I found Culligan at a local function, Fam Fest 2017. Everyone at the booth was so nice and gave me some great information on the water softener products they provide. I entered to win a water softener and I actually won! Whu,h never happens! They called to tell me and again, everyone is so nice. Scheduling for the install was a breeze and the owner even called to congratulate me. I give 5 stars and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I work at a municipal wastewater reclamation facility and needed to install a new Reverse Osmosis water pre-treatment system in the analytical lab that I work in. Bill Fairbanks was instrumental in getting me quotes, selecting the right product and arranging installation of the new system in an expedient manner. Culligan has continued to provide the highest quality of service and are very good about getting me the supplies I need quickly. The price of the system was reasonable and it has been performing very well!

$8000.00 later and our water still smells here in washoe valley. NOT HAPPY AT ALL, FEEL RIPPED OFF. Bill is the nicest person ever met but well water is not in his wheel house. If you live off city water then I highly recommend, but if your on troubled well water I would seek elsewhere. He came up with a new idea for another $1100 and its the same as before but worse. Has no solutions after took our money. 3 years of BS .

Wow!!! What a great company to deal with! I am SO over buying bottles of water that I started to look around for a solution! I called Culligan (because of the name) and they set us up with a RO system and we couldnt be happier! They have been very responsive to our requests and really go the extra mile!
