The past three weeks theyve been out of my brand of Copenhagen, now it took 3 weeks because I didnt say anything, hoping that they would understand if theyre going out of something quicker they should order more of it, but no. Keep up on your stock and pay attention when your customers are upset. Whats the matter with you?

One of the newer Mavericks so one of the best. They have chai there but its kinda sweet. Looks clean, nice staff.

Very Clean, quick and had Self Chrckout

The gasoline was contaminated, I spent $ 1300 to have it taken out of my car and cleaned everything.

Last time I was at Maverick with the middle of the night the clerk or attendant was totally awesome very helpful cheerful and courteous

I am from California that visiting a worker at the Maverik. And I do got to say that its my 1st time here in Sparks NV and I have never ever seen a cleaner & friendly gas station in my life. Definitely recommend to anyone of they need gas or food. Both kitchens was very clean & sanitary. Workers wore gloves. Breakfast burrito that I had was bomb af. Ceryl the morning cashier lady is a sweetheart to the heart. And shes also friendly with a positive attitude. Well everyone had a positive. Everyone had a smile on their face. Table I sat at was clean. I found everything that I need.

Went to pump $10.11 for gas. Printed the receipt for $10.11. But somehow I have a charge for exactly $50.00?! Tellers are not helpful, they don’t even know their customer service #. There is no accountability from the cashier just a lot of attitude. They couldn’t simply void the transaction and recharge the card to get it taken care of. They couldn’t get the manager to walk them through proper procedures and I had to reach out to customer service after googling the number. Thankfully customer service is helpful, however they couldn’t resolve my issue because the retail CSR closes at 7pm. They also could not simply contact the store directly to get it taken care of because the tellers are inept. I will update my review if the issue is resolved. But buyers beware at this location, and make sure you check your charges immediately!!

Get snacks and gas

Was there about 4 or 5 days ago and I am a fairly regular customer . It was about 9 or 10 pm and my roommate who is 27 and my son who is 17 and they purchased gas some milshakes and my roommate attempted to purchase to packs of smokes and despite the fact that he is an adult and showed his Id when asked the cashier refused to sell my roommate more than one pack of smokes . He was buying 2 packs and she stated oh I do this all the time to big.groups now.mind you it was only my son and my roommate.i was in the car . So aft we get the gas and stuff we had stop somewhere and get another pack of smokes my son and roommate did not recognize this cashier ....I have yet to return to this.store and unsure if I will. I also will be relaying this treatment to everyone.i know

A few days ago around 11 am I asked Emily, the girl with the red/purple died hair and tattoo on leg to give me directions to al local barista and her response was so rude when asked a simple question. Has actually made me reconsider ever wanting to return to that store again. I avoid pumping my gas there as well. All due to a stuck up and substance abusing employee. Emily was on her phone complaining to what sounded like a drug dealer.. When asking her one question and received the response cant you just google map it dude! As she rolled her eyes at me and then made her way from the front of the store into the back where she never came out of. Hire better employees and maybe me and my family will go back when better help is staffed. I completely avoid this gas station after my encounter with Emily at Mavericks.
