This is a nice store. They’re usually well stocked, neat and clean.

I have been coming to this location religiously since 2016. I stopped coming here because of Melissa the old manager she had horrible customer service and the environment was unpleasant when she was there. However since then family dollar has brought in a new manager her name is Kassie and she is amazing.. The store looks amazing its clean, everyone that works there is super nice and very pleasant to be around. Kassie really turned that place around a complete 360 from what it was.

I only went in for a few things. And came out with four bags worth of things. So I found more than I planned. But I needed everything that I got.

Why are family dollar and dollar general always messy shelving!! Are they understaffed. Every time I go to shop there, the store is messy!?

The store in sparks on greenbrae has an employee short me $5 on my purchase. Am a senior a little slower but she was acting strange nervous talking rapidly when she gave my change she hurriedly put it in my hand without counting it back. I left when I went to purchase at another store I noticed I only had 4 ones and change I looked all over my purse everywhere then that was what their sales person was doing . She shorted me 5 amazing what people will do. I went back the next evening to purchase something never with the intention og saying anything when I saw her I had to tell her what happened. I said I was short from the purchase I made. Immediately became conventional and defensive. I said could I speak with your manager a young girl with a attitude basically said to get out of the store swearing it was fearful the 2 of them I was afraid. FAMILY DOLLAR THESE KIND OF PEOPLE ARE CRIMINAL they said I was crazy walking aggressively toward me I should have called the police

Great customer service, clean & organized store, but WALMART has CHEAPER pricing than this place! The prices at this place are INSANE for a place with dollar in their name, trying to compete with the actual Dollar Stores.
