This gas station use to be the only place I went to to get my gas. They switched to an app to get the discount on gas and to pay. I thought it would be a good thing. I used it once. One time. In the very beginning a few months ago. I have not been able to use it since. When I call they say it was put on hold do to some suspicious card activity....umm youre not my bank. 🤔 I only used the app one time to get gas....was that the suspicious activity? Unknown as I cant get any other information on because the phone number Im told to call says they have to transfer me to somebody else however they close super early.My husband decided to make his own account today because the gas price with the discount is pretty good. Nope he downloaded the app, put in all his info, then was put to a halt as they said he needed to call as well!I refuse to pay extra so Ill go else where as I have been.

Some guy named Huq was completely rude. I asked where the bathroom was and he asked me if I could read?!Idk why he decided to treat me that way but it really threw me off because I’m usually really patient and nice to customer service employees so they don’t treat me that way.

Hours changed and only a sign on door

The service and staff were quick and courteous, even during the noon hour. The food was delightfully, fresh and tasty and hot enough to have came straight from the grill

Bit of an unconventional review: I pulled up to get some gas and realized my cars battery connection was loosened and wouldnt start. I didnt have my tools with me, so I went inside and asked the clerk, Bruce, if he had a wrench I could use. He handed me one without question and I was able to get my car running. Big thanks to Bruce!

Customer service is decent. The real reason I stopped for some Platinums though.

The only reason I didnt give them one star was because the manager came and smoothed things out for me. The individual behind the counter, I didnt catch his name and thats the only reason Im going to give you a brief description of what he looks like, he looked to be Vietnamese or Korean or Taiwanese, some sort of Asian descent, and is rude to customers interrupts them as they try to speak and damn near had me flipping out. Ive been going to that quick stop for more than 20 yearsand dealing with him was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had there or any gas station.

5 stars to the fella (must be the manager) working right now, huge line and he was super calm and helpful through all of it! His employee the lady was not very nice and should help out more! You guys have a good one in your team!

Stopped for a pack of gum

The cashier wouldn’t let my brother buy a single beer because he claimed his id is damaged which still scanned and then said I couldn’t buy it when we’re both legally over the age of 21 and have both valid scanning ID’s instead of being courteous about it he was completely rude. Will never shop at this quick stop with that cashier there.

We were looking for Diesel. It was the wrong station for that.

An employee argued with me over aquestion in price. he obviously was from another country and I felt disrespected because I was a womanaI will nver buy gas or anythining from them againwhat ever happened to couryesuy and friedly workers? If I yelled at at A cistomer at work I would probably be fired!

Just got off the freeway to fill up the tank on my way to Fallon and to get some snacks and drinks for the road trip.
