Overall it was a good experience, I purchased two pairs of shoes during the BOGO 50% off deal and I was hoping to get the more expensive one for the half off hence, why I got the higher priced one, but I paid full price for the more expensive shoes. The gal seemed new because I asked her several basic questions and she didnt seem to know the answers that well which is fine. But for future shopping Id probably request for the higher priced shoe to be 50% off. Would save me money and would keep me from going elsewhere to look at shoes.I will admit, the cardboard box shelving for the shoes is tacky.

This place was a more convenient experience...the vans store was a wreck. I paid another 15 bucks then what I wouldve spent at the vans outlet but screw waiting in line....long line outside.

Prices and stock is all mixed up. Possibly their marketing strategy. After three tries gave up and walked out empty handed.

I would give less than a star if I could. Just tried to return shoes for another size. I walked in were I wasnt greeted. I assumed because the two girls were ringing up a few customers. They glanced over at me. I continued to wait in line. When I arrived they looked at me and I requested a shoe exchange for size. They refused to help after I mentioned this and said they were closed and to come back the next day. If they were closing they should have mentioned that before I had gotten in line.

Amazing customer service! Lexi helped me exchange a pair of shoes when she could have said no. Its hard to find good customer service like that! You guys rock! Highly recommend this store! :)

Rude staff, Plus my husband went to buy a pair of shoes and the kid at the register asked him for his drivers licence to input him into the computer, not acceptable.When my husband refused the kid said he couldnt ring us up without it because it is company policy.A shoe store has absolutely no right to have customers info.We went to Nike instead where the staff was amazing and polite.

All the other brand name shoe stores had long lines to get in, I walked right into this place and it was loaded with brand name shoes on sale buy one get one half off.

It was fine. they dont have a lot of mens 13 sized shoes.

I went in to exchange some shoes that I ordered online. I walked in the atmosphere was dull. When I approached the service desk the customer service person had no personality and was very drab. After I found shoes that I wanted to exchange it went fairly quick, that much appreciated but could not wait to leave.

I come in for the bargain rack. Nice shoe selection, I am willing to wait to get lucky.

I have had mostly good experiences here and I buy most of my shoes here. Good discounts and a fairly good selection.

Bought shoes for a wedding and wore them for an hour....they were so painful from the design that I couldnt wear them...even sitting most of the time....tried to return them and their policy is no return if worn. My policy is I dont spend my money where they dont stand behind the products they sell. Keep your garbage! I vote with my feet.
