We have been using them for about 5 years now. Always on time. If any equipment fails it is promptly replaced. Good company for sure, when you speak to them in person or on the phone they treat you like a VIP.

I really researched water companies before deciding on Red Rock Spring Water. They have a much more sensible approach to customer service than the huge companies - which allows them to meet special requests from their customers. The pricing is better and they dont lock you in to a contract. The bottles arrive clean and they never miss a delivery. They respond quickly to email and phone calls - I highly recommend Red Rock!

Lady kept accusing me of putting stickers on the jugs, told her 3x I didnt, she persisted..... Where would I get stickers with lot numbers of distilled water??

Terrific water!! We had another water delivery company servicing our home for 20+ years, but the chemical taste of the water required me to use a powdered flavor additive to drink it. The dog didnt care for it either. Additionally, the crock supplied by that company was made in China, meaning it had a likelihood of containing lead.I began using Red Rock in November/December 2015. Great clean taste--no need to add additional flavoring. The dog loves it also! The people there are ALWAYS friendly and professional.

This water reminds me of camping in the high Sierra mountains and drinking right out of the river back in the 60s. Its hard to describe the clean and refreshing quality. Truly the best water I have ever tasted!
