Where has customer service disappeared to? It seems as though no matter where i go everyone has forgotten what it means to be helpful, kind, and friendly. Arriving here to place a several thousand dollar order and not being sure of the exact name to some of the parts needed you would think the fellow behind the counter would be a bit more helpful and supportive as i explain what i need. But no. I was confronted by someone that clearly had no desire to really listen to me let alone help me out. It was like pulling teeth to get a response. All in all my order was filled and delivered the following day. But like i stated friendly helpful customer service is a dying thing.

This business does so much for the community. They are such a blessing to have in town. They do great work of course and deliver exactly what we need for the local company I work for but their greatness goes beyond that. We have worked with them for over 25 years and I am personally grateful to them for their quality and generosity.

Cool store with almost any supplies for any project you could imagine. The inspire room is particularly cool and they have snacks and drinks when you walk in. Beautifully laid out with a lot of great home design ideas and friendly employees to help you. The staff in some other departments can be a bit unhelpful and not super friendly particularly if you don’t look like you belong. The bulk of the clientele are professional contractors and people who know exactly what they want and how the system works. It is not so forgiving if you don’t know how things work or what exactly you want. Overall it’s a very cool store though and they have taco trucks there for taco Tuesday. Also part of the negative star is the lack of female friendliness. You have to ask for a special key to have access to a women’s bathroom.

This is a great place to go if you’re a contractor or home owner in need of remodeling supplies. They have a very wide selection of very neatly organized sinks, showers, bathtubs, and other bath or kitchen appliances. There is a shower display area where you can turn on any of the showers with touch screen, this is very fun.

This store may be expensive but the quality is to good to pass up. Ive remodeled my entire home out of this place plumbing wise and they have every part Ive ever bought on record. 3 years ago, I put in a certain type water valve and I needed new shower trim. They had my valve I previously bought on fire. Love this place

We have a rather unusual bath/shower faucet. It is a style that is many years old. It cracked and became unuseable so we went to Lowes in Fernley. The floor clerk in Plumbing said he had never seen one like it and Lowes did not have one. We drove to Lowes in Reno and the floor clerk there said the same thing. He suggested we go to Western Nevada Supply. So we did. Roger at the WNS desk asked what we needed. We showed him the broken faucet pieces. He said that WNS did not carry that type, but he immediately went on his cellphone and did a search. In less than a minute, he found the faucet. He told us there were two in stock at Home Depot. Twenty minutes later, we were purchasing both faucet assemblies at the Home Depot register.I just want to acknowledge the wonderful service Roger did for us. We are extremely grateful; so much so that on the way home, we decided that well go to Western Nevada Supply first from now on, and if WNS has what we need, that is where we will purchase it.My very sincere Thanks to you, Roger.

This place is awesome!! I had stopped at 2 other places (Home Depot and Ferguson) and they did not have the parts, but my buddy Al Garcia@ Western Nevada supply always gets the job completed.

Customer service is AWFUL!!! Was walked by at least five times before we were even acknowledged. Once they finally decided to ask us if we needed help, we were treated so rude, I had to walk away. We brought in the used item we were looking for and the guy at the counter was confrontational and so unhelpful!! We will NEVER be back, and will never say a nice word about this place!!!!

Why today to look for kitchen item. The woman helping us was short with words and almost annoyed that she had to assist us. Not a good experience. Didnt buy.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. As a company they don’t give 2 s**ts about their customers unless they’re big name contractors. Every time I’ve walked into the showroom I’m ignored. When I asked questions the sales team is rude and acts like they have better things to do. I try to support local Nevada businesses but I won’t use them again. Prices are outrageously high.

Came in today didn’t know quite where I was. Made my way out to the yard and met Jesus, dude helped me out. Above and beyond that guy is the best!

