Bought 2 pistols here back in late Feb early March 2020. the first was one that I was looking for and they had it at the best price in town. While I was there I found a sporty ruger 22lr just a fun gun and went back a week later and purchased it for again close to the best price in town... talked a little bit with the guys about about what I could do to trick it out.should have written this a while ago but as you all know the world went a little sideways

These guys have my business for life. In time of peak Covid, when everyone else was a cluster fu^^ as we used to say in the army, they quickly processed a transfer in less than a week. Also told them I was running low on ammo, guy behind counter (sorry forgot name) said hold on, went in back and pulled out a couple of boxes of 9mm with no price gouge. Pros. Worth the drive from Incline or Fernley.

This is my favorite shop, while I dont agree with the mask stuff they do their best to comply with it. They put a masks required sign on the door and xs on the floor to help customers social distance.

I will do all of my firearm shopping at Juggernaut Arms. The staff are kind and more than willing to help. I was planning on shipping my gun through them for a costly repair, but Greg was able help and actually fixed my firearm when a local gunsmith couldn’t. If you have any firearm needs, I would 100% take it to Juggernaut Arms. 10/10 would recommend.

This place rocks! I have had the pleasure of purchasing a few firearms from these guys and plenty of ammunition. I think in today’s current situations we need to realize that certain industries have been affected more than others. There isn’t an established in town that stocks everything we need exactly when we need it. With that being said the guys really have their finger on the pulse for their clientele’s needs. I can say more times than not they have what I need when I need it or they get extremely fast! Keep doing what you do!!!! Your customer’s appreciate it!

Did some transfers here. The cost is reasonable, and the staff is knowledgeable, cheerful and friendly. They have a passion for firearms and the gun community and not only $$$ like some stores. 100% / 100% would reccomend.

The web site doesnt always show what they actually have in stock because they sell so much stuff so fast. You need to go in and look around, and talk to the guys. Or like I did just email them. They will get back to you when they can.

This shop, and its owners are phenomenal. The guys behind the counter are always helpful, informative, and they are simply experts in the field. Previously they did not have a website to my knowledge but the one that they have up now is just as useful as the gentlemen themselves. Not to mention the fact that its a local business with competitive pricing. If you live in Reno/Sparks this is the only shop you should be using.

Went in to ask a few questions about A magazine I have. And dude was just straight rude and to kool for school. If your not one of the boys they just dont really seem to want the business? Thats the second time I got that from this shop . I would not recommend them to anyone.

Hands down the best place in town to buy a firearm. I have purchased over 4 firearms from Juggernaut and they will always have my business. Not a ton of rifle options but all high end “exotic” stuff that you don’t get to touch very often. Pistol selection is fantastic to compare the fit/feel of a number of high end competitors (ie FN, CZ, Sig, Beretta). Staff was super friendly albeit not extremely knowledgeable in the firearm I was looking at specifically. He at least had the decency to not BS me like salesmen at the local chain wholesaler would.Additionally I checked several prices while in the store and all were at or around +$40 of what you can find online. When you factor in shipping and FFL fees it makes Juggernaut Arms extremely competitive.I always shop around, but this will be the first place I check for any future firearm purchase

Juggernaut Arms has been a great addition to the Reno-Sparks area for firearms sales and gunsmith services. Ive used them for gun purchases and gunsmith work. Their prices are excellent. In fact, I know of no retailer in the area who sells firearms for less money. Weve had basic gunsmith work done, too and the work has been very good. Their hourly gunsmith rate is the lowest weve found in the area. If youre looking to purchase hunting shotguns and rifles or .22LR range plinkers, then the bigger stores will be better for you. But, if youre looking for most any self defense handgun or rifle, they should be your first, and last, stop! The level of customer service Ive received from co-owner Greg is top notch. Hes very personable and firearms knowledgeable. I highly recommend the Juggernaut Arms store.

Went all over town and nobody even wanted to try and help me. One phone call and juggernaut had everything I needed(matching brand of barrel, gas block and gas tube). Go there and buy.

I went to them about my rifle stove piping. They couldnt even take off my sight. I told them how and they insulted me and my knowledge. I highly recommend going elsewhere due to their rudeness and disrespect to a customer.Edit: unrealistic? i got home and removed the bottom screws with a 2.5 without problems then reinstalled the sight with no problems and you are the ones with knowledge?

Not your normal small gun shop. These guys are professional, knowledgeable, and seem to genuinely enjoy what they are doing. I used them for an FFL transfer and everything went smooth.I would say if you are just getting into guns and shooting, dont look anywhere else. Im a gun guy but even I get annoyed by some of the small shops where the owner doesnt smile and every other word is f***. These guys arent that way and your gun experience will be how its meant to be... FUN!!!!!I would choose them over Mark Fore and Strike based on prices and service. Mark Fore has more guns on the wall but Im sure these guys can get you anything you need. PMags are good prices, they have tons of Bravo Company accessories at a good price, plus a lot more.I will be coming back when its time to make my next gun or gun accessory purchase .

After years of dealing with Greg at Juggernaut, the service is still phenomenal. This is the only shop in town who does not try to rip people off. Go there and see for yourself. They are literally cheaper than any of your box stores.

I read half a dozen reviews about these guys while I was in Reno over the weekend. Yup they were open on Sunday. They were all 5 star reviews that raved about the staffs knowledge and customer service. Top notch. I have to agree. The young bearded gentleman was very informative and helpful. As an added bonus their accessories werent just below the typical prices at the gunstores in my area they were WAY below them. I highly recommend this outfit to anyone who misses the way good cs should be.

I called about them installing a bolt catch on an AR (I hate those roll pins). James said bring it by and he did it tor free in 2 minutes. 5 star customer service. I will be back for my next firearm purchase.

I talk to Greg and Kevin the most when i do stop by. Purchased a few hand guns based on their experiences and recommendations and can say i am very pleased with what i have. I recently made an FFL transfer for F-Class parts they didnt carry and Greg made it the smoothest it possibly could have been. I had never been involved in an FFL transfer so it was very nice to hear him explain how it was going to go down.I feel bad when i stop by sometimes because i am not always looking to buy but looking for information about a few things i dont understand. Even though they understand this, they always try their best to give me a solid answer with reason behind it. This attention to the customer is why i keep coming back when i do have a purchase to make.

I have these guys on my social media and they have always promoted some really good deals, but I have always forgotten about them when needing something (hidden gem.) Long story short, I found the gun I have been wanting for so long after all the big name stores and websites said it was impossible to get. Some guy advised me to look up a CZ authorized dealer and these guys were the first to pop up. I am so glad they did! They had the new CZ P10C I have disired for so long and to top it off, it was less than anyother place I had seen! These guys had great customer service and were so awesome to talk to. I will not only remember them from now on, but it will be the first place I will check before going elsewhere. This store has a great transfer fee and a very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I enjoy buying my ammo here cause its practically the same price as other reloaded ammunition. Theyre currently helping me transfer a suppressor and their gunsmith did an exceptional OD Green Duracoat job on my Glock and AR-15. I highly recommend this shop, and believe it to be the best shop in Northern Nevada
