The employees here are super friendly. I stop here almost everyday before work. I pass by at least 2 other stores because I like the staff here so much.

Ok Im not one to complain but the cashier working this morning was very rude and refused to provide service. All I wanted was a small pack of cigarettes and due to covid I couldnt get my I.D. updated so I bought an extension. The cashier said she wouldnt take my I.D. at all. The cashier was an elderly lady and I understand we do have to be careful about these situations but the way she spoke to me and told me she wouldnt accept my I.D. when others have well thats just not correct
Please clean your disgusting bathroom and stock it with toilet paper.

Just wanted to share how much i love this store. I drive past another location to get to this one for my daily stop. The staff is always cheerful and fun, everything is clean and well stocked and they actually remember you and your usual purchases. Great service 👍
This gas station has scanners at their pumps that steal your credit card info. I bought gas here, paying at the pump, with my Amex on 3/19/2020, on the following Monday Amex notifies me of potential fraudulent charges for Google Play Services, which were indeed fraudulent. This was the first and only time I have ever used that card for something other than secured online purchases. I will never go to that 7-Eleven again.
I went in to get some of their hot foods last night for a quick and cheap bite, and outside of hot dogs and toquitos, they had none of their menu items for sale. If you are going to have items on a menu, they should at least have a few in stock so that people who want to buy them actually can. Also, the cashier just did not care at all. When I walked in the store, the cashier glared at me for a good two minutes, without looking away. There was one bun in the bun warmer, and when I asked for another one he didnt even bother to microwave it or anything, just handed it to me right out of the box. When I asked why nothing was stocked, he just shrugged and didnt give me an answer. Theres a QT and a far better 7-Eleven just down the road, and Id recommend those over this location any day.

Worst customer service ever i received from any store in my life. They always over charge and “forget” to apply discounts. And when i remind the manager that he over charged me. He gives me a look like i did something wrong. And once i got kicked out of the store for this reason. False advertisement on the taquitos. It clearly says 3/$3 on the taquitos. The manager told me they are 3/$3.50?? Ok even with tax it doesnt reach to that amount. I shop there almost every day with my rewards. Im telling you 7/11 just lost a very loyal customer over 80 cents. Even when i got kicked out for nothing and humiliated in front of other customers i still came back to the same store because i dont hold any grudges on anybody. Big mistake. Please anyone reading this, beware of this store employees attitude and over charging.
