Working with Matt was so easy. Our large family was designing shirts for an annual event, and he and the artists at Custom Ink took our varying ideas, and created a tshirt that everyone not only agreed upon, but loved.The order process was a bit complicated, and theres always that one cousin who is late with their order, but yet again, Matt and team made it super easy. I think, all told, we ended up with slightly over 30 shirts, ranging from Toddler to 2X.I cant thank Matt enough for his help!

During the pandemic, out of an abundance of caution, we were not allowed to make merchandise sales in person to our students. They were disappointed and so I started looking for solutions. I was connected with Erica at Custom Ink and she introduced me to their fundraising platform. It didnt cost anything to set up, the print minimums were low, and they navigated all of the licensing protocols for getting our logo on our items! It was almost too good to be true - plus they shipped the items to each individual who purchased.I set up the fundraiser with Erica and then was passed on to Khayla. She answered all of my questions quickly and even helped when mid-campaign we decided to add on a kids option or after the campaign ended and we wanted to sneak in a few more sales!While our intention initially was to get quality apparel to students and supporters in a safe manner - it was awesome that we were also able to raise some money in the process! We were able to raise over $1,000 for student activities and research with minimal effort.To be honest - I could see us moving to exclusively using Custom Ink for apparel because it was so easy. I have recommended them to so many people and am looking to work with them again for another group!

The store is totally safe when it comes to social distancing and cleanliness. Matthew spent over an hour with us to assist in designing shirts for our special upcoming trip. Alyssa & Matt at CustomInk were awesome to say the least. Personally, I’m the type of client who only knows what they like once they see it, which is obviously difficult with the millions of combinations available. Alyssa spent weeks going back and forth on email (due to Covid) designing our company’s shirts and hoodies due to my level of “pickiness.” We worked through all the logistical nightmares of t-shirt/hoodie design (a topic in life I severely undervalued prior to this process) and came to a great result. Her promptness in reply time is amazing. Eventually, we made an in-person appointment. Matt spent a significant amount of time fine-tuning final choices I had with regards to shirt textures, feel, and sizing. He brought a TON of personal knowledge & professional help/advice. Anything from wash-shrinkage, material durability, logo printing, etc... Matt had it down. I’ll definitely be coming for more batches as we continue to expand.

Ive been getting together every year with the same 3 friends for nearly 50 years. With Covid and a delay in our gathering from the Spring, I decided to order custom logo sweat shirts for our 2020 reunion and went to the new Sparks store.
