Be cool If the kitchen was ever open

Came at around 1 in the morning on a Friday. I was the only one in the store, and the employee working did not even bother to greet me or say anything. Which isn’t really the part that bothered me. The issue is the attitude he had at the register. I asked for a bag and he aggressively threw all my items in there. One of the items was a energy drink can which I had to exchange because it got dented from how hard he threw it in the bag, which was sitting on the register counter. When I calmly brought it up to him how I didn’t appreciate the way he had attitude by throwing my items in the bag and not even greeting me when I walked into the store, all he said was “ok”. Not even an apology. This used to be my go to QT, but unfortunately not anymore after this experience.

I know this day in age the race card gets thrown around, but it’s hard to not feel discriminated against when you stand in line politely wait your turn quietly and when you finally get to the counter the young lady with wavy red hair and freckles doesn’t say a word to you or look your way slowly helping someone on the side all while I quietly politely stand there and look to her tall blonde young coworker who also doesn’t look me in the eye and keeps calling the customers behind me in line to come up to his register checking them out fast one by one as the line behind you disappears. Neither of them had the decency to even just say she/I will be with you in just a moment, nor did she even say sorry/acknowledge the wait once she did finally get to me. Quiktrip, be a part of the change not the problem.

Not a single mask on an employee

Came in here to get some snus, a beer and run to the restroom real quick. The restroom was hideous. The sinks and everything havent been clean for weeks it looks like. Is this Southlake? I see add photos at the bottom of my review. I sure wish I took some to post. Sorry guys.

I spend my breaks coming here for almost a month.. never asked for ID.. then one day the youngest person Ive seen just happens to ask for it the one time I didnt have it..

There were tons of gnats flying around the lids and straw station. I told the cashier and he did not seem surprised!

Bad: I went in to get some food and i couldnt find green peppers on the quesadilla screen menu so i went to get them from where they keep them and asked the cook if she could add them. She replied with a fast no so i asked her if i could get a container to put them in and if she could heat them up and again a fast no, by that time i was mad by her attitude so i left her talking by herself. I didnt want to start my day mad so i wanted to leave my food there and just go but i couldnt beacause the food wasnt just for me. September 25 araound 6am

Watch yourself at this joint just saw an employee come out the Restroom stall and straight to the floor. He may be serving your ice cream, food, handling tongs, restocking items to which youll grab and eat.. thats a pass in my book nomore items bought at this place.

Good fuel and clean location...

I paid for gas inside ...the gas wasnt put in...had to walk back in twice in order to get what i paid for.. Lazy cashiers
