My husbands iPhone camera stopped working and I dreaded the idea of dealing with phone repair companies. Then, I came across Batteries Plus Bulbs in Sparks and set up a phone repair appointment from their website. Note, if you make an online appointment (rather than just walking in) you receive a discount coupon. When I arrived, they had the replacement camera in stock and fixed the phone in one hour! It works perfectly, absolutely no issues at all... good as new. And, they accepted the repair coupon. The cost was around 80 total. I highly recommend Batteries Plus Bulbs in Sparks for phone repairs!

The workers here are friendly with lots of products. However, of the three times Ive been in in the last month, the workers havent had masks on and pull them up halfway when I enter. 3 of them near the back didnt even bother to put any on two separate times. I dont care about someones opinion of the mandate, but as a business you dont get to choose what laws/ health regulations to follow.I went in for an iPhone 12 charger, was given a generic their-brand charger that wasnt even for the iPhone 12. Not a big deal, except I asked the guy twice to make sure it was the right one, make sure it was super fast charging, and he looked it over twice and said its all good when it isnt for iPhone and does not super charge. Not really ok when all is said and done. I would understand if I didnt specifically ask multiple times and get the OK over and over until the worker appeared to be getting annoyed with my questions.They will recycle small items for free which is amazing, but I cannot return after the issues with the masks constantly and the issue with the wrong item after multiple times checking it. If they dont care enough to put a bandana on while theyre in the front and dont care enough to even inspect what is being sold, theres plenty of other businesses for myself and my family. I do hope for nothing but good business for them, and I hope all 3 of my experiences were just coincidences, but I doubt it.

They refused to honor the warranty on my battery. According to them nothing is wrong with it even the the car starts fine with the new battery and won’t start with the old one.

Needed new battery for my key fob for my car. Not only did they put the battery in, but they soldered a loose connection in the fob.

Thank you for rebuilding the battery pack to my handheld vacuum. In doing so I was able to continue to use a vacuum that worked perfectly well minus the dead battery. In turn saving waste in our environment. You turned my ordinary vacuum into extraordinary. The battery pack you rebuilt doubled the running time. It works better than when I 1st bought it. I placed an online order for a 8v golf cart battery and received a call from the store near me within minutes informing me that the battery appears to be on back order and that a manager would be contacting me the next day. I never received a call the next day however when I called I found that the battery was able to be shipped and received and was ready for pickup. Great customer service and I will definately be back! I was looking for 18v flash light lamps and Batteries Plus Bulbs was the only place I could find them, even the original supplier didnt carry them.A few weeks later, I needed a battery for wifes cell phone, and once again these guys had it in stock.They also stock a large variety of creative lighting products and specialty battery chargers such as float chargers and emergency jump starters.As if that wasnt enough, they can rebuild the battery packs for your cordless tools. They also offer cellphone and laptop screen replacement/repairs. They can check your vehicles charging system and battery replacement if thats what is needed.The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I would Give a full 10 but I will say the employees at the Sparks location versus the Reno Nevada location seem to be a lot friendlier and more helpful. The biggest problem is they never have anything that I want in stock but theyre willing to order it. I just wish Batteries Plus had things like diodes and capacitors another related items

Good, fast service, good price, knowledgeable staff. The traffic on Prater Way sucks, especially with all the road construction, but it was worth it! As it turned out, I had a defective battery, took it in to get it checked out (3 weeks after purchase), and they handled it nicely, gave me a brand new battery.

Order, checkout, and pickup was fast and easy. And the store called to let us know it was ready in addition to the email I received.

Cracked iPad 5 screen. Quotes 99$. Charges 165$! New screen has large bubble all along bottom and left side. Took two days.You now have the truth... choose wisely.Update: got it home and the thing is constantly trying to do stuff on its own! Probably because of the bubbles!Going back to store nowIt didn’t work again. They kept it till following Monday.It seems to work ok now. I’m told this is common with screen repairs. So they do honor their warranty.

Having said that they came without carrying straps and when I asked about the straps I was told they didnt come with straps but I could purchase one. I came to this location after going from cell phone repair store to the next. Each store gave me a different story on why they were going to charge me $100+ or why they couldnt help me. After a disappointing day I decided to search out a place with GOOD customer service. When I came in, I was greeted right away and more importantly, the guy behind the counter LISTENED to my problem. I knew what was wrong with my cell phone and it just needed simple fix of resetting the battery manually. It took 5 minutes to get the service done and he even gave me the tools and taught me how to do it myself. Im not from Reno, but it seems like the customer service around the area is very poor. I was so happy to find this place and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to repair any electronics. I was very pleased and I will come back to this location if I ever need future repairs.Alex

I needed a battery for my jet ski and thought of BP first. I went in and was taught about batteries for jet skis and how important starting amps and warranty is. Found a battery for my LG phone here, in stock. Saved the day. They also had replacement 18volt lamps for my Ryobi flash light, something I couldnt get from the big box store that sells the brand.They can also rebuild/repair many types of rechargeable battery packs for tools and laptops.

When my Apple phone died, I went directly to the Apple Store. After waiting in the store for two hours, the staff at the Apple store told me that my phone could not be fixed and a replacement would cost $400.00. Robert at this store fixed the phone for less than $50.00! they were very courteous, professional and honest....just the opposite of my experience with the Apple Store.

Holy. Wow. Had to run some errands today and my key fob died a while back, but due to it breaking previous owner had to JB weld it together, finally broke so I went in expecting to lose $30-40 according to keysmiths and such, guy at the counter immediately says its less than $5 took apart the fob (despite the glue) even let me go outside to test it and got me extra MaH on it too so itll last despite being glued!!!!!! Beautiful place and I want to find service that kind everywhere I go, blown away.

I went with my grandpa to change his watch battery and the guys didnt wanna help much, the guy say something about the value of the watch and then he said sorry i cant help you i told him to sell me the battery and Ill replace it, he said he didnt see the number of the battery on the back that i have to open it to see it, Im very sure he could open it and sell me that battery but i have to drive back home and open it take the battery and show it to them, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT COSTUMERS