Upon entering the Inspire Showroom on Rock Blvd in Sparks, I was completely ignored by all sales persons. After browsing for twenty minutes I inquired about having someone help me, but was told they were far too busy, a comment not supported by the lack of customers. The receptionist was quite rude in her complete disinterest in my patronage. Although I have four bathrooms and a kitchen undergoing renovations, Western Supply will not be my plumbing supply company.

Wow talk about no customer service. Walked in the door and was just stared at. Employees just walked past us like we didnt exist. Did I have to wave a credit card in someones face to get help. Never going back.

It was great. Got just what I needed and the people were friendly and fast.

The owners and staff are all first class. I deal with them on a regular basis and have for 42 years. If they cant help me they will steer me in the right direction. I see a few negative reviews that frankly make my blood boil when i read them. A guy with tattoos that complains he wasnt hired because of his tattoos takes the cake. I know these people, if he was purple and was the best candidate for the job he would have been hired if they needed someone in that position. Like most employers the employee is an extension of the company. I am sure it is a desirable place to work so I am sure they had lots of applicants so Mr. Tat loose the chip on your shoulder and look in the mirror to see what can be improved on your part dont blame them for hiring what they believed to be the pest person. I bet they wont miss your purchases.

I applied for a driver position sad to say I got a call back “the owner is a simple local conservative and didn’t like my tattoos “. Very disappointed I’m sure a lot of your customers who spend ridiculous amounts of money on over priced products are tattoo fanatics who love art and freedom of expression. I my self am a simple,humble,human with a lot of love for mi familia too. I will never step another foot in that establishment again it’s 2020 not 1970’s.

I walked into the showroom ready to do business but know one greeted me or offered to help even though there were 4-5 employees walking the floor. I’m sure they assumed I couldn’t afford it since I didnt think to dress up to go shopping for toilets. Their store and products are beautiful but the service is non existent unless you “look” rich.

Julie was awesome. We had questions regarding changing faucets and shower heads etc as weve just bought a new house but it wont be ready till March. There are things we want to upgrade as the house doesnt have the upgrades we want. The selection us awesome and we found what we were looking for. Now to do some homework before we buy to ensure everything will fit. Great showroom.

They take the term showroom literally. No display of make, model, price, cat. #, even in-stock or special order is unknown. Most items are high-end or special purpose making this showroom experience quite limiting and a drag. Customer service literally has to interpret every single item on display. Perhaps youll get somewhere after several hours and are willing to pay full retail.

Everyone at Western Nevada that Ive encountered seems extremely knowledgeable and very very helpful theyre courteous with a level of knowledge not found in big box stores. they have always been able to help me find what I need and if they dont have it they can usually tell me where I can get it. They definitely have the best selection of irrigation and plumbing supplies in Northern Nevada. The free Fountain drinks just add icing on the cake. This is definitely the best plumbing supply store in Northern Nevada.

Excellent local company!! #1 customer service and very good stock of plumbing and heating parts. I buy all of my plumbing and heating supplies here and for good reason. Not only is this the best parts house, they do wonderful things for the community behind the scenes.

Western Nevada Supply has handled all of our business needs for over 20 years. The guys in heating know what Im talking about every time I call. Dan goes above and beyond to make sure Im getting just the right part, and if I forget to order something, he usually suggests it for me. The guys up at plumbing are wonderful too. I work in the office here, so I often call with random questions my guys in the field have. They are always so patient with me, send me any specs I need, and make sure Im taken care of. WNS has opened many times on weekends for us which is wonderful being a 24 hour company like we are. The owners always greet you with a smile which makes you feel welcome. One bonus for me is the ladies bathrooms are always clean, and they have an in house water station so I can refill my water bottle on the go, rather than using disposable bottles!

I dont think I have ever been to a youth baseball, football, event in the area where they were not a sponsor of the team. The amount of organizations they support in the community is really too numerous to list.

All these products and the guy can tell me no we dont have it, not even sure he took the time to understand what I need nor did he look anything up. And thats after having to wait on their little employee gathering behind the desk. Not impressed with customer service, they dont seem eager to serve.

