It was excellent. The store personnel is so helpful that I was able to get what I need it quickly and get out quickly.

While the products are generally of good quality, and the folks in the store are always great, the website is horrible making it impossible to know what is in-stock at my local store, and also making it tedious just to shop. The biggest headache is that the website shows three or more options for what store you want. One for pickup in an hour. Another for pickup inside store. And one for what store to set as your-store. So you have to set all three. But in moments they change on their own. They seem to default to where-ever the phone chip identity is. So for example my phone comes from a different state than where I now live. The website jumps to odd stores in that state after just a few moments. Its frustrating. Couple that frustration with the incessant pop-ups for coupons and suggestions and the shopping experience has become impossible. Its too bad. The original inviting-experience has been replaced with a cattle-prod of pesky and annoying and frustrating website trickery that puts me off.

My first curbside pickup! I put in a call for an item that I wanted to confirm they had in stock. I was able to put in my order over the phone. There are clearly marked parking spaces. You call the number on the sign, tell them your name, and your parking space number. The come out to your car with your order. Super smooth process and I still got to use my 20% off coupon! Curbside pickup is Awesome!!

They have great smelling wax melts. SUN WASHED CITRUS, smells clean like you wiped down every wall in the house. Japanese Cherry Blossom is great too. I think I got 6 for 15.00

After visiting MARSHALLS HOME GOODS across the way and then coming here I was in shock. No one was working the floor to help customers. I had to keep returning to the register for help.No one was working on the floor but there were four people at the large customer service register area.No one seemed holiday happy to even be there.Problem after problem and me having to find someone to help me. Nope not worth the stress or hassle.

Terrible service! Even after i asked for help i was ignored. Asked for help outside with a very heavy rug. The cashier chuckled and ignored that request too. NEVER going back!

When I had to return a brand new item that didnt work the day after it was purchased I overheard the manager say that she really didnt like accepting such expensive items for return. I found this to be completely unprofessional. I simply wanted an exchange for a working item, not a refund and it was in no way my fault the item did not work properly out of the box!!!

They had a good deal on an ad so we went to the store. They no longer have toys for kids.☹ An employee was rude. The cashier was nice! They have some good message chair items!

Wow, what a large selection of kitchen, bed, and bath things! I went here for a pillow and almost couldnt decide which one to pick. I will be back for gift shopping because there are tons of cool things that would be perfect for Christmas and birthdays.

Its Bed Bath and Beyond. We went in for a shower caddy. $300 later we had a whole bunch of other stuff. Thanks triple B... I know its not their fault which is why I cant in good faith rate them low... we just dont have impulse control

I needed lens cleaning tissues and was courteously treated by the clerk who quickly presented me with a box of them. The store also had great sales of other unique items.

Organized store with friendly staff. Everything always feels full retail price to me. However the coupons paired with sales make prices more attractive. BBB is always consistent.

I came here recently to purchase ramekins and get my son new sheets and an electric blanket.Service here can be hit and miss, however, today they were very friendly and asked if we needed help.I was asked several times while in the store if I needed help. I didnt.This store is a little costly. The store does ship out coupons and has sales from time to time. If you time it right you can get a deal at this store. Always check online for coupons.

This place can get overwhelming when trying to find one specific item, so be sure to ask a sales associate for assistance.We picked up a couple new cake pans, which were the last two on the shelf. One of them had its label removed, and when asked if this piece was ok, since it was removed, the young lady, at the register, simply replied, yes without looking it over. The pans were in fact ok...

Did not have the item I wanted. However, the sales associate was kind enough to tell me how I could order it on line. She also said that if didnt work for us that we could return it to the store. She was a big help.

Store does not place pricing on any of their more pricey products making it very difficult to shop there. Having to go up front to get a price check on a replacement coffer carafe or a nespresso machine is kind of a bad strategy.

I was online to book a baby registry at bed bath and beyond. In the drop down menu baby registry was an option. Only to arrive at 10:00 for our appointment for them to tell us that they dont do baby registries at bed bath and beyond but its an option on the website amd we need to drive to Sac to go to buy buy baby. 🤔 idk why Id give you thousands of dollars worth of business at this point. Probably would be good to get it together. Because, you know, my fiance and i had nothing else to do at 10 am on a tuesday.

Sold my wife and I a fairly expensive piece of bathroom furniture as “new,” with us paying the “new,” price. Opened it to find out that it was previously purchased, opened and returned. Not wanting to deal with that, and the fact that we were sold returned merchandise while paying full price, I went to return it and they made quite a hassle.

They never put the prices on the things Im buying, and its always a great surprise when Im at the cash register 🤨

The young lady was very helpful in helping us find the right cover for our Couch and including the loversit.
