I didnt catch the cashiers name but she was extremely friendly. I think she complimented every customer about something different. Great customer service.

During covid-19, this place has held up better than most as far as supply. Always get a great deal or price. The new auto applied coupon is a nice feature. My only complaint is the Reno location could use more help on the floor. Not enough to take a star off for.

I live in Sparks and went to Harbor Freight Tools to buy OKeeffes Working Hands for my dry hands due to my warehouse job. I was surprised at how much merchandise they have and the willing salespeople to help you find what you are looking for. Loved the experience and love the OKeeffe s.

Had everything I needed for a good price. Very clean and the service was excellent 👍.

I usually find a cheaper tool that works for me. Service has been getting better. Be careful what you buy, cause it may not last. Returns are pretty simple though.

This place is the best. You can buy decent quality tools for a fraction of the price at other tool stores (HD) (LOWES) the store was clean and I found a 1.5 tin floor jack for 80$ great deal and the best thing about harbor freight is the location down south town and one in sparks so you can get your tools anytime of the week. The quality of thier products I rate 1 amd a half thumbs up the cost of thier products I give 2 thumbs up with a full Z twist and a half circle with 2 root beers and a orange.

With the elimination of coupons (particularly the 20% coupon) and catalogs I find myself coming here less and less. Found out today they are still enforcing masks for everyone even though the CDC says it isnt necessary for those with the vaccine. Harbor Freight just isnt as good as it used to be.

As mention for my review for South Reno...the employees may not know everything about all that is on the shelves but they are friendly and try to resolve your issues.Regarding their products,... you get what you pay for. However their value proposition is better than most. They provide inexpensive products. The products are not top shelf but they get the job done. They provide a great price point for the hobbyist. Also a great place to buy items that you might only use a couple times month/year and not have to spend top dollar

If they dont have it then you dont need it.. purchased a pole saw for about 40% less than other stores in The Reno/Sparks area

Tools best price sometime the guility lacks. If it something you dont use a lot its cool but if its going to get used hard and put away dirty. Go for a better brand. Got a new line of hand tools look good but cost much more .

Harbor freight is one of my favorites. They have tools with lifetime warranty. From duct tape to generators, you can find a lot in between. Check them out. If you sign up, they have special coupons every month. Their prices are reasonable.

Pricing is always fair, rarely have i experienced an item out out stock. Cashiers are friendly and quick to check you out. My.issue and its my omly.one is that the employees on the floor seem to forget that excuse me: is a polite thing to.do when walking in an.aisle.that a customer.is in and just brushing by without a word.

Its a great place to shop for your favorite tools. A inexpensive line of assortment of hand tools, power tools and more. Ive had great experience with all their tools. I recommend all of you to try there line of tools and experience the quality.

Harbor freight tools is just that a tool outlet I would strongly recommend if you cant afford name brand tools by hand tools here and then do the best you can with what you have.

Harbor freight tools is not a huge warehouse but they pack a ton of different stuff in there. My last visit I went in for a micro torch and came home with the torch and a dog bed that was only $7.

Went in today to take back a Hand Truck wheel that went flat the day I bought it and some work gloves that lasted a week before ripping . Ive brought gloves back before and was not asked for a receipt, just told to get another pair. This time the saleswoman showed me a needle head print of a no return policy and was the most unprofessional, rude person Ive ever encountered at this store ! I go in quite often but,I wont be back - went next door to Tractor Supply, bought a new wheel. She did not need to be so rude and uppity!!

What could possibly be said bad about Harbor Freight? Theyve bailed me out so many times. True, their not so much for heavy duty, but how can you put a price on that kid in a candy store feeling everytime you walk thru the doors?

Why do you keep my phone number if it cant be used in lieu of a receipt? I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of stuff, your $40 paint sprayer breaks while taking apart to clean before use and I cant return without a receipt. Policy, blah, blah. Policy is a bad excuse for a faulty product. Offering an exchange doesnt help when I no longer trust the product to not break a second time. Sometimes violating policy is better than losing a customer.

I do like this store, however I dont think the young ladies should look at you like a criminal if you all about exchanging something without a receipt. I understand policies and all, but do they really think I stuck 2 huge spotlights down my pants, walked out without notice and then wanted to walk back in and exchange them for a smaller size? Why wouldnt I have just stolen the smaller size? A polite rejection without an incriminating look would have been sufficient. Ill take my business elsewhere, thank you!
