Tool rental screwed me over. Faulty Dingo TX427. Break would not release. Brought it back and the tech was able to force it to finally disconnect. Started using it and the track came off. Home Depo would not help and charged me for the entire day while I jacked the machine up and got the track back on. Track is completely warn. I was able to get my work done but I had to turn in reverse or the belt will come off. I’m sure the next customer will get screwed as well. I will be canceling my credit account and going to Tool rental facility or Lowe’s.

Great place to come get Covid. They don’t enforce the mandate on customers or employees. I saw 2 employees without masks. I think I’ll just stick to Lowes from now on.

Another successful trip to Hone Depot! This time just a small project. Made moving from old apartment to new one easy. Picked up some a wall repair kit for the previous place. Then a key copy for the new one. 😉

I do like this particular Home Depot even though the usual suspects are in evidence all around the store such as great selection, top brands at competitive prices. What you dont have everywhere is the excellent, professional courteous attentive individuals that prevail here and the cleanliness and orderly shelved and general tidiness of the staff and facility. I believe this to be a pearl in the Home Depot oyster.

I love going to this store especially in the morning, employees are very friendly and nice, especially Jerry! I came here with my 2 year old daughter to get play sand and cinder blocks. He assisted me and said he will get a better trolley for me and when he came back he have a bag of chips for my daughter of course complimentary by him, what an amazing guy! I wish all stores have a lot of employees like him. He is truly a happy and positive person and the Home Depot sparks is very lucky to have him

Always find what I need here. More importantly someone is always available to help here. Matter of fact someone generally like today, approaches me asking if if need any assistance. Greatly appreciate this as their main competitor I find lacks staff to assist.

Chain selection was okay but I wouldn’t say it was great, boyfriend left a bit disappointed on that front. Good music playing, that’s always an added bonus. Self check or worked real slick, overall definitely recommend this location for all your home improvement needs!

We had an appliance order that was suppose to come on the 14th. There was no call to confirm if it was coming or not so I tracked the order. In previous times I would get a courtesy call if there was a delay, this point I did not receive one. I talked with the home depot appliance member and they said the manufacturer should have called. Makes no sense if I bought it through home depot they should still be tracking the supply chain of the product shipment. I do miss buying from sears they had great communication. For the future I doubt Ill be buying from appliances from them. Maybe small minute things for normal up keep, but im avoiding this home depot. South reno was alot friendlier and assisted me in a timely manner about the concern. Now I have to call and see if a third delivery can be made. They pretty much did not resolve the issue. People have been waiting for these deliveries and taking time off. Its just not a good service company they are using for delivery.

You can do any thing for your home if you have the need for home repair. They have tools and lumber plumbing to garden supplies. Paint to equipment rental. Everything you need for all your home repair needs. 1 and a half thumbs up with a full twist and a pickle for cleanliness. Good job

This location has the greatest employee I have ever met. Jerry is an absolute joy to be around. Ive gone here a time or two not having a great day and Jerry has picked up on it and has taken the time to just seem to make it better. I and my family look forward to seeing him when we shop here. It wouldnt be right to not include the rest of the team. This location has very knowledgeable and patient staff. They have done a great job at keeping stock on the shelves. I have never had a negative or bad experience since I began shopping here for the past six years.

Ordered the Husky 60 x 22 roll away tool chest on Sunday and at time of ordering requested to receive an assembled chest and not the assembly required unit. Was told by the associate that the item would be picked up by the shipper at their physical location already assembled and delivered to my residence. Tried to get this delivered ASAP but I was told it will take 4 days. I paid the $80 shipping fee and an extra $20 for the 4 hour window feature. When the unit arrived, it was dropped during some point of its journey and wasnt a floor model that I requested.

Door staff makes the whole experience better. I challenge anyone to go throughout store and not see a smiling face, asking to help. Customer care, sets them apart from everyone else. Also, making a quick stop for supplies, is actually quick unlike other companies.

