Customer service needs to improve! I went to purchaae a gift for a friend, they gave me the uppity look. Have you been here before? Why does that matter? Asked me for all my info when I said it was a gift couldnt even look at the lanyards without the feeling of not beingwelcomed and watched!

My wife loves everything Brighton sells and Im always able to find the perfect gift for her. Whether its a nice handbag or jewelry, Im able to find something she will love. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Shelly and the other ladies were great.
