Ladies behind check out are super nice and great to chat with when checking out, and all of the employees are so very helpful and kind.I went there for dog food, Taste of the wild smoked salmon.Price was very reasonable for a high quality kibble. They helped me find what I was looking for and even put it in my car for me. The total with tax was about $53.00, (49.00 before taxes).And they have Ace Rewards with great perks.Thank you Ace folks for being so helpful and caring.

There is one lady there that makes me feel so uncomfortable there every time I try to use my rewards I now drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to the one in Graham or just go to Home Depot. Id rather support the one so close to my house but I dont like being made to feel bad when I shop.I also tried to return something but it was passed the 30 days and I tried to explain it was because I had Covid and offered to show her my positive test results and the instructions for quarantine after. But there was no wiggle room. So I asked her to just throw the items away because they were defective and her response was no, we dont want it either.

Went here for the hubs to get a tool. They ended up not having it. But they did have a great selection of outdoor plants. Kind of bummed they didnt have any indoor plants. But was still nice to browse the outdoor plants.

Luke helped me find the right paint and supplies today for my bathroom project. He did an outstanding job.The staff at South End Ace are the most helpful compared to other places Ive been. This is a great store.

The staff was very helpful and helping me get all the items I needed for my craft project. They answered all my questions and even made some suggestions. They also carried my items out to my truck which was a nice touch.I spent about $400

We used to enjoy going here but recently theres this lady that works there that stops you every time you go in and tries talking to you about your housing needs or roof needs or something like that. She ends up starting to talk about her personal life and doesnt shut up. We tried telling her yesterday okay well we got to go, and walking off but she proceeded to follow us still talking about her personal life. It got so bad we just ended up walking out the door and not purchasing what we needed and going up the street to tractor supply. Thats the second time this has happened with the same lady. Yesterday she wouldnt shut up about her son. I cant believe none of the other employees dont hear this and stop her. I dont think were coming back here.

I was pleasantly surprised when an employee asked if we needed help.And then walked us to the item.We interacted with 3 or 4 employees that were all helpful friendly and knowledgeable. Customer service is above n beyond all other hardware stores..heck any retail store.Please dont ever think that your hard work goes unnoticed. Thankyou Ace for being Aces..

The store was recently remodeled about a year or two ago. The staff is very friendly and helpful oh, there are many of them as well. The store is always well stocked and clean. They have never been out of something that I need. Their propane price is lower than most other propane fills around this part of town, $1.55 per gallon. I get a lot of RV products and home DIY products. I also buy things for rabbits and birds there. Great selection, I highly recommend it over the Graham location. Hope this helps!

Worst customer service ever received! Would not do exchange on defective product bought same day with receipt. On top of that owner kept over-speaking me while on phone call and was very rude in tone.

I have been coming here for over 40 years. Always was the place with the helpful knowledgeable staff. Always. It reopened a year ago, and its been downhill since. Honestly no one knows what they are doing in there. I hope for the sake of this place they can get it figured out. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Was in today around 11 am. Whoever was running the check stand (a women) was so rude to 2 different customers for no reason!! She had a horrible attitude rolling eyes and slamming things down on counter! I literally put my items back and left the store..the old owners and staff were great. After seeing this ill just go elsewhere!

Well... Theyre ok, I guess. They have a lot of stuff there and even more employees, apparently. Must of been five of them asking me if I needed help. Which, btw is or can be kinda strange compared to a big box store where when you need help all you can find is an echo. Little bit more expensive but maybe a little closer also. The store is way bigger than it looks.

I went to have a key made for my 2001 Honda and the service dept was very friendly and helpful.

Like all aces, good for hard to find items bit prices are typically a bit higher than say as home depot . Much better customer service here . Worth the cost increase to me .

The guy who helped me seemed irritated because I didnt know the exact name of the part I needed. As we went from plumbing section to garden section I had difficulty keeping up with him. Apparently he was in a hurry as I was at least ten feet behind him. However, the Owner is extremely friendly and very nice. The lady in garden section was a big help and walked me around to show me where things were. I will go back again but I will not ask him for help again. I am giving it four stars because the owner and other employees seemed cheerful and helpful.

Decided to give this Location a try after terrible service interaction at a Big Box competitor. Walking in I was greeted by a Friendly and competent employee who quickly offered locations of products I was interested in. All without the overdone Orange themed, in Your Face Inferiority Complex driven attitude, that its Big Box competition displays. Reminded Me of the appeal of a corner Hardware store I visited often, as a child. Helpful to the point of improving the speed of delivering needed products faster than it takes just to walk into Stores offering acres of parking, without any idea what Customer Service is really all about. It takes thinking smaller, sometimes to improve Your overall shopping experience.
