Limited coffee supply, food selection not that great, restaurant next door is ok, bathrooms are clean, nice shower rooms. Casino area is heavily smoke out. Fuel islands are dirty. But its a truck stop so you get what you get.

It still needs more truck parking.. Its not very friendly and it smells like a cigarette casino..It does have a hamburger restaurant open.But theres a lot of border hoppers here and its not good

They take 4 of some of the best parking in the whole lot with these containers. Plenty of other places to put these, instead put them in the prime parking locations where it’s easy to take pets out. unreal.

Lots of parking for rigs and public alike. Fills up in the evenings. Lots of amenities though. One of the cleaner truck stops I have been to and usually my stop in Reno.

Could be cleaner. Especially showers. And come on TA. Get a real place to dine.

They are too cheap to provide toilet seat covers, come on TA, you can show drivers a little bit more respect than this!Then I went to the Shop to get a rocker switch and relay because my engine fan isnt staying engaged when parked so the AC is too warm, and despite having walls full of tools and lights and such, they tell me they dont carry any relays or switches, even in the back for the shop to use.This is what I would expect from a no name truck stop in the middle of nowhere, not from a TA Shop in Reno!

I think its hilarious how they want you to mask up but it reeks of cigarettes in there. Now thats healthy lol. If masks work then you are protected. Do you and Ill do me.

Showers were clean. Casino reeks of smoke (I’m a smoker and it’s BAD). Fuddruckers you can’t dine in. But must be muzzled to order. You CAN eat in the casino unmuzzled. Hypocrisy here is crazy! Driver launch is ok but workers constantly hound for CDL proof.

Use to stop here a lot waiting for the Chain law to be dropped on Donner pass. Or coming out of California. Use to be a 76 truck stop like the others. Became TAs they had a neat restaurant. Too casino showers where great too

Very cheap service.. they say wear mask.. and they dont have masks to provide to the customers.. i said Im from California and I already got COVID-19 vaccines.. one of worker said mask mask mask.. I said ok then give me a mask .. no mask for customers either ... Im a truck driver.. no state said for mask... only this TA needs a mask, Masks are also not in store.. one more thing restrooms are not clean... very very cheap service..

Was in this ta 2 days in a row. First day got fuel proceeded inside and grabbed my refreshments and gone. No mask. 2nd day went to counter got shower and when Im in line 15 people in there and maybe 4 had masks. Went to shower came back grabbed my refreshments and wouldnt serve me cause no mask. Bad service. Just another place I no need to stop at again.

Bathrooms are some of the worst I’ve ever seen. To many water bottles in stalls, which means disgusting cleaning from customers.

Walked in to fuddruckers at 5:50pm. The girl behind the counter yelled at the top of her voice at me that I had to have a mask. Ok. Upset how she yelled not upset about maskwas going to get mine when she then yells and we close at 6pm which is 10 mins away. . I told her the very large freestanding sign that no one bothered to remove says everyday 11-8 pm. She yells it’s says 6 o the door. I called the General mgr who told me I could not be verbally abusing his employees. ( I did not) she yelled at me I was ready to see my normal sweet pink haired server that knows she would have gotten a $15 tip from me because I know they’ve lost a lot of money due to COVID . The mgr offered no apology nothing did not even say he would speak with her about her customer service. I will never stop here again. I would have never yelled had she not been so rude and yelled first .

They took out Country Pride and only have Fuddruckers or fast food for restaurant options now. But the staff is usually nice and its cleaner than most other T/A locations.

I didnt go in and they dont even sell primetimes.

Clean restrooms. Enjoy a Fuddruckers being here! Store not completely set up. Nice casino area. Staff seemed frustrated and .mostly tolerated customers.

The service shop just wastes your time they only give vague answers to your questions, I came in for a repair and never got it worked on they switch shifts and never leave notes so every hour you go back to them they dont know who you are or what youve been there for. Honestly Dont even bother coming here youre better off somewhere else cus other TA Ive been too their rules are first come first served not here, theyll leave your truck/trailer to go and do a road service or take care of someone else before you basically moving you down the line. They dont care about your delivery time and what not.

