I ordered my first Limcat Custom (Modified StormCat) early this year after hearing about the quality of their guns (especially Open Class handguns). As an avid shooter with quite a few race guns in my collection I was hesitant, however, became convinced after hearing so many good things about the manufacturer from friends that are heavy into the sport. Words can not describe how quickly I improved when it came to my hit factor. It was quite honestly like leveling up 100X in a video game. Within one month, the curve went up, after two months, my love of the sport turned to obsession (rather than a weekend warrior) and by month number three (3) my improvement was so great that I was invited to join a team to compete. The gun is honestly from the future. With that being said, it is not why I am writing this review (something that I have only done a handful of times over the last 10 to 15 years). The reason for my taking the time to write this is because of how the Lim family treats people who buy their firearms. You can always get Julian (owner) on the phone and he will stay on the phone until your questions are answered. If you want something changed or modified on the gun, he emails you an overnight delivery postage link to print, has his family make the modifications and overnights it back. Yes, you have to wait months to get your hands on one but once you do, it is honestly like you become sponsored by Limcat Customs. Furthermore, the family doesnt nickel and dime you when it comes to parts when you are a customer. I have changed out three things on my gun for the sole purpose of just wanting to try it out. The cost to me was zero ($00.00). Plus the original parts were shipped back along with the installed new ones which was great because I switched them all back.I have never in my life been so happy in dealing with a business in my life. Not even close.
Best gunmakers!!!
