First off the good. Very friendly people and helpful staff. Quick to help and on top of their game.Now the bad.The time to get a product is extreme. This process sometimes requires going to another building down the street and waiting another 10-30 min after going through a 10-20 min retail experience.Also! Right now I am standing in the store waiting for their office and my office to figure out a 40 dollar purchase invoice that wasnt resolved. I work for the tenth largest electrical contractor in the United States of America, and I charge 100 dollars an hour for my time. There is something wrong with this picture.We mainly use the Vegas branch for our account in which we dont encounter these problems and our business is smooth. However, as our company expands into Reno, these things are going to have to change for us to use ADI in Reno.The only thing holding this review together and keeping the stars average is the A team they have behind the counter.