Possibly 0 stars. Stopped for first oil change on brand new truck. It took us 30 hours because their mechanic broke fuel filter and wasnt able to get a new one in 24 hours. On the top of that their manager Jesus and especially Jack front desk were really really rude and unprofesionall. Didnt got any discount, at least they could give me free oil change and at the end oil change cost me 485$ . Oil change only. Never again TA

Stoped in there today at the end of my drive shift. Went in to do laundry. Since the drivers lounge was closed I was sitting in the bar on a chair. I have had a long day from driving and was tired. I dozed off and was awakens by bartender told to leave. Told him I had clothes in dryer and a was waiting for them to finish. He proceeded to call Police on me. I buy all my fuel through TA I eat there often, put my truck in their shop. And this is how the treat me?

Small store selection, courteous staff, & clean restrooms.Parking lot needs to be redone (deep rivets & holes all over) & cleaned up.There is no place for pets to go to the bathroom.Fuel pumps seem to vapor lock more than other fuel stops.Its nice to have Fuddruckers as an option since it isnt in most truckstops already, however, it would be equally nice to have another option here that is open 24/7.Big negative would be the place reeking of cigarette & cigar smoke. Not the easiest place to breathe & youll leave smelling like smoke. This in turn leaves your vehicle smelling just as bad. Really sucks when youre a truck driver who cares about hygiene & youre stuck in your truck for weeks.

Just needed gas. Prices were average for the area

Stopped here just to simply get a trailer tire replaced. The guy at the shop counter was extremely rude to not only me, but other customers, and his own co-workers. I just left, and will take my business elsewhere. Seriously gives this place a bad rep with me. I wont stop here again for anything at all. The petro down the road is way better.

Small and transient environment but actually a great place to gamble or just hang out with friends and socialize. Nice area for sitting, playing pool or sitting at the bar. I would have never thought but years have passed and this is one of my favorite places to come and play.

Pretty good over all, I gave 4 stars because of the small selection in the store. Clean bathroom, a small casino, good views. Its the last real truck stop before the donner pass, (if youre going west). The area gets very crowded when the freeway closes due to winter weather.

When I want a shower on this place, I wait a lot of time. I waited a month ago at the turn of the hour, and today I wait and lose time at night. It should be clean and all are availableHe was asleep and did not think of our timehe gets come now after hr thes so Bad in this TA.

Definitely not impressed. Refused service to customers because they did not do what the employees wanted them to. Usually that is not how it works. They want to make you buy something you do not need before you can buy what you actually came in for which is a waste. Watched them turn down a guy with close to $50 of stuff because they didnt like him pulling his shirt up over his face instead of not wearing a mask in over 100 degree temperatures. They must not need business. The place smelled horrible so wearing a mask here is a good idea anyways because you are breathing in second hand smoke.

The washer I used did not have hot water. $3.00 to wash and $3.00 for a 45 minute dry. Dryer not getting that hot. I dont have this problem with Flying Js or Pilot. To bad that are not in this area.

Bathroom wasnt the cleanest as other TA Ive been to. Choices for food very limited.

So its basically a casino with truck parking. It has a decent amount of parking if you get here early enough and clean showers but workers should be wearing gas masks. The second hand smoke coming from the casino is over-whelming and if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke you will be wheezing by the time you get in and out of the store for a drink.

I had an oil change done on Sunday the 07/12/2020The very next day I drive about sixty miles, pull over to use a restroom and realize there is oil all over my steer tire and the side My truck. I go back to the TA and speak with Kyle the service manager. I show him the oil all over the truck and a missing oil cap.He tells me sorry about my luck, and hopefully I learned something from this experience because I had signed the my receipt saying that I had checked there work.I tell him yes I’ve learned I never use another TA for any services again.He then says he doesn’t care!Absolutely the worst business edict I’ve ever experienced in twenty-three years of driving.Oh, and the mechanics name was Miguel never let him work on your equipment he will not own any of his mistakes.Miguel it’s okay to make a mistake we all do.But it’s really poor character to not own up to them.Sincerely,Shawn Dalton

