I really loved the layout of the place as well as the sweet smell of leather permeating it. Lots of clothes for men and women. I found a few things that I really liked but was not ready to buy yet. Loved the various styles of boots. Hope they have my size. I will be going back again. Smiles

I used to shop for my boots at The Mexican owned store “Mundo Latino”, and it was a little too expensive. I started shopping at Boot Barn on kietseke lane, Reno Nevada for the first time and they have great serviceHowever, I feel like the Boot Barn by Los Altos, Sparks Nevada has really bad customer service. The first time I went in there, the employees were low key rushing us to leave because they were closing. My parents also just went a couple days ago and they told me they are very rude there. An employee by the name of Tom has no customer service skills whatsoever. Not a very comfortable place to shop. Other than that, the clothing, boots hats etc are top of the line.

I recently just got both my kids a pair of boots from here, for my daughter I got the shyanne brand, very poor quality especially with the price I paid for leather boots, will never get that brand again. I got my son the cody james and they are a good pair.
