They explained the difference between climate controlled units vs. drive up units and told me about all the great security features that the property has. Great experience at this location. The lady working at the time, Angela, managed to answer every question I had, even when she seemed pretty busy! Was answering questions for me, answering the phones and was not once flustered or anything! Friendly staff, great location and was very nice and clean on the inside as well as out.

Great employees! Christina is one of the most pleasant people weve people since relocating to Texas! I would recommend this location for storage because there are a number of options for storage. The 18 wheeler that delivered to us had no problem getting in and out of the location.

I have rented many storage units over the years. I have never found one as good to work with as these folks. Michelle, Krisha, and Chris have all been exceptional to work with. It is also the cleanest storage facility by far that Ive used. Keep up the good work and fair prices and Ill be here a long time.

Dragon Storage is a perfect place to store goods for any reason, with the assurance that they are safe, dry, temperature controlled if needed, and accessible at my convenience. Ms. Thompson was very helpful when I needed to find a place for my goods during a transition. I felt that I was being hospitably welcomed into someones home! Dragon Storage is clean, easy to maneuver, and offers carts and dollies for assistance. I highly recommend them as the best option for safe storage in the Southlake area.

I was extremely impressed with the staff (Krisha and Chris) and their flexibility, cooperation, and assistance during my storage needs. In fact, the day I was moving stuff into my storage unit I realized I needed more space. I called Simply Self Storage, and they were able to accommodate me with a larger unit and handled all the paperwork over the phone so by the time I got to the unit, I was able to move everything into the larger unit. Update: I never write bad reviews. I was brought up in a family business and understand things happen. However, please be aware of business dealings with this storage company. Due to the companys admitted error, I am now dealing with in absentia management that will not handle a serious matter that could adversely affect my credit. I cant get anyone higher up in the hierarchy on the phone or to call me directly to rectify. I call corporate and had to leave a message. So, after paying my bills timely and leaving nice reviews, I feel left without any solution. Please be aware when doing business here.Davissa really helped out today with our check out. She anticipated all of our needs and took care of all of them, including our check out before I even called to do so. The staff here is superb! I have been very pleased to have my possessions stored in this facility as it is clean, secure and equipped with exemplary customer service!

I just wanted to say Krisha was awesome to work with my move in date moved a couple of time but she kept my unit held for us it was a climate controlled large 15 x 20 was what we needed due to the paperwork and some furniture that we needed to store. The property is in a great spot for us and was very clean and had plenty of carts and dollies to use to make the move in process very easy.