Stopped by the shop to have a hub gasket replaced on a grease hub. They didnt have any mechanics available, so we had to wait 3 hours for the next shift to clock in.When that mechanic finally showed up, they pulled us into the bay only for the mechanic to promptly disappear.The mechanic finally shows back up several hours later to replace our gasket. In the end, we burned an entire freaking shift waiting for this repair.Now Im sitting at the Ft. Bridger TA with a 4 hour wait to get into the shop because, for some reason, my grease hub has an oil leak.Thanks, Sparks, you guys are True Geniuses™

I drive a diesel pusher RV and often tow a vehicle behind me, so Im about 70 feet in length. I usually stay at the truck stops and sandwich myself right in between the big rigs. Great truck stop, fun casino that I won some money at while my drinks were free.

Man! If you dont smoke cigarettes this place is like walking into 1500 cigarettes burning in one room! Yuck!

Seems like an older t a, but lots of showers very cozy showers relatively clean theres a burger shop which honestly its not that good quality is what you would expect from a Country Pride Burger. Large lot not too tight to back into, but the lot is always half-filled or more fills up quick.

Good place to stop! Lots of restaurants near by. Their restroom could use some work always hot in there and smells like cigarette smoke very heavy. They should check their toilet paper more often too. Also wish they had a Pet Area.

Cant get coffee till 6am when the guy that serves it comes in. We drive all hours of the day and night and coffee would be nice, but Ill not stop at t/a sparks,nv. again. The gal at the counter was rude and didnt care about the customer. Never again

Got here at 9 PM and was only about halfway full. Not sure if its because the casino is temporarily closed or if its always this way but either way, for the time being good place to stop and find parking anytime of day.

Stopped for lunch at Fuddruckers. Good food and service. Store side of truck stop clean and well equipped. Restrooms on casino side clean. Plenty of room to park.

Although this place has everything you need, from showers to laundry, it does feel like a casino with a truck stop squeezed in. Tues isnt a complaint, just an observation. Fuddruckers in on site. There are many fast food restaurant across, and down the street. I wouldnt hesitate to come here again.

While this TA stop is in a great location, my usual truck stops are not in the immediate area, I couldnt stand to set foot for even a few minutes inside.The truck portion of this stop had a small but decent amount of truck gear and beverages/food. Again, small but enough. They have an attached restaurant which was nice but also an attached & open casino.Why I couldnt stay inside was because of the immense smell of smoke. Cigarette smoke/odor was everywhere. It was all I could do to get it out of my nostrils when I stepped outside.This place has a pretty sweet gun collection on the walls inside but I couldnt take the time & enjoy then because of the smoke, very sad.In fact, this TA is actually 1/2 casino, 1/3 restaurant and 1/4 truck stop.They do however get high marks for ample truck parking & the CAT scale.

Not really a truck stop as much as a casino. The store is extremely small. It is normally crowded in the parking lot, but thats expected in a city this big. The help was nice enough, I have not used the truck service here. Shower was big and clean, $14, I guess that pays for the parking spot. Best place to eat is worth the walk or short Uber ride to Great Basin brewery. Great food and full bar. Cool hot dog place across the street, Sinbads. If you want a decent casino, get a ride to the Nugget. No truck parking there.

The gas pumps were going so slow it took forever to get 10 gallons in to my SUV. When my wife came back outside after shopping, I had her take over so I could go use restroom. The pump suddenly went very fast, overflowed and spilled gas all over. She slipped on the gas and fell getting a giant bruise on her hip and split her cheek open. I came outside and she was being helped by staff, covered in gas, and bleeding. I tried to tell the attendent about the pump but she blew me off and tried to blame it on my car. No...I dont think so because the man next to me told me he gets fuel there every week and it was slow for him that day too, unusual according to him. We still had all the way to SLC to go that day and it would have been awesome if the attendent had offered us a free shower or at least a place for her to change. I appreciate that they helped her after she fell, but overall the experience was the worst part of our 10 day honeymoon.

