In line with the rest of the reviews: Absolute horrible customer service. Walked in the purchase some siding. Very rude from the start. Some lady on a personal call on speaker phone at the desk and would not move until told to do so. In order to purchase anything some man behind the curtain had to give permission. When he wouldnt sell me the entire order yet said they would when I called in advance I had to walk out. Good thing I did since their prices were horribly inflated.

We had a terrible experience with this company when ordering lumber for our vaulting project.We requested well before delivery that they bring a fork lift. Day of they did not and they dropped both our shipments from 10ft plus in the air all of our lumber. Which visibly damaged our main beam in multiple places and also completely destroying another piece of our order. We caught it all on our GoPro and they did nothing but replace the completely destroyed beam. Would recommend you get your lumber needs met any where else. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful.

Where do your drivers learn how to drive? They are swerving across the center lane to the other side. Very dangerous drivers that shouldnt be on the road.

This place is awesome Brenda knows more about lumber than I will ever, and she is super courteous to boot. The entire staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

I contacted them for a very inconewuentisl low cost item. The person answering the phone had to leave their position to look for it in the yard. They did so gladly and came back to inform they had it.

Friendly and helpful staff, that is there to assist you with your needs in lumber, even if they dont have it they will get it for you, to make sure your projects are done the right way

Ordered a unit of T&G Flooring & a unit of 2x4s over the phone with a relatively brusque/rude lady, who acted as though we were inconveniencing her by ordering lumber from their lumber business. When shipment arrived, there was some significant disorganization on a shipment of CDX we ordered, which was only evident by the time the shipment arrived and there was no CDX. They reimbursed us, but the remaining lumber quality was so bad, we couldnt even use a full quarter of the 2x4s we ordered. We were really disappointed, and will be taking our future business elsewhere.

Reno Lumber had exactly the dimensions in siding that I could not find anywhere else. Friendly and helpful 😀
