I am an avid Fossil watch collector, so I knew I had to make a trip to a Fossil store, as I unfortunately do not have one within a 100 mile radius of where I live. Jacob was absolutely helpful in assisting me locate the perfect watch to add to my growing collection. The phenomenal customer service online is the same customer service that you receive in stores. Definitely a lifetime customer.

Jacob was beyond helpful and made sure my watch was working properly before I left the store. He is very knowledgeable and he helped me pick between two that I was stuck on. Hes a really great asset to your team!!

This past Friday, October 16, both representatives working at this location not only remembered me, but went above the call of service. They understood and didnt have me go through the hassle of their policy. They handled the issue on the spot. This, among other positive experiences is another reason my wife and I continue to bring our business to Fossil

Everytime I have been to this location I am greeted warmly and helped thoroughly. This is a big for a fossil store and there is alot to see.

I brought in my watches to get new batteries and one of my watches was a little harder to put back together. It took a little longer than what I expected and they communicated to me the problem. I had to come back the next day but they took care of everything, they even hooked it up for a discount off my next purchase. They definitely went above and beyond. The manager Martha was super sweet and personable and her customer service and attitude made me feel SO appreciated. The communication between her, the associate Josh, and me were major key. Im so happy. Ive been coming here for a long time and will continue to bring my business here bc of people like her and employees that make the experience exceptional. Thank you guys. You guys are the best.

Amazing service at this store! Came here with my family and was helped by Jacob who was so helpful and kind. We came into the store a little before closing and he let us stay to browse and gave great advice on the bags. We ended up walking out with 6 bags total and didn’t feel rushed to purchase at all. Very welcoming when you walk in. Store is well organised, so it was easy to find what I was looking for and make a purchase.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Theyre more interested in helping than selling which makes for a great experience. Great selection of the Fossil lineup, but might not stock 100% of every option, so definitely check online or call first.

Terrible experience. Took 2 Of my Fossil watches to get fix, one of the watches needed a battery change and neither one of the employees was able to open it to they just told me to try another store. The second watch which I bought this year, suddenly stoped working and they said they have to mail it out for someone to check it; AND pay $25 dollars for the shipping and wait to hear how much it would be to be repaired. I get all that. What I don’t get is the lack of empathy or good service. After 13 years buying at this store I am done!

I love this store! The ladies in here are very helpful and friendly and you get great customer service. I love shopping here. I love the watches and the other merchandise. If I could, Id be here every week. They also are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. I love these ladies.

Went in to get a battery replaced on my fossil, the service was so pleasant, friendly and fast. It was such a nice visit that I left with a new fossil to add to my collection.

Came in looking for a hybrid. Keldrick was amazing. I couldnt have asked for someone more helpful. He wasnt pushy and answered every question without unnecessary information. Excellent customer service.

I wish I would of got the ladies name who was working when we stopped by. She was so friendly and didnt make us feel pressured to purchase anything. We left and went to a bunch of other stores and then came back to get new wallets. She had her Texas charm without being a pushy sales women. My cousin and I walked away with new wallets. Thank you.

Fossil is still one of my favorite brands. This store always has smiling people and they have a great selection of items as well.
