Amazing service!!! Great communication from start to finish on fixing an older boat. Had it at a different shop for over a year and they could not fix it. Took these guys 2 weeks and the boat was done. And runs great. Would not recommend another shop more highly in town. Use them and you will not be disappointed.

Kevin and the crew at MS are top notch. I purchased a used boat and had a software issue. My local dealer wasn’t able to look at the boat for two months. Called Marine Specialties, they were great at communicating and dealing with the factory. They got me in a week later and took care of the problem in 1 day. Well worth the drive from Sacramento. They have definitely earned my future business.

For years, my husband and I would talk about owning a boat after many fun trips with friends and their boats. We would dream about it, sigh. and say someday. Hit a rock that grew on a high mountain lake, late summer & had to replace the prop. seemed to run fine but discovered water in the out drive when winterizing. Took it to Marine Specialties, turns out the Prop shaft damaged beyond mfgr specs. They replaced it and kept it inside for a couple extra days till I could get snow removed on my private road. Rick was helpful, honest and kept me updated. Pleasure to work with. I’m looking to get it back out when the snow melts and lakes open.

On my way back through the sales floor I noticed the Nautique 210...and had a brief conversation with Jim! That was three years ago! My wife, daughter and I have been back and forth, in and out of the dealership so many times since that day...just wanting to get it right. There were times we were sure John would give up on us. Rick and Jim are great to deal with. Purchased my boat from Jim in 2002 and have had great service with them ever since.

A few years back I tried so hard to buy a boat from these guys, but they kept flaking and lying about when they would take me for a test drive. so one day I was in Newport and drove by a boat dealer that had a G25, so i had those guys take me out for a quick test drive. I loved the boat and bought it on the spot.I live in Tahoe and marine Specialties is the dealer/service center for this area. They have been a nightmare, lie about what is warrantied and not, i had to get the manufacture involved to have the service center work on my boat. last summer I had starter go out fourth of July weekend, which was under warranty, they told me they could get me in the end of august... so I had to pay another mechanic to service my boat. Now I have an error code on my boat and they wont even take it in now that my warranty is up, they told me to call the dealer that i bought the boat from.Because of their bad attitude and poor biz practice, I have talked two friends into buying the master craft and stay away from Nautique until Nautique can get a dealer/service that doesnt suck.
