I bought a Yamaha 25-hp outboard and trailer from Sierra Marine several years ago for my Zodiac Mark IIC. The other day I was having two rookie issues and I called John. Instead for saying bringing it in, he spent 5-minutes on the phone with me and quickly solved my problems. Saved me $$$ and a trip from Minden. If that isnt great customer service, I dont know what is.

Not the best experience. We used them twice, once for boat maintenance, the other for re-upholstery, both times the service wasnt that good. We called for updates, never got call backs, had to keep calling. Took longer than we were told. I just wasnt happy with the service
