Hey, GameStop,Went you dont carry inventory and people dont want to wait a week on items, you lose business. I could understand if it was a new release on a game or pre oder, but we are talking about a basic controller. So instead of driving 5 mij to get what I wanted I drove 15 min to Fred myer where I got what I needed. Bad business practice.

Stop closing earlier than your times are posted. People get off work late and are trying to pick up a reserved copy. I was there 15 minutes before closing time & no one to be found. 8 o clock is already early just freaking wait and stop being so lazy ! Boohoo such a hard job to sell video games. Give me a break

New manager, friendly and well kept modern looking store. Lots of good merchandise and variety. Excited to revisit.

My favorite people ive ever met at a Gamestop.

For some reason the phone line wont go through. For the past week and a half that Ive been trying to call to avoid a wasted visit. When it rings through it advertises online order for pick-up however those options arent available for consoles and then it says the store is experiencing technical difficulties no matter what time of day I call thats what I get. GameStop is losing a lot of money by not taking these in-store problems theyre experiencing seriously and it doesnt make me feel like a valued customer at all. Not happy 😒

No games very bare. Smash and grab games way better.

I live in lacey and drove here to get a xbox one s. The gamestop site said they had one in stock. I get there and found out the lady canceled my order because thier inventory was off. How big can your inventory really be? All I can say, and politely, get you stuff together!

Great customer service and great pricing

Store is small and lacks selection. However what really earned the 2 star review is it is now 12:10 and they still arent open. Maybe if the employees actually valued their work they wouldnt stroll in the door at 11:58am causing the store not to open on time with quite a few customers outside waiting.

Employees only offered bias opinions when asked questions instead of the products features and advantages of buying it vs the others.i bet the vendors would love to hear that their products are not being sold because gamestop says they are “ complete sh*t “

Its my sons birthday today, my only day off this week, they werent willing to answer there phone so I can at least verify that they have a specific game for my son. The nearest one from where we live. Most unprofessional first time try for this location out of the few times that I have called or been in a game stop to make a purchase. Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

I don’t know WHATS GOING ON, but this location has been closed when it says it’s open. I’m VERY CONFUSED and NOW I have to drive ALL THE WAY to Puyallup even though I should be ABLE to go to this store. Smh.

It is one of the smaller Gamestops that I have visited. They have a decent selection considering the size of the store. The cashier was polite and helpful. The biggest drawback of this store is location. It is not in a really convenient location unless you live south of Hwy 7.

My 5 year old son was asked to leave all because an employee lied and said she wanted to go on break. Come to find out she was switching shifts and instead of helping her last customer she wanted to lock the doors and kick my 5 year old son out.

Their store manager named Dawn lied to me about trade ins. She said due to COVID and the governor, she doesn’t take in trade ins. So I called other stores, they said their all taking trade ins and they didn’t hear anything from corporate about not taking trade ins. I’ve talked to employees that use to work at this location they’ve said they left because of her she needs to be terminated

I drive out of my way to go to this location because the staff is phenomenal. Chris and Jordan are my go to people they always take care of me and brother on all our gaming and collectible needs.

I had a surplus of games and old gaming consoles. The person at the counter was kind and helpful. I was able to trade in a few of the games and it was a pleasant surprise. They have a good selection of games and offer the opportunity to see the games in person at a good old fashioned brick and mortar store.

Fabulous customer service. Been a customer of this particular store since it opened. Always stellar knowledge from employees and the kindness & understanding goes unmatched. Been to other stores, never as good.

They did not have the simple item I was looking for but the woman working there did a good job trying to up sell me on another item. Another employee was walking around the store without a mask on.

Staff is always friendly and willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I always enjoy coming to this one over others. Also its always very clean and well organized.

Don’t get refurbished consoles from this location. I had got a ps4 pro from here got home it had the wrong console in it so I took it back and they gave me the right one. I get back home and plug it in and and the console won’t say on for more than 5 mins due to over heating. Never had a problem at GameStop till I came to this location.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. More than willing to help if youre clueless when you walk in the door. Just ask.

Horrible customer service online, phone and in person. Preordered a game out today, no email or call, no game, no refund. I guess this is what I get for using gamestop, pretty bad when Walmart has better service

I dont know how many gaming consoles i have bought from this store but i love every minute of it. The team that works in this store are very knowledgeable in what there products are and if i have any questions they have the answers. Love this store.I hope they dont go out of business,with this new buy out as me and my children like having the physical media in or hands! This is the best store in the area.

You may be able to find some great deals on games here, the go to place before spending full price

A smaller store, but the staff is very helpful. I came in to pick up something specific, but they told me about a sale they were having and I ended up leaving with Christmas presents for all my nerdy friends!

Horrible customer service. Brought my working ps3 in for trade, they couldnt get the picture to show-so offered to buy it for a lower price claiming it was defective. I recommend going to the meridian location near Safeway. They had no problems and were very friendly. The people that work at this location are dicks.

The manager Murrey is a great leader for the store. His Staff is very knowledgeable and they keep you really updated about any new games or product, I really like the atmosphere there. They will help you in anyway they can. Ive been to many Gamestops from Seattle-Puyallup. Definitely the best one.

I would have given up on Gamestop in general if it wasnt for this location. Ive been going here for 4 years and never had a problem with over pressure, or being ripped of for company metrics, unlike all other puyallup area locations.

We had a great experience today with Ben who works in the store! We were buying a switch for a gift and wanted to trade in our Xbox 1 for credit towards the switch. We had a previous encounter with a different GameStop long story short they refused our trade because it wasn’t updated even though it was in perfect condition so we had to take it home to upgrade it but needed the switch for today for the gift. I called the spanaway store and talked to Ben 5 mins before closing and he said he would be happy to help us even if we didn’t make it exactly for closing time. We got there a few mins after closing and he let us in a helped us do our trade and get our switch as well as the best credit back for our trade. We also bought some games and accessories. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and it was amazing that he stayed 45 mins after closing just to help us out!!! GIVE BEN A RAISE!!! 😁😁
