Been bringing both my vehicles here since I moved to Reno, call and make an appointment because theyre always busy. Bring either vehicle in and pick it up when its done. Bought a set of 4 tires for my car so I bring it in regularly for tire rotation. Also bring my truck here for tire rotations, so far so good. No problems and staff is friendly.

Long wait good service. Lots of people here. So you will have a long wait. But it is worth the wait.

We took our 97 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited in for some nice, meaty tires, and their prices were the most affordable in town.Andrew set us up with a special killer deal for a set of Grabbers, giving us multiple discounts for this and that; and, Eric did the tires. We spent an entire day of our vacation traveling hundreds of miles on a spare tire trying to find a replacement for our flat. No place had a tire that would work. We finally got to a Goodyear store in Sparks that didn’t have what we needed, but suggested Discount Tire. This store not only had several tires that would work, but they stayed late on a Friday night to help us out. Great service!

These are the hardest working guys. They are super helpful. If you pull in to have air added to a tire, they will send someone to help you as quickly as possible. No charge to you. My sister came up from south Reno to this store to get her new tires because of their great customer service.

These guys are excellent. Guess we were driving around with a 3 inch nail in our tire. They took it out. Patched it up and we were on our way. There may be a long wait. Theyre pretty good and lots of customers go to them. They had distanced seating including outside seating. Pretty thoughtful of them. It was a nice day to wait outside.

Bought my tires here about a month ago now that its time for the rotation which I paid for Now they wont make time to get my tires rotated terrible customer service I will never buy tires here again

Worst place Ive ever been to. They will completely ignore you unless you have an appointment. This is not the first time. It takes more than 10 mins to get your tire pressure checked. No, they werent busy at all. Saw at least three guys walking around. More like messing around.

We live an hour and a half away from this place but its worth the drive. The place runs very efficiently and everyone is friendly, helpful and courteous. They take the time to explain your vehicles situation and make recommendations without pressure. They also provide excellent after-sale service. I trust these people!

Exellent service brought my daughters tire here to be fixed and she bought the road hazard warranty would have cost 140 to replace 20 dollars later back on the road!

Even though our original appt didnt work out (as my husbands tires didnt come in time) we arrived Saturday morning and was set appropriate expectations with wait. We arrived back a cpl hrs later and everyrhing was seamless...they took his car right away, installed the tires & balanced and rotated for no charge. 5 star service! Also everyone wore masks properly, so it felt safe. 😁

First set of tires last 8 years and I like the benefits. fix a flat, balance, and rotate them for as long as you over the tire. And theyll do it at any discount tire outlet.

I was extremely surprised. They repaired my flat for free. They gauged my tires and told me exactly what I needed. I will need some new front tires pretty soon and the back ones are fine. Oh and you can sit and watch them work on your car.

Arrived for appointment, it was a bit busy, car was in shop on time. Tires installed and car ready in a good timeframe.Both Service rep and tire tech performed in a professional manner. Better than average tire store.

Junk service. I have bought multiple sets of tires over the years and purchased the extended coverage. The one time I get a flat I called to see if I could bring my truck in they said I can get you in on Monday I called on a Friday morning. We were towing a toy hauler for a trip later that that day so we needed the tire fixed quickly. I wont recommend Discount Tire to any family member or friend nor will I be buying from them again. Please do your self a favor and go somewhere else!

I notices a big, fat screw in my 2 yr. old tire yesterday. I brought it in at 2:30, got on the waiting list. Returned at 4:15, I took my repair home at 4:45. Super fast and great service. I made a great choice when I bought my tires from Discount Tire.

Been using discount tire since I was active duty in Oklahoma. They took great care of me and my truck there, and I continue to trust them with my new vehicle and I dont hesitate to recommend them to all my friends and family. The supervision and techs here are all stand up folks in my experience and more than happy to take time to answer questions. Mitch has been the guy I have dealt with the most here, but everybody I have dealt with have been equally as solid to deal with.

I had a flat tire due to a nail yesterday. I took it in first thing in the morning. They did the repair but then the leak was even worse by time I got home. I called them to see about coming back in. They ended up coming to my house picking up the tire and brought it back fixed. This is outstanding customer service!

They are nice but very slow at the Spanish Springs location. I would recommend a different place to purchase tires. I’ve spent over 2 hours here for a tire rotation on multiple occasions and that’s with an appointment. Trust me stay away from this place if you have a schedule to keep.Update 5/27/21 still super slow definitely recommend staying away from this location if you are in need of fast service.

The customer service at this store cannot be paralleled anywhere else. They worked us in due to an emergency, installed 4 new tires and called us repeatedly to ensure we got the best tire with the best deal. I will never go anywhere else for tires. I cannot recommend this store enough.

Ive been a Discount Tire customer for over 10 years. I was very disappointed today as I was told over the phone that I had an appointment but in reality it was a walk in appointment. After waiting quite a while I was pretty angry over the miscommunication. I was ready to be done with Discount Tire and take my business elsewhere for all future tire purchases. HOWEVER, Bradley apologized (wasnt even his fault) and made it as right as he could. He kept me as a customer and Ill continue to come back.

One of the best Discount Tire locations Ive visited!Im full-time on the road and end up at a lot of different locations and this one is really well-run. Everyone was friendly and professional. They checked out my leak, rotated my tires, and had me back on the road fast.Id had a bad experience at a different location the last time I had my tires rotated, and they double checked everything for me with a great attitude.

Sorry about your bad luck! When an install walk in arrives 5 minutes after you open to get tires allready ordered installed, you should make sure you take the buisness. As somebody who spends thousands on tires at your buisness I would think a 1500 walk in would make the line up. Guess not. People do not think there is any loyalty at this franchise because there is not. Keep the BFGs Discount, i will get mine elsewhere.

It took three days to pull a nail from my tire, then they never called to tell me it was done. After calling to check on progress they said it had been ready for hours but had been to busy to call. I guess les schwab will be the new go to.

All the guys at the Los Altos store are very professional.They have sold me tires for my car and truck and they have great competitive prices. They always seem to offer some personal touches that put them above the other tire stores near by. Im sure management has a lot to do with hiring and training good people to work at this store

Pays to shop around. Brought my own New tires in for a mount and balance because they would have to order them in. Picked them up at Tire Rack . 25.00 per tire and a 3.00 waste tire disposal fee. 112.99 after tax . Les quoted me 200.00 for the same mount and balance.

Discount Tire was absolutely amazing. MITCH in particular... I run a piano moving Business and when Big O dropped the ball on me, Mitch was there to save the day. Not only was he able to get my work vehicle and trailer back on the road he also beat the prices on the same exact tires I was going to buy at Big O. He also squeezed me in at 5pm which was impressive. I appreciate the fact he understood the situation. They really do try to give you the best and cheapest tires around. They will narrow down the tires selection to make sure you get the ones that are most suitable for you. Its relatively quick (1-1.5 hours on a not so busy day) and they offer free alignments and some other benefits with the tires.

I couldn’t be more happy with my truck, I got 35 inch tires and 20 inch rims put on by discount tire, and they were super fast and did a great job. Ordered the parts in 3 days and installed in one hour.

Edit - Updating to 3 stars because they took care of everything and reimbursed my tow. Its still very frustrating to go thru this hassle but I appreciate them doing all they can to resolve the issue.This place is terrible. They dont know how to turn lug nuts properly and constantly overturn them. I now have a flat tire and one of the lug nuts is overturned and I cannot get it out. Of course they are closed Sunday so now I am stuck...