Complete incompetence, HD lost a 350 dollar sale because the employees are incompetent, i went to 2 sperate stores,, asked 3 separate employees at each store to open a cage and get me out a roofing coil nailer, after 45 minutes at each store I gave up on the incompetent HD and left, i got one at Apex Saw in a matter of minutes.

Every time I go there is a man out side who is getting carts or helping someone he is the nicest person out of any store I have ever been to in my 50 sum on years! I cant remember his name and dont like to put race but he is tall medium built dark skinned and very personable give him top pay he most deserves it.

Tried to buy split rail fencing the Web site said they had 189 rails on hand but I couldnt find any. I asked a couple associates for help but neither could find any either. This is the second time I have gone to the store and the product they were supposed to have couldnt be found.

The employees are all so helpful. I needed an item I knew nothing about. I was shown where it was and got some good advice on what to do.

Went to home Depot found a smoker that is for the unique individual I also enjoyed that they have brown wood blinds I went to Lowes and they only offered white I had to special-order Wood colored blinds when the convenience is so much better with home Depot also the older gentleman in the front is so willing to help everyone when they walk right in the door he knows where everything is hes very happy and friendly so go to home Depot in Sparks for great customer service and convenience

The Bollinger Rd Home Depot is average at best. Nobody around to answer questions. Difficult to get someone to get products from the upper shelves. The only bright spot is the curbside pickup is fairly efficient.

I like the Home Depot in Spanish Springs. Its clean, and what else could be said...its Home Depot, ya gotta love it!!!

The staff was very helpful in finding a light fixture I needed at another location.

Had to return an item and file a warranty claim. The return went quick and easy and Liz in millworks was a huge help.

I was privileged to shop at the Home Depot in Spanish Springs Sparks Nevada. Jerry, the greater there is amazing. He knows where everything is. He takes you right to the spot you need. Smile on his face and singing inspirational vocals as you go. Ive encountered Jerry many years now. Know for a fact he will make shopping experience a legendary thing. Hes amazing. To put an order in on line is a headache! The process needs to be more straightforward, especially for first time uses. I still cannot put in an order online, so I had to go stand in line to get into the store! So inconvenient, especially with the Virus.I ended up wanting additional items, my husband was able to get an online order to go through and 24hrs later, still do not have my order. I called customer service and they were rude and kept trying to talk over me. Long story short, leave a voice message when you call your customers. It is okay to attempt to call your customers a second time. Especially, if thats the only way your going to communicate. We never received a text message our order was ready, which is what we waited ALL day for!The online process and communication all the way around for us was a mess! Very disappointed!

Employees are very friendly; asked several times if I needed help. Somewhat lacking in display items; as example would be breaker panels. Large store and seems to have most items in stock.

I was doing a price comparison between stores to find the best materials I need to build an outdoor furniture. The Home Depot in Sparks has the worse customer service ever. These employees, Yes, every single one I talk to are horrible with the product knowledge, process is very slow and everyone seems to only care about their personal responsibility in the store and lastly the attitude. I can’t believe the very unprofessional culture that the management have tolerated in this environment.

Walked into Home Depot to get supplies for a home project and was feeling overwhelmed. Luckily a crew member by the name of Elias saw how lost I looked and was super helpful and kind in suggesting resources on to make my project run smoothly. Now I feel more confident in tackling this home renovation by myself. I plan on returning to this specific location in the future just for him!

If I can give a lower score I would went to check out with $175 in items then cashier told me they dont take cash of ATM or credit cards well I will never go there ever again will go to LOWES

Yes I would love to follow you around in circles while you find someone who knows what they are talking about. All day, every day. No other store has the problems this one does.

I was doing a fence for a friend and this location had the best stock of everything I needed, even during a lumber shortage. The customer service was also excellent, I dealt with Julie and Amber at the Pro desk, and every step of the way they made a great effort in making sure I received what I needed regardless of the obstacles along the way.

Went for Succulents, left with a Succulents arrangment, Pots, Soil, Plants, and a Few new Jokes from the Gentleman at the Garden Doors :)

Quick in and out. Some isles blocked, will find a welcome mat at Walmart.
