I dont even like coming into the store cus Vicky. I dont know her yet she goes out her way to bother me. She gets the vibe but still pokes fun well I finally had it. Dont call me and my bro the Benjamin bros, quit being extra, just cus you got my name from my account there doesnt mean you know me. This pharmacy is not the place to go, especially if you need drive thru service because of Covid. This is our neighborhood pharmacy but they cannot get one thing right. They have asked my doctors office over and over for refills that I did not ask for, they say it is their system but they dont ever fix it. They have put the wrong doctors name on my prescriptions, doctors I dont even know. They have filled the wrong prescriptions as well. Now I am very sick with Covid and cant count on these people for anything. We have complained for years about the incompetency at this pharmacy but no one listens. They will finally listen when they hurt or kill someone with their errors. Go someplace else.
Will be transferring my scripts. Lazy and unhelpful pharmacy techs. My son has severe asthma and with the current fires started having trouble Friday night. I used the app to fill his script as I knew hed be running out sooner than usual. It says it will be ready for pick up Saturday at 11am. I go on to check before heading out Saturday and the app states technical error please call to fill Spend 2 hours trying to reach someone. 2nd time calling after 1st attempt was unsuccessful, I was on hold for an hour. Tech picks up the phone at 120 pm ( I know they break from 130 to 2 but Id been trying all day and this time on hold since 1215) and says sorry youll have to call back we are going on break. I plead with her telling her Ive been on hold for an hour can she just help me real quick, theres still 10 min till 130. She says nope sorry, we need to eat. I told her it was a semi emergency that my son needed his asthma medicine and with all the smoke he was having issues. She goes sorry, we are extremely busy and have to eat. I get that, but its not even your pharmacys scheduled time yet! She hung up. I call back at 2 and was told it was just a technical issue, that some tech had put it through wrong and it was fixed but now would be at least 2 hours before it could be filled as there were 90 people in front of me for scripts now. Even though I used the app to fill it the night before and it should have been ready at 11am. Wasnt my fault your techs are not trained properly. Hope you never know what its like to struggle to breathe and worry your kids medicine will run out, leaving us the only option but to call 911 or take him into the er with the risk of getting covid. Will be switching asap so that his life saving medicine isnt dependent upon employees like yourselves.
My husband and I both had appointments for the flu vaccine. We waited over 55 minutes past our appointment time. 5 customers were taken in while we waited. We were told to both sign in together even tho our appointments were 15 minutes apart. There was nowhere to sit because of walking. When I complained (after 46 minutes) I was told NOT to make a fuss. DO NOT MAKE APPOINTMENTS DURING WALK IN HOURS BETWEEN 2-5pm. Appointments are not honored at this location.
Went in to purchase something and get cash back, was given a $20 and asked for a 10 and 2 fives and the lady told me their policy was to give exact change and I’d have to purchase another item to break the $20... wow
As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a very friendly and cheery Cashier! She was so happy and asked if I needed anything.. No but thanks for the offer.I knew what I needed and went and got it. I came back and she rang me up. I thanked her for being so cheery and helpful.They also have a drive thru pharmacy that is super sweet. The pharmacy staff are helpful, professional and friendly. I absolutely love the pharmacy here.
Unprofessional and lazy staff. Don’t come here if you’re asking about an item because they will not go and help you find what you’re looking for.
I will be changing pharmacies. My child was given the incorrect dose of antibiotics. I am a nurse and I calculated the dose. I called the pharmacist who said that the Dr. probably wanted to give my one year old son greater than the maximum dose of antibiotic and to just give it to my child. I called the physician who ordered the correct dose.
I haven’t had any problems with Walgreens pharmacy. My favorite pharmacist is Li, he is always nice and very helpful. Mandi and Bobbie are always nice and friendly, I always look forward to seeing them.
