I want to give a Big Shout Out to Charles for going out of his way in checking out our Nissan Armada by conducting an: Alternator, Battery and Starter diagnostic test and suggesting other avenues on how to pinpoint our problem. Employee provided good service. Didnt quite know what specific part I needed but I was guided through it. Even though the store was busy, I was help in a timely manner. I would recommend this store to others.

So I went there to get royal purple oil for my car and an oil filter... the gentleman there was super helpful or at least trying to be then the manager on duty decided to take over and knew nothing and had to keep asking the gentleman what was it they were looking for. I did not ask for a managers assistance its not my first rodeo buying supplies for my vehicle I never get oil changes done at an oil change place as they dont offer royal purple as an option and that is all I will ever run in my vehicle. I will be back as this is the only place I buy my supplies from but I do believe your managers should be more versed in what you sell at your locations more so than the young gentleman that knew exactly what I was asking for and was more than willing to assist me.

I love this store! The people in there are phenomenal that work for the company and the manager seems so eager to listen and to take care of my needs. She sometimes anticipates what I would want aunt wants me in the right direction. Courteous professional those are the two words that I would definitely say

Went in to make a purchase. Had to wait forever with only one customer in the store and the person that finally did help me was rude. I wasnt even given a chance to ask my questions so i could buy other products I was in need of. Just handed me the first product and then the person helping me immediately walked away. I use to love coming here for all my auto needs and the personnel use to be so kind and helpful. Not the case now. I guess I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Jose had what I needed and out asap. Picked up some ignition wires for my suv, best price I could find was at autozone. And with a limited lifetime warranty it was definitely worth the cash. Will return for sure.

Went in for a serpentine belt. Told the lady working then she left and went and checked out another customer. Waited at the register while 2 other people checked out before she finally sent someone over to get my belt. Then the card machine didn’t work so bad to go to a different register. Overall just seems like lazy workers that really don’t know much about cars or customer service.

Auto parts stores are pretty much all alike with a few difference here and there.... Until now anyway. Spanaway AutoZone is by far my favorite. The staff in this store are rock stars. Going above and beyond their call of duty to help the customer. They even helped me carry my stuff to the car after coming out from behind the counter to locate what I was needing on the floor not once but twice.. but wait.... It gets better. As Im in the parking lot a customer parked next to me locked his keys in his car. Wouldnt you know it one of the counter guys has a lock out kit he carries in his vehicle that is for when he is at his second job. Sure enough he had the gentleman back in his vehicle in no time. This team is amazing. I highly recommend this particular AutoZone.

The black lady and the large lady are rude and have no knowledge about their trade. They walked away from a person in front of me while he was in mid sentence asking for an item and the black lady was more concerned about everyone being able to hear her scream Oh Lord, I do not have the time for this before she helped ring up someone who was waiting. I will say there was this young man working there who was kind, helpful and always working for someone.

Well, all I can say is... I was tryna get into the zone, so I went here cuz a commercial on the radio said I could get into the zone at Autozone.. But when I arrived, they must have moved the zone. Or misplaced it.... I really dont know how to get into the zone at all but I have heard good things about it. So I found some mushrooms outside and I ate a little bit of... Then, I saw the zone but still couldnt get into it. It was locked with a password protection system. I was able to get a little help from a dude who was living behind the store. He told me to F offAnd the door opened. I got a fan belt. It was good.

Always an exceptional staff willing to help. They take the time to look up the part it seemed to have images of most of the parts that Ive looked up. If they dont have it in stock they help you research and find what it is youre looking four. Also if possible they will order it for you and theyre prompt to call you when its in. The people here have always been nice and usually have what I need for less than other places. I havent had any issues with quality either, even with their economy brand.

The only problem with this store, is that the staff is very knowledgeable, so everybody comes here for help. They know what they’re talking about, and are extremely helpful. I am a novice at best when it comes to automotive service, but with their guidance I am able to accomplish much of my own auto work. The staff is always looking out to make sure that you know about special deals and offers, and make sure that you don’t purchase anything you don’t need. Overall, a great place for automotive supply.

I am not mechanically gifted, yet each visit to this location reinforces what helpful staff they have. I have been there 4 times just to have the error code read (poor seal on gas cap,) but each time I have been treated very professionally, and reassured but it was the right thing to do to come by and have them check. Just yesterday I was having difficulties finding the correct bulb for my brake light replacement, but the staff took time though they were extremely busy and help me identify the correct bulb. I wish I had caught the name of the employee who helped us, but he was extremely friendly, and was multitasking with Frozen computers, difficult customers and my naivete. Through all of that, when I asked if he could check my battery, alternator and starter not only did he do this without even so much as an eye roll, but had me laughing the whole time. I cant speak highly enough about the staff, and the store.no

Takes forever to check out if you just need some oil or something. They need to have someone to check you out whos not spending a 1/2 hour looking up parts for someone and doesnt even acknowledge your existence just twiddling your thumbs. I dont wanna stand here and wait all day when it would take you 30 seconds to ring me up.

They always have what I need, like an obscure seal for a 1998 Cavalier, and they put my new windshield wipers on for me.

Outside if the fact that one of the cashiers waited on someone who was not next in line, the visit was itself was pleasant. My cashier was very knowledgeable about the breaks I was purchasing and his demeanor was very nice.

Terrible service, the people in store are rude, refuse to honor products warranty that say return to store right on package 12 month when its only been 5. Just try to sell new ones. No other autozone have I been treated so rudely and its a constant at this store.

They need to have people that know what theyre doing at all times at all hours of the day because if somebody like me goes in there and has a question and I need an answer from somebody that works there that should obviously know what theyre doing should be able to help me an answer all of my questions but theyre okay I guess

I was at the store 5 minutes before they opened. I was on my way to Clark County from Pierce county when I had a head light go out. This was a rainy, foggy morning.The staff helped me, replaced the bulb and I was on my way.I gave them an air hug with a big THANK YOU on my way out the door.
