Unfortunately I booked with there competitor 1st, Sierra Neveda Roll Door Service. BIG MISTAKE.There tech came out charged me 150$ to roll the door down and tell me hes going to call the manufacturer of the door to find out how to fix it.That was 2 weeks ago. Not even a call back. I called them last week to find out whats going on.Was told he hadnt heard anything and that was that.1 week later, today..... My second door goes out. Well Im not calling the first guys they have no idea what they are doing.Elite was there within 30 mins. Had both doors walking in Under an hour and was 25.00$ cheaper then the company that didnt have a clue.My cert. tech was Brad Fuller. Nice. Professional. I used Elite Garage Door Service to purchase and install a new quieter garage door motor with battery backup. Their service was friendly, efficient and fairly priced. Technician was very knowledgeable of the product. My order included a new garage door opener and wireless keypad for my forth garage door. The technician saved me money by programming one of my existing keypads because one keypad can control different doors as long as the code is different. The sales lady should have told me this but he fixed her mistake so I am thankful. Overall experience was great. Technician did a great job.

I called and they were able to come the next day within a 2 hour timeslot BUT the person who booked the time didnt confirm my phone number with me to make sure that it was the correct one so when the technician showed up trying to get a hold of me he was calling the wrong number. Then I called after the 2 hour window wondering where the technician was and then realized that the wrong number was recorded. Even though this happened the technician was still able to give a quote AND come back and repair the garage door for cheaper than what other businesses had quoted us for. We had a garage door opener that had ceased to function. Elite sent a tech within two day. The tech, Brad came to our home early, after calling and confirming we would be available.Brad had a pleasant demeanor and quickly figured out what was wrong with our opener. Rather than selling us a entire unit, Brad replaced a computer board, saving us a great deal of money. He also took the time to set up remotes for us.

So the spring on my door broke the other day and my wifes car was trapped in the garage. I called Elite and they had someone to my house in 2 hours. The door was fixed in an hour and the wifes car could escape. Very professional and everything done in a timely manor. Would recommend to anybody.

I found Elite by accident. They were the first who picked up when I called, and got someone out right away for an emergency.I have had two great experiences. Johnny replaced my old motor and rebalanced my door. He told me about an app that lets me monitor the door from my cell phone. They came out same day to give me a quote on new garage door. Unfortunately my garage door size is not a common size, so they had to order it. Ive used Elite Garage Door Service twice this year, both times I called they were booked. I was told if OK with me the owner Johnny could come prior to normal service hours and again after normal service hours to take care of me. He did that exactly both times so I didnt have to wait until I could get a regular appointment during normal business hours. Both jobs were done expertly and both garage doors are in perfect working order.

Elite used a better solution in designing the repair than the original mfg. design which has now been non problematic now for over 2 years.