I ordered Galvanized Steel Pipes from this company, through Mark Thompson as ANDIAMO online using Amazon. I got two 2 x 48 steel pipes, instead of 1 3/4 x 48 pipes. So it does not fit. I tried to tell them I need an exchange for the correct size. But I was told I have to ship it back out of my pocket cost and re-order. Normally Amazon requires that you take returns to a UPS store and show a return code that they emailed to you and UPS handles the rest. No Cost. But I am learning that an individual company can refuse to operate like that. Western Nevada Supply Company/ Mark Thompson / ANDIAMO is one of those companies. This wouldnt be an issue, but I live in Florida and I dont have a contract with UPS to ship products inexpensively. So for horrible customer service, I give Western Nevada Supply Company one star for allowing Mark Thompson and ANDIAMO to operate with a horrible exchange policy.UPDATE: I called the CEO office and spoke to his assistant Christine Hogins, whom I explained everything. She got everything resolved professional and I am well pleased now. I got a return ship label paid for by the company as a kind gesture.

Im disappointed with the customer service skills of the guys at the desk taking orders, but the rest of the staff here, especially those at will call, are helpful. My husband and I have been along time customer. Weve remolded our bathroom and was very please with our experience with the Showroom Salesman Jeff. Today not so good. You have a beautiful selection and showroom. Our first time in since your remodel. Today we were shopping kitchen sinks and faucet. First of all very disappointed with your salesman Beau he diffentley needs help in customer care and service. He was not knowledgeable with his products. Everytime I had a question I was talking to myself he kept disappearing to his desk. Weird! Who does that? Then we werent done looking hes on the phone. When Jeff asked if he could help us I should have said yes. I left more confuse and undecided then I did walking in. Remolding any room of your home takes time and planning. We thought we were coming to the experts. If I didnt have a good experience with our remolded bathroom I would not have come back. You have the finest top of the line products.

Western Nevada is a staple in the truckee meadows. They are involved with the community, and have been since nearly the beginning. They do the things with the community not just to advertise, but also because they truly care. Thier staff is well versed on the products they sell, and are willing to help anyone that walks through the door. As fine an establishment as there is in the area!

Was sent to this place by a home depot employee saying they would know exactly what part we needed for our bathtub faucet and when I showed them they had NO IDEA even what brand or wasnt even interested in helping us out. So we drove further into sparks and came across shellys true value hardware. Went in and right away had someone ask us if they could help. A couple min later we were paying for our part that cost me only .47cents. Didnt try to sell us anything we didnt need . that is now our store to shop.

He has helped me to select all of plumbing fixtures for my kitchen and two bathrooms in 2nd home at Tahoe. My whole family enjoy these plumbing fixtures. James is a good listener and always can find the products that meet our desires within our budget.The WNS is a cool place where there are variety choices of quality products. They have free delivery services with flexibilities. You can store your purchased products at the store and have them delivery the ones that you need based on your construction schedule.I highly recommend James Dorman and the store.

Poor customer service.I went in knowing exactly what I needed: an odd sized duct-work floor collar for a mobile home diy ac install. The employee who helped me seemed completely disillusioned about my entire project and was quite disrespectful when I tried to explain to him what I was needing. I showed pictures and diagrams of exactly what I needed but he acted like I was crazy, gave no assistance, did not give any suggestions, and acted like I was a waste of his time. He was even rude enough to say that what I am showing him couldnt actually be my home, I said actually it is my home. He was clearly uneducated about HVAC installs in mobile homes because there was nothing special about mine that sets it apart from the norm. I would not recommend anyone go there if they are expecting to get real customer service.

They do expect you to know your stuff, but sometimes they can mess with you a little bit, I came in looking for a 4 closet flange for iron pipe they couldnt get me what I needed luckily a gentleman from jet plumbing overheard what I was explaining, told me to ask for a 4 instaset bingo got what I was looking for, next time around I came in asked for a 4 instaset this time the guy in the counter called it a 4 closet flange...go figure.
