They are absolutely useless i have been with metro pcs since 2015 and this is the absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had.
I love this metro store they have always been friendly and very helpful and I would definitly recommend this store to anyone thanks metro at the 224th Bethel station for all ur great help u guys r awesome 🙂
We wanted to buy a hotspot but were only given the option to pay taxes on a phone to get said hotspot. We never used it. Didnt get good coverage where we live tried to return it 5 days later and they wont give us a refund because the kid that works there misunderstood us cancelled our line so they cant go back through the system to see if we really have used it. They tried to give us the hotspot and phone for free and said they couldnt refund it. Metro pcs has a 14 day refund option. Yet the still refuse to give us a refund. What is the point of having a phone and hotspot if we cant even use it. We called customer service and they said that we are eligible for a refund but the employee got off the phone called his boss and his boss said no. We tried to call the owner and he rudely hung up on us. All we wanted was our money back and to give them their devices that hadnt even been used. There is literally no reason we should have to jump through hoops. This is literally robbery . Id give no stars if I could.
Metro has so many great phones to choose from - I appreciate Anas help. I am going to upgrade my phone after the holidays are over as a present to myself 😊
I like this store because the people are knowledgable - especially Ana. She is smart, professional and helpful. Ive been with Metro since 2016 and happy with my cellphone service since I switched from Verizon.
The manager Ana is so nice helpful always smiling and Knowledgeable ask for ana best location ever. I would give 10 stars if I could .
I would like to thank Ana for going above and beyond as far as customer service goes. She not only gave my Mom and I serveral options but she also had a smile on her face and was very kind. We are very pleased with this location and service!
Bought a brand new A20E from these guys. Put phone in pocket like I have with every other phone ive owned. Pulled phone out, crack on display, not the screen cover, the internal display. Obviously a manufacturer defect in the way the phone cracked, from the front camera. Wont do a warranty exchange for me. Owner says there is nothing Im going to do for you, its physical damage there is not a single mark on any corner or side, or front of my phone, nor on the case its been in since I got it. Still basically brand new(may 1st). Contacted metro themselves and got a reference number for a case to have it replaced. Owner told me I dont care what they said, im not giving you a new phone. Mind you, less than a month ago I dropped over $200 with this store for my phone. Will never do business in this store again, you should steer clear too, setup auto pay so they dont collect their $3 fee for processing your payment!
Ana is the best! She knows how to trouble-shoot problems that I had with my cellphone recently. I appreciate her kindness and courtesy.Ana is Uncommonly Good, just like us wee folk of Frederickson.
Wonderful store - I received great customer service from Jasmine who was very helpful when I called to let her know that I am driving there today to buy a new LG phone.
All I have to say the reason of giving 1 Star is because Poor Customer Service and yes this is the one on Mountain Highway..And other comments I see on here idk bout that..I was there today as of 2/26 @ 10:50 n they put a sign be back @ 11:15 but never showed up..So than left to go to the parkland Metro Hope u guys in that store can show some better Improvement n not leave the store sign OPEN n your Not there to Help Customers..THANK YOU.

This is the best location of Metro PCS! They were able to actually answer all of my questions and they had the phone that I wanted. The other locations that I visited didnt or couldnt answer my questions.
Id like to thank Spanaway Mero for the several years of great service.We pass another meto store in Graham on the way, but after several attempts there it was horrible customer service or no product available that we wanted.So we drive the extra distance for the great service at Spanaway. They just helped us out again with a new phone.Extremely satisfied! Highly recommend!
Needed to replace my phone & was just sitting in rush hr traffic so I stopped @ the closest MetroPC store. I was VERY pleased with the service I received. (wasnt too impressed with existing customers promotions MetroPC had to offer me tho) But after discussing some different possible options- I walked out with a new phone, accessorized with my choosing of a case, screen protector, car charger, & phone cradle- & only $30 more then a new switching-over customer.& even tho this store is no longer part of my commute, I will definitely make it the 1 that gets my repeat business.

-5 stars is where Id rate this joint! I can honestly say that I have never had a good experience at this location. It doesnt matter whos working they are all miserable. I have walked out of this store more times saying Walmart has better customer service. If it werent for me having to go in to pay a bill I never would have returned. I go pay at different locations out of my way just so I dont have to step foot in this miserable store! To new customers a word of advice: Metro pcs is a good company but do not go here or youll end up walking g out upset and miss out on a good phone company. Sign up anywhere but this store!
Maria was our csr the day we came and switched over to metro. Shes a sweetheart and the great thing is this location isnt busy like others Ive been too.