Dont count on have a reserved spot due to there being multiple dropped trailers in the reserved parking area and staff refuses to make drivers who didnt pay move

After a long ride across the hot Nevada desert, it was good to come into a town that had more than 15 people in it. Anyway, the TA was nice. Its well-organized, conveniently located, and the gas prices are comprable to what else is in the area.

Staff great! Needs late night food and better products for sale. Too much about gambling.

If you love trucks, this is the best place to break down. The gas is also the gaseous around. Works great in the car, not your lungs. I love trucks now. Super noisy but some carry apples and some have pigs. I have never been more entertained.

No nice restaurant to sit in for a warm meal while on the road. There is a large casino instead, which was mostly empty even though the parking lot was full of trucks. So, most truckers are locked away in their sleepers. I ended up doing the same. Who wants to sit in a smoked-filled casino? That would leave a heavy stench in my clothes.

I am so disappointed in TA these days. They get a franchise for their store, raise the prices on everything including their fuel. Not if the time if you use gas buddy or other fuel price app you will see they are overpriced. I understand paying for convenience but what they are doing is just GREEDY!

3 stalls at the pumps were being used for parking not fueling. The restaurant was worthless and not prompt. $8.86 for a hot dog & soda that took 20 minutes to receive, hot dog was too large for the stale bun it was delivered on. Extremely poor service and food. 3 stars because I like TA but not the food services. Other wise 5 stars for TA alone. The restaurant should be replaced with a credible establishment. They cant be making any money with their food and lack of service.

I dont really care about the TA but theres a great Marine Park. My fat ass hasnt walked in years and damn it was a long walk. Im guessing its 2 Mile or longer. The views are gr8😜😎. I personally advise truckers to visit there.All be safe and healthy out there! !

TA’s are great places to stop on road trips. They have a small selection but that shouldn’t matter to most. They have clean restrooms great service and offer showers.

If youre a smoker, youll love this place. If not, plan on holding your breath the whole time youre in there. The casino is wide open to the store/bathrooms. At least Fudruckers has doors that keep the smoke out.

Only planned on spending a couple of hours here but decided to do my 10.Getting from fuel island to parking is a little tight but it can be like that anywhere.I wanted something more than a burger so Fudrucker was out. Went across the street to a family restaurant.Good food & large portions for a fair price. I will remember this.

The parking lot reeks of urine. This has to be a health and safety hazard. Needs to be cleaned up. Anyone too lazy to walk to the restroom and caught peeing on to the parking lot should be fined.The second hand smoke Frome the casino is terrible

Only in Nevada, a casino takes up most of the store space and they force you to walk through the casino to go to the mens room. Easy on and off the freeway. Note that Renos County has a 40 cent per gallon additional fuel tax. Fuel is significantly less expensive just a little ways down the road. If going East on I-80 stop at Fernley.

Clean showers they have a Fudruckers Hamburger place they dont have a Country Kitchen Restaurant if you want a really good meal go next door to the casino and go to Bellinis Restaurant they do breakfast (all day) lunch and dinner and theyre very moderately priced.

Excellent service. I told in to the TA because I had a hub seal go out on my trailer. They got me in and got me out right away the gentleman that did the hub seal was very nice and polite and helpful.

The folks at the shop were great, the tech took care of my issue quickly and got me back on the road!!

Not the greatest TA on the planet. Country Pride restaurant is closed and being replaced with some trendy little burger joint. The inside store will no longer have truck amenities but will be geared more for the four-wheeler traffic. Tiny casino with nothing but slots that take your money. Only good for fueling and parking now

As a semi truck driver the lanes are generally easy to get in and out of. However since they have a casino on site the entire Place smells like a giant ashtray, sorry if that offends anyone but I feel like I need to shower. The retail desk is very slow so dont be on fire when you get there.

There were two cleaning ladies in the bathroom acting like they were cleaning I came back and the bathroom was still dirty. Also the female cashier this morning was more interested in the man in front of me to ring me up. These employees are LAZY!!! Will not be coming back. And I love the TAs in other areas.

Truck stop is not clean as you expect. Not easy to find parking. Lot of smokers in the casino inside. The hamburgers are the best hamburgers I ever had.
