Im really glad for this place. I needed an alternator for my car and they had one in stock and held it for me. The price was under $40 for this used one. A new one at an auto parts store wouldve been $200 or more. Thanks again John at the front counter. You saved my bacon.

Had just what I needed and let me in the door with just minutes to spare as well as gave me a good deal.

Had what my FREIND needed, fair price and quickly serviced.nice, friendly help.

Called on Friday April 23rd and was told an engine was available. We mailed a check. Was told I’d get a call between Monday April 26th and Wednesday the 28th when it was ready.I called Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday and was told we’d get a call back later that day. Now today (Wednesday may 5) I was told that this car was crushed and I wasn’t going to get this engine. Thanks for the 2 weeks of BS.

I have been here twice for two different cars and came away with nothing both times. First time they misrepresented the condition of the hood, said it was perfect when it had 2 huge dents. This time they couldnt even find the car I needed parts from. I drove over 40 miles for those parts, and I can guarantee you I will not be doing it again.

Horrible customer service they did not honor my time of showing up 8 minutes before they closed but they wouldnt let me get a piece that would have took me 2 minutes to get. Really disappointed. Second time. And they were so rude to me. I would say go anywhere but this place

I was racing through traffic and made it there 10 minutes before yard closed. and they wouldn’t let me go in because they were “closed” but sign says open.

I hope I never have to bail my car out of jail again or deal with the stress of tryin to find it after it was stolen, but if I do I hope it will be jailed at Rollins/Emerald towing! The ladies upfront extremely helpful and knowledgeable. A real pleasure to do business with! I appreciate their kindness during this stressful time and more importantly I appreciate them taking such good care of my car. Ty! Only wrecking yard I will go to from now on. Dont go to Roy Y Auto Wrecking. They are horrible! This place will treat you well and they have a 90 day warranty! Awesome people!

Not my experience but a friends mothers.She doesnt speak very good english and came in with 2000 dollars and was accused of stealing the money out of a car.The associate took the money without proof that the money was the shops. Detained her with false accusation. Held her in the shop accused her of stealing money. When the cops showed up he still didnt have proof of the money being the shops and kept throwing accusations at her. At the end of it all though it was proven to be hers and she left.Horrible customer service, serious biases going in the associates head with taking advantage of someone who cant speak english proficiently.You should be ashamed to have hired that man and remove that associate or retrain him for his part in that situation.

I called asking for a 240sx transmission, the guy was helpful, ran out to the yard and told me that they had one for a reasonable price of $250.I got there, and the guy I spoke to wasnt there, but another guy helped me out immediately. He took me to the back to let me inspect it, knew exactly where it was. He helped me move stuff out of the way to get to it, and used the forklift to move it out to the parking lot by my car. As I was about to pay, he asked how much were you quoted again?, and I said $250 to which he didnt dispute.I guess Ill find out how worn out it is when I get to use it, and I dont know how cool they are with warranties but I can vouch for the service. It was good.

Dont go here. Theyll tell you they have a part. Make you drive 2 hours. Then when you show up day sorry we sold it already or bring out and its broken. Waste of time and effort. Thanks for taking away $30 in gas and my entire March 20th. I had nothing better to do anyway.

We bought a used engine from them. Sent it to a garage to have them install it. Turns out it was a bad engine. They did give us another engine in exchange but we still had to pay $1200 for the shop charge for the 1st engine. They didnt help us with any of those charges and told us that was the risk of using a used one. Being a single mom, this has put a HUGE financial strain on me and not to mention I feel like they took advantage of my lack of knowledge. If you know what you are doing or looking for, Im sure they are great. But if you are like me and dont know much (or anything) about cars, I would steer clear of this place.

They cut us a deal on our engine, didnt charge us any taxes and just did $200 flat. Extremely friendly and kind people. We will be doing business again with them in the future.

Very dangerous environment. Cars are stacked on top of each other. If you need a part from one of the top cars, the workers expect you to climb up yourself. They said thats the way itll be until somebody gets hurt and the company gets sued. I will not go back.

In and out fast. Had what I needed and had it ready for pick up fast!

Im not sure if I just showed up on a bad day or what...Ive always had good experiences there in the past. Weve been regular customers for a while... Spent who knows how many thousands of dollars there.... Always referring other folks to go there.. Kinda like extended family... Or so it use to feel. Went there the other day for a drivers side mirror but could only find a broken one. Since you have to have one by law figured get the broken one for now. Bang up patch job but hey, at least theres one for now. Went up to the counter and some young kid Ive never seen before was like $10. And said how about $5? Then the glass popped off and fell on the floor and got a big chip. Nobodys fault really. Now its all broken..chipped... Missing some pieces.. I said again $5? ( honestly ... It was broken .. I was just trying to support my local businesses by offering $5) The kid said no. $10. Accused me of breaking it and then not paying for it. Im like it was broken and I offered you $5. Very disappointed with the customer service I received. Im just hoping it was a bad day and not a new front counter guy.

This is a Great yard, fair prices, some respect for vintage cars, clean, NO COWS! Good, in their defense, I note, they sell used parts, They buy at Towing auctions and the like and sell what they can, I would not expect them to look at the part, check the part, have any idea of it is Warped, broken in half, these counter guys know the value of a good used part and charge U accordingly, it is a buyers responsibility to check it or assume the risk if it is no good, Looking at this other feedback, man, these are not new parts, YOU have to check them.

Went to get a part no one would help me pull it . decided to pull it myself cut my hand in two places so i left needless to say without my part and i was late for work. customer service sucks

In between the two yards theyre almost always able to help find the part you need at a reasonable price

Yard is very dirty... Cars stacked two high with most parts smashed or dented and no room to walk between most. Wear knee high rubber boots when going here if you want dry feet.

THIS WRECKING YARD IS A JOKEIve had bad experiences with Rollins other yards so I was hesitant to buy from this yard but they had what I needed at the best price so I figured I would go but it was a huge waste of time. After calling they told me they had a Ford Taurus transmission on the shelf ready to go and I show up, they make me go in the yard to look for a guy then he tells me its in the other yard and its too late to get it and he was being rude. So I go to the front desk tell them what he said then he calls him cussing him out (very professional) then they go to the other yard and look and tell me its not there. 3 hours of driving wasted.Then a couple weeks later they say they have a Honda Civic engine for $500 which seemed cheap so I asked again to clarify $500 and he says yeah $500. So I show up there, go in the yard look at it, come back to pay for it so they could then pull it out and he tells me $750. After a few more workers show up they tell me they dont know who I talked to and they cant sell it for what I was quoted on the phone and were very rude. Another 3 hours of driving wasted.This yard is very unprofessional and I will never try to buy any parts here again and I have and will continue to recommend to everyone I know not to shop here.
