up next week!
